Robby was great. We knew our air conditioner was going to have to be replaced eventually, but he got it running within 30 minutes and the labor and visit was taken off if we decided to move forward. House was cooled within 15 minutes and he showed us a few things to do to keep our upstairs area cooler, which had always been a problem. Overall, we were very satisfied with Robby. We decided to move forward with new equipment and they fit us into schedule within the week.
Appointment was for between 3 and 5 and they got here at about 2:45 (fabulous timing). Diagnosed the issue, fixed it quick, now we have cold air in the house. Robby was great. Thanks a whole heap!

The tech was able to effectively communicate with the issue with our air conditioning was. We actually first called the company listed on our furnace and after two days of not getting any call back decided to move on to Pronto
My technician Jeff arrived at the very front end of the time window that was provided to me, he was very informative, and promptly resolved the issues that were the reason for the service call. If that wasn t good enough he observed me fighting with my thermostat as the buttons have a tendency to stick and it makes programming a painstaking task, he fixed that too! Also great with dogs.

In a true emergency; leaving town in 12 hours, early Sunday morning, our furnace stopped working Saturday night and both Gigi (that s the name of whom I spoke to at Pronto I think) and Jesse who fixed it were fabulous. Keith did a great job...outstanding..excellent. I had a AC tune up last week, everything went well...I turned it on today and it was not working. Keith did a great job trouble shooting to discover that it was a bad fuse that likely went when turning the AC on and off during the tune up. These guys are great! I bought a furnace and air conditioning system from them 3 years ago. All of a sudden the air conditioner stopped working this spring. When I called they went out of their way to come as soon as possible. Robbie came out and discovered all the coolant had leaked out. He refiled it as a temporary patch and then scheduled a return call 2 weeks later to make the permanent repair. When he got here at that time he found that the issue was more serious than he thought. What was expected to take a couple hours took 5 hours and required a new component to be sent from the warehouse. He took the time to get it fixed/replaced immediately and I am sure this meant that other techs had to be reassigned to cover other customers he had scheduled. There was never any hint at any point that this entire thing would not be fully covered under warranty. I highly recommend them as this was a demonstration of the kind of service that shows a commitment to customers even though it required extra effort.

We were having an intermittent problem with our A/C and so called to set up a service call. The friendly, efficient office person (Kelcey?) arranged for a service tech to come out that afternoon. Shortly thereafter we were paid a visit by Peter who quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor and had us cool and comfortable again in no time. Peter was very professional and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. I couldn t be happier with Pronto. From the time they installed our new furnace and A/C back in 2013 to the contacts we ve had since then I ve never dealt with a company where everybody, without exception, was so professional, competent, and friendly. Lots of companies do heating and A/C but Pronto sets the bar at what I consider to be an almost impossibly high level. I mean everybody, from the person who answers the phone to the installers who hook you up to the service techs who keep you happy after the fact, these people are GOOD.
I couldn't leave a review using their software. But I wanted to give Jeff kudos. We couldn't replicate the problem, but he explained his theory regarding what was happening - which made sense for the super hot days when it was making the noise. I appreciated Jeff's willingness and ability to communicate. I have always been happy with the folks at Pronto. They represent how it SHOULD be done.

We heard about Pronto through friends who had to have a new system installed last year. They were very happy with their experience and recommended the company to us when we had a small issue with our air conditioning. Peter was our service tech, and he was great! He was on time, friendly, and professional. He identified the issue immediately, and resolved it within the hour. He provided good info about our unit, and explained what to expect after the service. (Time to cool, normal condensation, etc.) The price was very reasonable ($149 service call and diagnostics; $150 to resolve the issue), and there was no upselling or pressure to buy extras, or enroll in any service contracts. I point out that last, as I ve seen reviewers of other local companies complain about those tactics. There was none of that in our experience, just up-front, honest, good work from someone who seems to enjoy his job and knows what he s doing. Thanks, Peter and Pronto! We ll be back for any future needs and will recommend you to others.
Blair was professional, friendly, informative and very attentive as he was working. I spoke with him 4 or 5 times while he was doing the HVAC installation and he answered all my questions in a friendly manner.
Peter was amazing, friendly, very detailed and found out within minutes what was wrong with our air conditioner and furnace, he tired to resolve on a Sunday but Lenox would not answer their phones, so thereffore, it will be fixed on Monday. It's hot, but Peter did his best to try and resolve.
I m giving Pronto a 4 star rating for fixing my furnace. Their service was truly worth 5 stars. From the time I called to the time my furnace was fixed was probably less than two hours. Granted I think I got lucky that someone else had cancelled their appointment. Emma was great finding a technician that was available and Logan was great at quickly diagnosing the the problem. At first I thought their fees were reasonable. $149 for coming out and diagnosing the problem. The faulty part was a ignitor controller. I was happy they had one in the van, but that is when he told me the part was $450 to purchase. I later did some research and found the part could be easily purchased for $80, but it would have to ordered and shipped. To be fair, I wasn t expecting to pay cost, but a 5X markup is beyond gouging. With the house already cold I felt I had move forward with the purchase. $600 all said and done. In the end, I felt taken advantage of due to my situation.
Chris was terrific. He is so knowledgeable and informative. He replaced a motor for me (still under warranty) that was noisy. I had noticed the noise but forgot to mention it to him when he started my tune-up. I was so pleasantly surprised when he told me he replaced it because he had noticed the noise too. That is what I call excellent service.
I am going to request him for my next tune-up next spring.

From sales through installation we couldn't be happier with the pricing, service and hassle-free installation. Our twenty-year old furnace broke down 48 hours before the coming of sub-zero temps. Needless to say we were in a hurry to get it replaced. During our meeting with Mike, we chose the furnace we could afford, reviewed the warranty and finance options, signed the deal then cancelled our appointment with another company that we were going to get a bid from. Very generic big box service. They make everything into a gamble with their service pricing. You basically pay to play. Craigslist has far cheaper and more knowledgeable people who will be just as fast and of course way cheaper. Do yourself a favor and get someone off crags list instead.
