I showed up early for an appointment that I made online for a basic oil change and it still took two hours (from my appointment time) so what's the point of making an appointment. My service rep (Josh) coded the paperwork incorrectly, which showed service that wasn't even performed, so I had to wait again while it was being redone. He also recommended that I get service that I already had done by another Toyota location. Maybe it was because he was too busy listening to the music in the earbuds he wore the entire time.
