I had never done business with Portland Toyota so I was prepared for the worst - old school dealership tactics. I was surprised and impressed by the kind courteous help from the entire staff - from the manager on down. No high pressure sales tactics, no b.s. I dealt with David, a lovely young man that helped me and my son find the perfect used car that worked within our budget with no pressure to purchase extras. We are completely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for David - he is great!
