Great experience with the service department staff. They were courteous, communicative, and accommodating. We will only use this place to service our Land Cruiser.

Great buying experience- the car was ready, I was expected and well taken care of. The deal was transparent and straightforward, and didn't take long at all. Roman's communication was perfect, clear and direct. Really honest and no tricks. Roman did a great job of dealing with the layer of shields, face masks and handwashing- no big deal.

Very well done. Everthing went smoothly and on time and friendly employees.

I ll never buy another car from this dealership again. They re not a fair and honest place. They sold me an old car for the price of a new car and every time i take it to maintenance they say it doesn t need it when it does and still charge me for it. Don t buy cars from this dealership because they ll sell you a crappy car made to look new with a new car price.

Let me be more clear. Mike Quinn did an excellent job of delivering my repaired Rav4 on time & on quoted price. However, your computer appointment system is very poor. You couldn't find my appointment.

Easy to make my appointment, quick drop off. Car was done in under he estimated time. I received a text as I requested when it was ready. I was offered shuttle at time of appointment and again when I dropped off. My car was parked out front and ready to go when I picked it up.

It is clear that they have worked hard to improve their level of service. A year ago they would not have received this score from me. Nice work !!

Thanks to Daniel M for a wonderful buying experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and didn't make us feel pressured! He was very patient with all of my questions! He made sure my mom was comfortable while we waited for approval and kept her company. I will refer him to friends in the future for sure.

Cathy L was also great! She chatted with my mom while we were waiting on paperwork and kept us company! She also gave us her contact information in case we had any questions she could answer. She was very pleasant to talk to.

Finally, once we got to the finance department to sign our paperwork with Mohammed A, our experience continued to be great. He was very friendly and thorough while going over our paperwork. He also didn't pressure us into purchasing any extras, but gave us a discount on a warranty that we decided to add. I also didn't feel rushed while reading over the contract.

I've never had such a good experience while buying a car! Thank you again, I'll be back!

My wife and I worked with K. Khzam at Broadway this last weekend. We knew we wanted a Prius C. We had visited many other dealerships, but Khzam and Broadway were able to get us the car we wanted for the best price. Even after starting the paper work, they found us a rebate we missed, saving us about a $1300. So far the Prius has lived up to it's estimated mileage! Thanks again Khzam.

Dan Martini took great care of me and my Tacoma. I took it in for a scheduled maintenance. They found a coolant leak that was going to cost $2500 out of my pocket and without me even asking he went out of his way to dig into my paperwork and found that I had an active service contract that covered the cost of it.

My sales associate, Le Champion, greeted me before I even walked in the door and was extremely helpful and courteous. He not only found me exactly what I was looking for, but it was also very reasonably priced. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have bought three cars from toyota this was my first time buying from the broadway location, unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The color I wanted was not in stock, I was assured that it would have all the features as the one I test drove. That was not the case, the car that I received did not have the same features as the one I test drove and was assured I would get. I recommend if the car you want is not in stock do not get it, find another location where it has the exact features you want.

Stop. The. Madness!!! I leased a vehicle here in 2016, traded it 4 months later at a different dealership. I can t get off the dang call lists to save my life!! I have spoke to at least a dozen different people, all Leasing managers ensuring me they would delete me from their system . Most recently got a call at 2:30 AM while on a business trip.

STAY. AWAY. That is unless you want spam calls for YEARS!!

I had never done business with Portland Toyota so I was prepared for the worst - old school dealership tactics. I was surprised and impressed by the kind courteous help from the entire staff - from the manager on down. No high pressure sales tactics, no b.s. I dealt with David, a lovely young man that helped me and my son find the perfect used car that worked within our budget with no pressure to purchase extras. We are completely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for David - he is great!

Bought my truck in Wilsonvile but I always get it serviced at Broadway I have to say best service department I've ever been to. I've had Nissan's, Ford's, BMW's, and Chevy's and this service department is by far the best!

Today, my wife and I purchased a 2010 RAV4 from Toyota of Portland. We were assisted by Rae and Richard who were very accommodating and friendly (not pushy). Based on my experience I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This place is top notch. Katherine was amazingly helpful, pleasant, and efficient. I never thought I could have a great experience at a dealership, but this place seems to be the exception. Even finance was quick, to the point, and not pushy at all. Really good place to buy a car.

As always, a good experience with this dealership. Courteous professional service from the service manager, mechanic and cashier. Comfortable waiting area. Good discussion with the service manager about what my 200,000 + mile car will need in the next couple of years but no pressure to do it now.

Jefferson was great. Super friendly and easy to work with. Wait time was pretty long, however. Thats my only fuss. But this experience was better than my last, when someone literally couldn't find my keys after my service and I had to wait even longer before I could get them.

I got my front windshield replaced for my Ford Mustang. Quick and excellent service. After waiting only two days for them to order the windshield it took them less than 3 hours to install. Also got life-long warranty on any cracks and sealing issues that are not caused by external damage, like rocks, etc.

Fast service. They were able to update software on my bluetooth unit and save having to replace it. Huge savings!

My initial experience there was fine. Not 'exceeds expectations' or 'best ever' but fine. I took my car in for routine maintenance which was in no way inexpensive. It has been slightly over a week and I have received at least 7 emails asking me to review as well as 6 text messages (that specifically asked for a 5 star review) despite having opted out of texting. This is unacceptable harassment especially after spending as much money as I did. But even after a week of harassment I still had not publicly reviewed. What pushed me over the edge was after responding to their survey expressing my concerns they emailed me again!

I took my car is for an oil change, recall and warranty issue and all three things were done while I was a work. The service rep was great and I like how they Uber you from the location!

My last experience at this location was awful. I made an appointment at 11:45 am for a maintenance check yesterday on Thursday (12/12) and they were busy which was fine. I get it. My service manager was Nick and he was great. I was told that after leaving my car overnight for detailing the next morning I would get my car back by 1:30pm on Friday. He said that if my car was not going to be ready by 1:30pm someone would call me. I called Toyota at 3:45 asking about the status of my car because I know that they close at 6pm and I was redirected to a voicemail box. I was later called at 4:30pm and left a voicemail telling me that my car was ready but more work needed to be done. Unfortunately I didn t see my missed call because I was somewhere where my phone needed to be silenced, which was my fault of course. I called then back around 5:30 when I saw the message and kept getting redirected to voicemails again. The receptionist finally got a hold of someone and I finally got a call from Aaron At 5:50pm saying that I needed to pay my bill before they close at 6pm so I can get my car overnight. I couldn t leave my car overnight since I work tomorrow. With my wallet in the car and nothing else to do, I had to leave where I was at to grab my wallet and they still expected me to get my battery changed with them? As if. I feel like it s super disrespectful to let people know so late and expect people to abide by their time especially when if they had actually done my maintenance check on the day I scheduled it then they would had more time to fix whatever issue there was. Then I explained my grievances with Aaron and all he could say was that he would pass it on to Nick. No sir, if you were taking charge of his work that s on you. I will never go back. With that being said, the receptionist who does scheduling for service was absolutely wonderful and did everything she could to get me in touch with someone. She is the reason for any stars at all. I think her name was Rochelle.

I called their service department on a recall notice. Service Advisor, Tony, got my vehicle in promptly. Mechanics checked the issue, found it OK, and vehicle was good to go. Tony was professional, polite, explained the issue, and gave reassurance. I recommend Toyota of Portland service dept., particularly Tony since he was my sole contact. Tina

David went above and beyond the last time I had my Tacoma in for service. He was quick to answer my questions and schedule the add-on items I presented to him upon check-in. He updated me on the status of my vehicle and made sure I had a ride or a loaner, if needed. Your employees are always friendly and informative.

Untrustworthy.

If you go through the process of buying a car here, take thorough notes and write down names of the people you speak with. Hold them to what they say.

Expect a lowball price on trade-ins.

Expect to know more about the vehicle you are interested in than the sales associate. Even with minimal research I found that I knew way more about the product than anyone at the dealership.

They will try and confuse you and change numbers if you aren t paying close attention.
If you buy a car from them they will say they will take care of you if issues come up. They won t. At least they didn t in my experience. It was all smoke and mirrors.

You will talk to lots of people and they will tell you personal stories to try and gain your trust. This is part of their ploy.

Prepare to spend a full day navigating their tactics.

Steer clear if you are a woman shopping on your own.

If they tell you that they have a strong partnership with other dealers within the O Brien Auto Group it is untrue. They do not.

If you have a problem with the car you purchased and text with the sales people they will likely leave you hanging.

The survey from Toyota breeds dishonest answers about purchase experiences and every single person will plead with you to give them a 10 rating. This is a leverage tool for them. We will only give you this deal if you give us a 10 rating on the Toyota survey.

The service department and rental car desk were the only redeeming factors at this dealership.

I will never support or endorse this dealership and warn strongly against it.

This place is horrible, the salesman are among the pushiest of any car salesman i have met to date. after waiting around for about 4 hours and them trying to get us to purchase a vehicle that we did not want we finally walked away and went to Gladstone Toyota! they where friendly and fast, and most of all not pushy. I would not recommend anybody comes to this dealership to buy a car.

Dennis Wolfe was very friendly and knowledgeable when helping me decide what services to include in my car check up prior to a long road trip. He arranged Uber transportation both ways and there were no hang ups. I was very satisfied with the service!!!

I was impressed with the service department at Toyota of Portland. I was immediately welcomed and quoted a time for the service, which was reviewed with me at drop off. They were slightly under the quoted time, which was fabulous!

So it took three times coming in to figure out what was wrong. But they never charged me when they tried to figure out the problem and couldn't. Josh and Andrew were honest and nice and made sure that I did not get charged for what they couldn't figure out. Who does this?

Walked in out of curiosity and walked out 2 hours later with an amazing deal on a certified Prius! Everyone was so helpful and we never felt pressured to purchase any more than we needed. Would definitely suggest Broadway Toyota to my pals.

Was quoted a ridiculous price to take a look at a broken seatbelt ($135 to take a look at it). Took over 2 hours for an oil change on a Thursday morning. Then my check engine light came on 100 miles after leaving the shop.

Very customer oriented - communicated throughout process - proactive with vehicle recalls. Pleasure to work with as a new customer!

Went in for an oil change during happy hour. It took them about 20 minutes for them to actually attend me and they were not busy. There were many Toyota Advisors that looked at me and never said one word. Until a mechanic asked if I have been helped and he grabbed an advisor for me. Her name was Angie. She was very nice and helpful. It took them about an hour until they said it was ready for pick up. When I got there, there were about 5 advisors that didn t acknowledge me and didnt ask if I needed any help. It took them about 10 minutes of me standing there looking straight at them for Angie to ask me if I m here to pick up.

The customer service here isn t very good. I will only come back because of the cheap $20 oil change during happy hour. Don t come here expecting great service. Just go for the good priced oil change.

Toyota has definitely made some great changes over the last few years! Their service office and vehicle drop off is a much smother process and they surprised me this time with offering Uber services to drop you off and pick you up! I was able to leave my car for work and head into work!

I showed up early for an appointment that I made online for a basic oil change and it still took two hours (from my appointment time) so what's the point of making an appointment. My service rep (Josh) coded the paperwork incorrectly, which showed service that wasn't even performed, so I had to wait again while it was being redone. He also recommended that I get service that I already had done by another Toyota location. Maybe it was because he was too busy listening to the music in the earbuds he wore the entire time.

Very good service and help understanding my options. Ken was friendly and courteous and introduced me to all the people I would be dealing with. Recommend them highly

Was mislead regarding expectations on accessing my personal credit scores, even though I came in with a pre-approval from my personal credit union. Additionally, was advised I only needed one plate in Oregon, but later found out in Oregon, you actually need two. Lastly, I was told I had a limited 3 month warranty on the car I purchased, but when I took it in to get serviced, was told the warranty did not apply to the car I purchased. It has been 3 weeks of attempting to reach out, and I have received no response from sales associate or manager after attempts of following up.

My truck buying experience at Toyota of Portland yesterday was incredible. I inquired online about a truck I was interested in and that I would be trading in my current truck. I was contacted by Sam and met with him an hour later when I arrived. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He had the truck I was interested in ready in front when I arrived and we immediately went for a test drive. Needless to say I was immediately sold. When we went in to make the deal it went so smoothly. I had a set amount I was willing to get for my trade and an amount I was willing to finance. I received an offer that was more than I expected (and more than I was offered trying to sell on my own and more than KBB). They met my expectations for interest rate and payment as well. I was in and out with paperwork signed and keys in hand in just over 2 hours! Never had an experience that was so easy and actually enjoyable when buying a car. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to buy from Toyota of Portland. My last truck was from Beaverton Toyota where I had a horrible experience during the purchase of my vehicle and during my service visits. Way to go Toyota of Portland and my salesman Sam! He was so professional and personal. He made the entire experience a great one!

Great Toyota Care service with my new Highlander. Very happy with coverage and care. Decent waiting area with coffee and whole first service at 5k miles took around 90 minutes.

make your choice. Pick up and return to the service center was a pleasant surprise.

I had the most amazing experience. I went in just looking to test drive a few cars and get a feel for what I wanted. I was not ONCE pressured to buy. Dalal was the one helping me out and let me tell you she is A M A Z I N G! She has such a great attitude! She made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Broadway to all of my friends and family and I know where to go whenever I am in need/want of a new car.

I ended up getting a 2015 Toyota Corolla with the help of Dalal. She made sure it was comfortable with my budget and my lifestyle.
