I recently tried Pronto for air conditioning service. I had been using another company for years for maintenance and repair. Dramatic difference in every area! I was able to get service quickly and with a 2 hour window vs the 6 hour window that s standard.
Ben Myers was my technician- he was professional, friendly and told me more about my equipment than any prior technician. There was an issue that he was able to fix at the same appointment and at a very reasonable price. He worked in the rain, made sure I understood the work that was done and left everything clean.
Excellent service and pricing! There s definitely a difference in a family owned company!
