We had Logan out for a routine tuneup. He recommended a blower motor and a capacitor be replaced under warrany before our soon to be expired warranty ends. Great to know our systems will be in tip top shape through this where other company's would have waited for failure at our expense.

Today's technician was Jessica, who gave me great advice when I asked about upgrading my thermostat (and saved me money on top of it!) Brian did an amazing job today fixing our zone heating when centerpoint and another company could not. He was friendly, found the issue quickly, and saved me 2-3k; what i was told it would cost to fix the issue prior to Brian coming out. We have had Pronto do every major HVAC service in our house and have been tremendously impressed each time. Today we had Sean out to fix an issue with our AC and get an estimate for another service and he was fantastic. Friendly, professional, efficient, and great at explaining the issue and the fix. This company lies, they said they were at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell, but I have been sitting here all day long waiting for them. They said they tried calling but must have wrote down the wrong number. It is the dead of winter and we have no heat. I do not appreciate being lied to ... shame on them. I will not even think of calling them or referring them to any of my friends/family.
He fixed our problem and cheerfully made dozens of trips from our apartment to the roof during the process

My AC reached its lifetime, so I called Pronto based on their amount of high ratings. Sandy came out for an initial appointment. She was extremely detailed and informative. She kept my budget, needs, and long term plans as a top priority. I decided to save future expenses and replace the furnace at the same time, since it had also maxed its lifetime. She walked me through every step and what to expect. Chris and Eli came out for installation right away at 7a as expected. They were professional and quick. Chris walked me through every step of what to expect with my new furnace, new AC, new thermostat and how to maintain it all. They kept everything clean. They left answering every question I had. Sandy called later that evening to check in and make sure everything went well and the air was running. I am so happy. I m so glad I trusted the reviews.. Pronto truly stands up to 5 stars!
Brandon was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our furnace and fixed it every bit as quickly. Our furnace is about 5 years old, and was installed by Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning. Because our system was still under warranty, we didn't have to pay for our repairs! We're very satisfied our repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning!

We started having issues with our AC at the very end of the season. Jeff came out to diagnose the issue. He was on time and very professional. Wore shoes covers when entering my home. He explained all of our options and gave a recommendation. Because of the low temperatures outside he didn t think he could fully test/diagnose all possible issues, so did not charge for the visit and recommended a couple courses of action. They definitely earned my trust by not just doing something for the sake of charging me and explained options for me to decide the best course of action. We have not made a final decision on what to do yet, but I was very pleased with this first interaction with Pronto.

Solid same-day service from very Knowledgable techs twice now. Would not hesitate to recommend Pronto and Jeremy (most recent tech) was great. Furnace issues, and pronto left me two space heaters to tide me over while I get it sorted.
After a competitor repaired my 23 year old Lennox, and gave it a tune up at the cost of $500, it went out the next week. When I called them for service, i was told "sorry, all booked up for a week." At the recommendation of a relative who had Pronto install a furnace last year, I gave them a call, and had a new furnace installed a few days later at a competitive price. At the same time, Blaine fixed a leaking PVC exhaust tube, installed a humidifier, fixed a loud squeal in the venting, and reset my two zone control's so they worked properly. They took all day, but it was worth it. I was honestly impressed with his expertise and helpful attitude. I would recommend.
Ben arrived right on time. He was friendly and got our furnace checkup done quickly. He found that a motor capacitor was out of spec and our April Aire humidifier pad was shot so he replaced both for us. We are gone during the winter and don t need any furnace issues while we are gone. Thanks Pronto Ben!
