Our family used Pronto this summer to install a new A/C unit, after a great experience with that transaction, start to finish, it only made sense to call Pronto when our furnace went out. We are very glad we did, the time frame for arrival was 10am-12pm, Logan, the technician was here at 10am sharp! He was very friendly, the SMS link to his Bio made for an easy ice breaker( he likes to fish, I love to fish!) After a brief description of what was failing with our furnace, he got right to work. less than 30 minutes later he was finished. Gave a great layman's breakdown of what was wrong, and how he fixed it. Suggested a "tune up" plan that would cover both the Furnace and the A/C unit. We appreciated that extra option(which we took) it shows pride in the service, and a level of comfort knowing that this will not be a one time interaction. It also shows Pronto wants to ensure that the customer is cared for beyond the initial visit.
