Logan was on time, friendly, professional, efficient, and even great with our new rescue puppy . He took time to explain what he did to check out our system, answered questions, and gave us a review of the status of Carbon Monoxide readings, etc. We set up an appt for our A/C for July, handled with ease. Logan has been with Pronto a little over a year and appreciates the position with Pronto and spoke highly of his employer when I mentioned how much we liked doing business with them.
