Robby is such an asset to Pronto! His knowledge, care for the customer, and desire to fix a problem with the appropriate (not over exaggerated) solution is without a match in the profession. We ve never had a better experience with a company (across all professions) and will never look to anyone else than Pronto. We heard about you from a referral from a neighbor and called you after we had another company (Hero) diagnose our problem as a complete furnace replacement. Wow. We will never call them (Hero) or anyone else again. We were so impressed with Pronto, and most importantly their representative in Robby, that he didn t try to sell us an entirely new system. He investigated the problem and checked on warranties. He brought a solution that didn t bring the revenue of a full replacement, but it earned a customer for life. That is way more important. Robby deserves a HUGE pay raise for representing his profession and Pronto in such an admirable way! We will never chose another heating and cooling company! Thank you Pronto and, most importantly, Robby! Robby and Pronto, truly have the customers best interest at heart. MUCH GRATITUDE for the work you did!

Update: the first time using the AC on the Bryant packaged unit I was sold, the compressor was not running correctly and went out. This likely was the case from the factory but the tech didn't thoroughly test to see that the compressor wasn't working correctly. Pronto came and diagnosed the issue and made no effort to expedite this issue. I am waiting over two weeks to have AC working in my brand new unit that coated $7,000

Pronto is not the cheapest for service, but they do good work and their service people are very polite and easy to get along with. Eric was here about 2 minutes before the appointment. I'd gotten a text with his photo and name about a half hour before he arrived. In this age of 24/7 scams, that was a nice touch. He put on carpet saver booties and after a few questions got to work cleaning a long neglected furnace that was running erratically. The furnance is now running very nicely. IMO Pronto is worth the few extra bucks. Very happy with the service.

Brian did a great job. He showed up right on time and very efficiently completed my air conditioner service. He also included helpful tips for managing my a/c between service visits.

Excellent customer service, scheduler was friendly, professional and helpful, as was the service technician. They don't service rooftop units though, which I didn't find out until the service tech arrived. I was not charged for the trip.

The technician did a very good job. He went through in very good detail everything he checked and what he found. He wore a mask and observed social distancing while in the house. In general was a very good experience.

Andrew and Pronto did a great job including coming late yesterday to evaluate our furnace as the cold of November in Minnesota dropped the temp in the house to 55F. He returned with parts to finish the job today and the heat is back on! Thanks for a quick response and a speedy fix.

I have an attic a/c and I called 3 other companies and they turned me down because they do not like attic work. Pronto called me to set up an appointment and said they work on all types of units. I was impressed with that!

Peter was our tech and arrived on time, wore slip on booties over his shoes and overall was very knowledgeable and polite. He mentioned in our conversation that he doesn t mind helping out this company in anyway possible because they are a well run organization. I knew at that time I picked the right company. Called and within an hour Peter showed up earlier then the given window of time! A very scorching hot day and I was thrilled to see him driving up driveway. We'd been having boiler problems on and off for at least a year and a half before we worked with Pronto, but since they fixed it up we've had no issues. House stayed plenty warm during the polar vortex without a problem as well. Customer service was great and the company was very good about communicating with us.

So professional and helpful with our new furnace installation! He was here on time, told us everything we could expect to happen with the installation and then he and his team knocked it out. They explained our new unit to us as well. And, everything looks great and the house looks as it did before they came. Thank you so much!

Kevin and his crew did the installation of our new furnace. They were all very professional and did a great job. There was some confusion between what their salesman told me, and what was actually scheduled with the install. Kevin took care of everything for us, which showed a lot about how they really make sure their customers are satisfied! Would recommend them 100% every time!

New thermostat required a fifth wire called a C-wire. Pronto's technician said he would have to "rewire the whole furnace" to add a fifth wire as mine only had 4. This would be at considerable cost and I said no to that.

After he left and I had time I looked and found two extra wires at the point of the jacket. As there was plenty of extra wire in the wall I pulled more out, stripped some more of the jacket off and used the extra blue wire as my new 5th C-wire. Went to the furnace, connected the intact blue wire to the C terminal and I was done.

After reading the owners reply I've decided to remove any perceived dirogatory comments and just stick with the facts. No innuendo. No fluff. This is a review and the ultimate purpose is to provide honest feedback via this incredibly useful format so others may make an informed choice for products or servives.

Wade I will give you the benefit of the doubt and can assure you I am not in the trade nor am I competitor of yours. What I am is a smart, hands on individual who has the ability to solve many of my own problems but from time to time still needs to call a professional due to lack of knowledge or time constraints as was the case here.

What I will say about the service received from Pronto is that it was highly lacking in quality and attention to detail. The above described scenario is what transpired and my review is honest and now to the point. The idea that I am required to call you back to justify, valadate or confirm my review is false. You provided a service, I was not pleased, you replied and I've left this updated review. That's the end of it.

Regarding my reviews of others and how they pertain to our interaction I argue has no barring. I will however give you this. In my experience it's uncommon to get 5 star service. Mediocre to poor service is common. When people upsell, double talk or fail to perform there's nothing wrong with calling them on that and my reviews reflect that. Regarding my 1 or 2 star reviews. I would challenge you to look at others who have reviewed these establishments. I would bet 95 percent of them have multiple low scoring reviews reflecting that I am not unique. Even your reviews reflect a few low scores and even a retaliatory "crabass" comment from you. It's a two way street Wade and your reply and how you word them reflect as much to your integraty as your overall performance. I've taken your point I hope you'll take mine.

I can't say enough about this service company. They're responsive, they're professional, they're on time, they get the job done! They may not be the least expensive, but they're worth every penny. We recently had our AC go out. I emailed them at 6am, they called me at 7am and a tech was onsite by 9am the next day during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Thanks Pronto for all you do to take care of our AC, furnace and humidifier.

Chris did an excellent job, work through the issues quickly explain them to me and gave us the promotional cleaning price for the fall tuneup all very appreciated now I can do my travels without worry cleaned thermal sensor and fall leaves.

Keith checked my A/C, in order for me to get my rebate, plus he answered my questions about my new furnace and A/C and reviewed the proper settings for summer temps and humidity. He was friendly and helpful.

Always honest and kind and go above and beyond what is expected. I left pronto and went to genz ryan for a short period of time and after multiple lies and attempts to have me install expensive things in my home, in which were not needed AND dupe me into installing a water heater for an exorbitant price, I left genz ryan and went back to pronto. The people who come out to my home are always great and they do a great job fixing whatever it is I need them to fix!

Had my furnace stop working on a Friday night, they were very prompt coming out Saturday- spent a few Hours working on it but were unable to get it working that day. The technician replaced one faulty part but didn't have immediate access to the 2nd part that had failed. He was very empathetic and apologetic, left a few space heaters over night, and made sure I was first on his list for the next morning when he could come back with the correct part.
Given that it was a weekend, and he had to make 2 trips out they were very reasonable with the billing.
I have used Pronto for my annual maintenance for the past few years, and this is the prime example of excellent customer service that has solidified my loyalty.

We have been very pleased with Pronto. They are professional, courteous and fast. They installed our system 3 years ago and we have had zero problems with it until this most recent cold snap. When I called the woman who answered the phone walked me through a few troubleshooting ideas and got us up and running again within minutes. She was friendly and very patient. Our furnace quit running (which meant our AC wasn't running on 90+ degree August days) over night on a Thursday. I called the company we usually go through first thing in the AM and the earliest appointment they could give me was Monday AM. I took the appt and began calling through the list on Google to find someone who could get out sooner. Pronto could get there that day so I set an appt. They were also very flexible and moved me up when I called back due to some scheduling conflicts. When the tech came out he said my blower motor was out and that he couldn't get a replacement because my furnace was so old and my only option was to get a new furnace. He said he even contacted their Bryant rep and there was nothing they could do. He took our information and said a sales guy would send us some quotes. (Still haven't gotten the quotes ...)

After he left, I called Standard Heating, who initially installed our furnace and AC. I gave them to serial number and they said they could get the part that day. So I kept my appt for Monday morning. When the tech came out, he did some tests and within minutes diagnosed it as the circuit board. He got it running immediately by bypassing it while we covered our options.

We were very disappointed that we went the entire weekend without AC when there was a simple work around to get us by. I'm shocked by an improper diagnosis and lack of follow through. I called Pronto and they refunded the $149 trip charge without much hassle, which I did appreciate.

I highly recommend Pronto for any heating and air conditioning needs. They have been extremely easy to work with. Every single person I've interacted with from sales to service to customer support have been exceptional. I purchased a new Bryant Evolution system including a furnace and air conditioner in May. They also set up my home with a dual zone system. I have to admit I had some sticker shock, but I compared prices with another large chain and the price was very competitive. The cost did set my expectations very high and Pronto managed to exceed them!
Pronto does an amazing job of communicating in all aspects. Frank in sales spent a ton of time educating me on options and providing up front pricing with no surprises. He answered several after hours calls to answer my questions.

They let you know when your appt is, give you a small window, text you when they are on the way, and are there in the promised window every single time! Not only do they show up, but they are the most polite, professional, knowledgeable service providers I've ever encountered.

I had Keith (service) out to my house several times to follow up on questions related to some unexpected noise. He always came out quickly, when it was convenient for me, and assured me he would keep coming out until I was completely satisfied. I am 100% satisfied! I would categorize the visits as 10% tweaking the system and 90% homeowner (me!) education.

Of course the most important is quality of the product and the installation. The system works perfectly and my home is so incredibly comfortable from top to bottom. I built new in 2009 and wish terribly i had Pronto install a system like this when it was new vs. suffer through the cold winters and hot summers with my builder grade junk.

Dan was great! Showed up right when he said he would. Was friendly and takes to us about not just what he needed to do, but why! So satisfied with the service we are going to have Pronto come back next week and install a house humidifier!! Would recommend them to everyone!

Pronto's tech Brian was great! He explained things in a way I understood and was very thorough. We ended up having to red tag our furnace but I understood why and felt confident we did not need a 2nd opinion.

We recently got a new high efficiency furnace/ac unit (our AC was 20 years old, and the furnace was even older). We got multiple bids for the project, but decided to go with Pronto. Their salesman was informative without being too pushy or demanding, which I always appreciate. When we'd had AC problems earlier in the summer they were prompt and courteous, so we'd already had a good experience with them. They explained the choices they had in great detail to me, going over the pros and cons of each, what was right for my house, and what was right for the sort of value I wanted to get out of it.

Price: Since this was the main negative review on here, I wanted to address it. Pronto was not the cheapest. However, they were pretty comparable to the other well-reviewed HVAC companies we looked at. I also want to note that Pronto has some great financing options and guarantees, such as the ability to get an exchange or refund within the first 2 years and a $500 a day guarantee that they'll get out there the same day if something goes wrong with it. The financing was what really sold it for me. They've currently got a 60 month, 0% financing. With the other options, including the cheaper ones, we would have had to go with financing options that were a similar length, but accrued interest. Ultimately, considering interest, we'd end up paying the same even with a less expensive company because of APR. Because of that, we decided we'd rather go with Pronto because we already had a high level of trust in them, and if the end price would be similar then there was no reason not to.

The actual installers actually came the day after I said I'd go with Pronto even though both my AC and heater were fully functional and there was no need for them to have to go quickly. Their technicians, much like before, were very courteous and thoughtful. They walked through the area with me before they took out anything and explained what they planned to do. Then for most of the day (installation was 7am-2pm) they just did their thing. When they were done they cleaned up very well and then showed us what we needed to know about our new system. The only part they missed as far as cleaning was an area on the outside of the house where they had to drill through in order to put in a new pipe; they left debris on my landscaping rocks, but that's pretty minor. In the last week or so since installation our house has been more comfortable and the unit is much quieter than our old one, so very pleased thus far!
