Although we'd never used them, Pronto has been persistent in sending us promotions so we bit this time. As it happened our previous HVAC servicer had not visited or called in two years I realized by the tag on our furnace so we were overdue for service.
On the phone the staff were always courteous and the tech bent over backwards, in fact came back the next morning (Saturday) to install the filter. They answered any questions we had, and set us up with a program that will give us A/C and furnace servicing over the next two years. They will contact us whenever it is time. It has been a great home service experience working with Pronto.
