Have been on their monthly plan for a few years now and gotten the AC and Furnace tune-ups every year. Last year, something happened during the AC tune-up and they came out three additional times free of charge to diagnose and fix it. In the end, it was just a coincidence that the part failed around the time of the tune-up since it was not part of the A/C unit, but they still fixed it without extra charges.

Amazing, efficient service! Our technician was on time, diagnosed the problem, and explained everything! He even made my appointment for the repair before he left my home! Highly recommend Pronto!

Moved into a new house and had them come clean and train me on the system that was in place. they showed up on time, called before hand and gave me advice that actually saved me money. I will use them in the future and would recommend the EP location even in the north metro.

It was a Friday night and our Furnace would not work even after trouble shooting.
It was 8 PM on a cold Friday night when I called Pronto. They came out and hour later and I was pleased with the customer service I received from Pronto. The tech answered any questions that we had and he fixed our furnace in a timely manor.

I am very impressed with Pronto and their employees. After meeting with Kurt for a free estimate, I decided to hire Pronto to install a new furnace, A/C, and water heater. The team arrived right on time actually I was 10 minutes late and they were very easy going! They installed my HVAC air conditioner and water heater. They were very quiet and professional. They helped move a large box of mine and covered all the details of the project thoroughly including new pipes that had to be installed out the side of my home. Robby came out and check what I thought was a gas leak. He had a tool that could check for that. He told me it was not a gas leak but moisture in my basement. I dragged out my dehumidifier and ran that and now all is well.

I scheduled an appointment with Pronto for a cleaning per inspection on my house closing. I told them if they cannot make the appointment to let me know because this is important. They call one day before to let me know that a technician is having family issues and cannot show up tomorrow. They said the soonest was 11 days after my scheduled date. Kystal was very unconcerned and unprofessional. Pronto is terrible and I have someone else coming out shortly. If they are this bad on scheduling I can t imagine what poor work they would do. Yikes.

Robby is the bomb! He showed up on time, showed me the crack in the heat exchanger with his camera, got us a great price on a new furnace and brought over some space heaters to keep us warm until our install. Great service from start to finish.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Two days before closing on our home sale we had a part go out in our 4 year old Carrier furnace. HSP couldn't come in for 2 weeks so we called Pronto and their technician Jessie was out that afternoon. He realized our part was probably on extended warranty and installed that part the next day. What a life saver!!! Our Closing was accomplished despite the urgency in terms of timeliness, which apparently means little to CenterPoint Home Service Plus, but much to Pronto. Thanks Pronto and Jessie!!!.

I called Pronto a few days ago because I didn't have any hot water when I woke up. I called a few other companies but there was no guarantee I would have hot water within the next few days. When I called Pronto and the woman at the office sent someone out that morning to see what was wrong. The installer arrived later that day to take a look at what needed to be done in order for me to have hot water. He was clean cut, professional, and polite. He installed a new water heater and I had hot water the SAME DAY I called Pronto. I really appreciate the professionalism each person I interacted with at Pronto had. I was informed, talked to in a respectful manner, and would absolutely recommend Pronto!

We got a lovely new heater installed in 6 hours on one of the coldest days of the year! (And an AC that we'll gladly use when it warms up.) They did an excellent job, were very clean and the communication before, during and after has been amazing. Very happy we chose Pronto.

Great service! Quick and effective. We've been using pronto for a long time and won't stop any time soon.

Called, was told an estimator would call back to schedule a same day water heater installor at least a consultation as soon as he finished up another job (estimated 1-2 hours). Waited 6 hours, no call. Tired of waiting, I went to the store, grabbed the one I wanted, proceeded to install. Took me 2 hours start to finish with help from a friend, never having done a water heater before. It's hard, heavy work but quite simple. Cost under $600 for 40k BTU, 40 gallon Rheem unit and all the necessary accessories. Now it's been over 12 hours, still no call. Really too bad-- I was ready to pay $2000 plus not to have to do it myself, and Pronto came highly recommended.

Really amazing place. Friendly, normal people, grounded, down to earth, actually answer the phone, are very pleasant and happy, technicians are always amazing no matter who you get - can't lose with this place.

I have been very pleased with the prompt attention, responsiveness, professional treatment, quality of work and value we ve gotten from our project with Pronto. They replaced our 25 year old furnace with a new HE unit and also replaced our aging hot water heater with a new commercial grade hot water heater with more capacity and a high recovery rate. They showed up exactly on time, did a very good quality job, and communicated throughout. They cleaned up well after themselves and carefully explained everything they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or water heater replacement. Very happy customer!

Dave from Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning came out to my home, completed comprehensive assessment, and provided an estimate to replace AC (gone bad after 31 years) and replace the furnace that was 31 years. After asking Dave to provide an upgrade the finance system, from a one stage to a two-stage. Estimate was accepted. Darran showed up the next day, installed new systems, and cleaned up. Super service.

Severely disappointed with the customer service after so many good reviews have said otherwise.

Good job calling right away, Emma, but...Our technician, Matt B, showed up almost 45 minutes after the scheduled two-hour window and did not acknowledge his tardiness. Instead, the first thing out of his mouth was a crack about a football team. I understand trying to lighten the mood but as a professional you should know better. You owed us an apology for being tardy and wasting our time.

Secondly, when you and I were talking you acknowledged you didn t fix anything so charging $199 for removing an air filter is ridiculous. Your knowledge and advice was useful, but your company should do a better job at pricing for the work completed.

Until someone reaches out and provides an apology for the terrible customer service, we will not be calling Pronto for future work.

Also, Wade, you should watch how you react to customers online. I can see that the poor work culture starts at the top.

Robby did a great job in installing the hot water heater. He was also concerned about the house and took precautions with protecting flooring etc. it was a cold snowy and icy day.

I had to have them come out a few times in just a couple days as my old and cheap furnace was not wanting to work. They were very nice, honest and helpful. I had to have them come out multiple times because the fix lead to a different issue. They were prompt in coming out to help (which was very nice as the temps were sub zero and we had no heat). Logan was great to work with and so was Brian on his one visit.

I purchased a replacement furnace and air conditioner from Pronto three years ago. They installed both efficiently and perfectly. Today, my other aging furnace failed due to the extreme cold in Minnesota. Even though I am out of town, Pronto sent a rep to my house to discover the furnace failed. They have scheduled the replacement installation for tomorrow and worked with me to put the financing together for the furnace and the two water heaters that were also failing. This is great company with superb service and support. I would recommend Pronto to anyone for their furnace and water heater needs.
