I always ask for Eric. He knows my system, and always takes time to answer my questions. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust him completely to take good care of my HVAC system twice a year, and to keep me aware of any potential issues that might become problems.

When my AC went down over a weekend, I was fortunate that Eric was the technician on call. He arrived promptly, within just a few hours of my initial call. He cleaned my unit, diagnosed the problem, and did the repair quickly. We were up and running within 45 minutes. The service we received from the office and from Eric was outstanding, as usual.
