The oil change service was great, but I later discovered I was missing a hubcap. Contacted the Service Center two days ago about this and was promised some action to replace it, but am still waiting.

Everyone was super helpful! This is my first time buying a car so I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I came in the door I was greeted and comforted by the customer service manager Jim. He quickly set me up with a salesman. Azhar kahn helped me out. I told him some pretty basic details on what I wanted an a price range and he showed me 3 Cara right off the bat that would have been perfect. Ended up with a 2014 black Corolla with super low mileage and I couldn't be happier. They even helped me set up my insurance afterwards! Everyone was really helpful, comfortable, and accommodating.

Was looking for a Good truck on the lot. Sadly I walked thru all 4 lots multiple times without a single salesman acknowledging me. It wasn't busy. Sadly I'll have to take my business else where.

Unfortunately, all my worst fears about working with a sleezy car dealership have come true here. I was pressured to buy a car out of my budget, told I would be receiving a solid warranty then when signing found out the salesman was wrong, after 3 hours and on the final dotted line. After driving off the lot, the car has had multiple problems- all of which they have tried to charge me to fix. When I have brought in my car for maintenance their service department has returned the car to me with new problems each time. I have spent many of my days off returning to the dealership to have the car worked on after they did something wrong. This was my first time going with a car dealership since I was tired of getting unreliable cars off craigslist and I thought working with the Toyota of Portland dealership woud guarantee a level of transparency and support. It has been awful! Each step of the way. Don t buy with them- I m very disappointed with my overall experience.

Mike Taylor in the service department is excellent! He noticed I had been waiting patiently to be addressed for an extended period of time. Without mentioning a word to him, he came right up and offered a heavy discount for my wait and had me taken care of right away. It's nice to be compensated without having to complain, it shows a high level of compassion and great customer service! I will definitely be back. Thanks Mike!

A friend gave me a coupon for a free oil change at Toyota of Portland, and I was hoping to do a drop-in and get it done quickly, but they were really busy both times (one afternoon, one morning). I finally made an appointment, as I really wanted to get that free oil change, and even then, my wait was an hour and a half! I wondered, what's the point of making an appointment when they make you wait three times as long as should be reasonable for this service? While I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, this "free" oil change ultimately cost me about 2.5 hours of my precious time. Here's my advice: skip the dealership (even if you have a coupon) and head to Jiffy Lube.

Toyota of Portland's service department never disappoint! The service writer's always treat me like one of their friends, they give great information when I have questions, and work as quick as possible to have my car ready to go. Jefferson and Karina are the absolute best. If you book an appointment, book with them!

Experience was okay. Came in for a hybrid diagnostic, which was not fully performed. They took the easy route and gave me the first answer they could think of, which was incorrect. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that could put me in a dangerous situation (as my issue causes complete loss of acceleration at high speeds) and an incomplete diagnosis.

I will be working with a local mechanic instead as they are geared towards fixing my issue rather selling me maintenance bundles.

Mike Taylor was my Service Advisor and he was friendly and professional. He reviewed my service plan and clarified what I needed at this visit; he also made sure I got all the services allowable on my pre-paid plan, which I wouldn t have been aware and he set up the Lyft ride back to my home and let me know he would call when my car was ready and that a Lyft would bring me back to pick up my vehicle. When I returned Mike was busy with another customer so a friendly Ian McClintock stepped in and finished my paperwork and took me to my car. Very pleased as always with Broadway Toyota of Portland s quality service and personable advisors- love the to and from transportation too- a definite plus- Kudos to choosing Lyft also, my preference.

I wasn t impressed with their customer service. They didn t do a good job following back up with me and taking care of me throughout my entire process. I did purchase a vehicle through them since I couldn t find what I was looking for at any other dealership. It was a very typical exhausting time working with car salesman.

My recent service was facilitated by Joe North and it all went very well. We talked in advance about what maintenance was needed and the expected cost. Work was done quickly and the cost estimate was right on target.

Bought a second vehicle here again and we were taken care of! Thai, our sales person helped my dad out this time and we got a nice return customer hook up.
They gave us a better deal than any other Toyota dealer in the region too.
Can t wait to upgrade my next vehicle, I m definitely coming back.
Thanks Broadway Toyota Team!

I have a 2004 Sequoia SR5 and was notified that an airbag component was recalled. Toyota of Portland performed the replacement. First, I m impressed that Toyota is still following my 16 year old Sequoia to insure that it is safe to operate. Second, the service staff at Toyota of Portland are skilled, friendly, and eager to keep my rig operating like a new vehicle.

I just left. I was treated very rudely by the Service manager. He offered to show me the oil change orders for the 56 cars that came in between 2 and 2:05 to prove to me that they couldn t offer the advertised happy hour oil change until the end of the day and probably not then either. When I looked at the stack of papers in his hand he yanked them away. Haha! I m sure they were random work orders. False advertising! I called the day before and was told I shouldn t make an appointment because it will be $30 more than the advertised special. Yet, when I arrived I was told I had to make an appointment because they can t honor the special because they are too busy. Terrible customer service. I question the quality of their work. Is it at the same low level of customer service? I'm a new Toyota owner and can t trust the service department. It s shameful.

Thank you for your reply. I ended up driving out to Beaverton Toyota. They were very professional and friendly. They checked my records and discovered I only needed a multi-point inspection and tire rotation. For some reason the person who took my initial call at Portland Toyota couldn't see those national records and recommended the oil change. Fortunately, Beaverton Toyota did look, offered to do the inspection and the rotation since I had already driven out and had an appointment (which I got within 30 minutes by phone) and washed my car. I bet you can guess which dealership I'll go back to for service.

My CarCare session was very good. The work was done efficiently. Toyota techs said I had to have my pollen filter and air filter replaced as a result of extensive changes secondary to the forest fires and air pollution. I'm happy they caught that and appreciate their being thorough.

Update from my previous review below:
The Assistant Manager and Service Rep both called me back to apologize after reading this review, and to see if they could do anything to rectify the situation. They were very nice and offered a small discount on the relevant services I needed. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I would not recommend the service department to anyone.

I had my vehicle in for service to check out a problem several months ago. At the time, the service representative I spoke with informed me that a special part would need to be ordered and it would take about a week to arrive. I opted to wait until I had saved up a little money, since it was expensive and they assured me it was non-essential to the functioning of the car. They said, no problem, we will keep the info in our system and feel free to call anytime to order the part and schedule an appointment.

Cut to 2 weeks ago when I began the attempt to have the part ordered and schedule an appointment. I have now called them a total of 8 (eight!) times over the last two weeks and still have not been able to get help. The first several times I called, the guy who initially helped me was not on duty and the people who answered the phone did not seem willing to help, instead telling me to call back the next day. The last several times I called, the specific guy was at work, however he was either on the phone or helping another customer. I happily gave them my number as I was assured he would call back as soon as he was able. I never received a call back. I have been nothing but courteous, patient, and respectful each time I have called, however the last time I called I dared to mention that I was having difficulty getting assistance, and the representative snapped at me. He said in a very rude tone something like, "Well, sir, he will CERTAINLY call you back today because he's right here helping a customer now!" That was last week.

Barris Porter was a great Salesman. He walked us through each step and answer every question we had about both the car and lease details. We feel he went the extra mile for us to ensure we were happy and confident about our decision.

Bought through Costco and had a great experience. No haggling. I contacted them via email and the rep called me in the morning and I explained what I was looking for. I had 2 different models I was considering. He looked at the inventory and got the numbers back to me.
I went out they'with my wife and he had pulled both cars out. We bought the Corolla and were out that night. Easy!

My second service at 10k Toyota of Portland and again absolutely fantastic service. I can see why Toyota is such a world class successful company. Ben was incredibly nice, very easy going, with a thorough explanation of what they were doing. Plus he and Scott went way beyond helping me out with my key fob issues on my car. Thank you both. Five star service without question.

Great customer service from Dan Zika. Just finished some major warranty work on my Toyota and Dan was a great help in identifying the issue and working with Toyota for a warranty correction. Great guy.

I usually go to Toyota of Portland to get my car serviced once I was informed of their happy hour services. I went in yesterday and Andrew B. had informed me that they didn t have that special anymore. Although I was sad, he added on that it was an HQ decision and not their locations. Which is understandable, can t be upset at things out of your control. Fortunately, he did find a coupon to use for my service for a small discount of the overall price. After explaining what my service will be and the cost, he told me how long it would take to be done. As I began to walk away, he remembered to properly introduce himself - which I thought was nice as most people forget to introduce themselves.
Eventually he returned with the checklist of my car and talked to me about all the categories that got checked in the red section, it was nice to hear thorough explanations of each item and he suggested which one(s) to do day of if I could and do the others at a different time. It s great when someone is pushing to do a service instead of all of them at once. Great experience and he gave me a few free car wash coupons. I m assuming all the things he did are under his job responsibilities but too many times have there been members that skimp out on the small details forgetting most people don t know too much about their car.

I had scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived, the person was not available so someone else said they would help me. The vehicle i was to test drive was not at the lot. The salesman said they would drive me to the other location but ran out of gas, turned around, and dropped me off. He then contacted the other location saying i was a Vip which in code meant something negative (I looked it up). I was not taken serious, I felt like my gender played a huge role in their process or lack of, and was sent to seek out the neighbor dealer on my own. I had clearly stated my budget and type of vehicle but was treated poorly. $15,000 is a very reasonable amount. I felt as though I was marked into their system, and will continue looking elsewhere. I had such high hopes for this place but my boundaries were an issue for their technique when it came to sales rather than helping or showing me vehicles that were of interest to me. Go somewhere else if you can. As a women, we deserve to be treated serious and with respect.

The first time I used ToP I bought tires for my Avalon. On the way home I noticed that my car was pulling to the left. I took it back in, they test drove it and told me it was the crest in the road and that I had also purchased high performance tires. Well I ve been driving for forty years and I know about the crest in the road and this was definitely not that. As for the high performance tires comment I had purchased regular all season Michelin s. And what kind of explanation is that - it s ridiculous.

Last week I had the120,000 service done. They also performed service on the woofer on the JBL stereo. On the drive home I turn it on and no volume. So obviously they don t bother to check there work. That turned out to be an easy fix but still another trip for me and then their Uber system failed so I got to walk back to the shop in the rain and wind.

I think I m done with these guys. Everett Street Auto has always done a good job for me so that s where I m going in the future!!

Had an oil change appointment today at 10. I was late by 20 min. I know, I know, not cool, but I called on my way and they told me to come anyways so I did. I was informed that you no longer need an appointment for an oil change so I could come in whenever. When I got there my advisor said it would be an hour or maybe an hour an a half. I was like any longer and I need to know because I have stuff to do. Ok so I wait and wait and wait. 2 hours later I go over to the desk to ask about my van. It is done and no one came to get me. What? So I'm not sure what exactly happened, but I'm super annoyed. I would have taken the free lyft home if I had known it would take so long. Super annoyed.

Went to Toyota of Broadway to have a suspension issue diagnosed in their service department for my 2019 Tacoma. Aaron R treated me exceptionally well and let me know all the things they were doing so there were no surprises. Steve, the service manager, is the best. He is responsive and professional and really made my experience exceptional. If I could give him a raise I would! Bottom line-their service department is customer focused and has earned my trust and future business.

This was my first time at this dealership. I came in for my 1 year service in my new truck. Customer service was pretty poor. I pulled into the garage and was told to stand next to my car and wait for someone to come over. As I awkwardly stood there for five minutes, about 3 or 4 guys played around before I was fianlly acknowledged by an advisor. 1.5 hours later I finally receive a text that my truck is later and that I should see any advisor as mine as at lunch.

I have had some less than excellent experiences with other Toyota dealers,
But Broadway Toyota, and Karina, went above and beyond to treat me and my Tundra like a customer SHOULD be treated!
I can't give them enough praise or kudos to show my appreciation!
Even though I live in the East side of Vancouver, Broadway Toyota is my new provider for ALL my Toyota needs!

We saw a Highlander on ad and came in to test drive. The car had been on ad for nearly a month, but when we arrived the dealer said the car had just been traded in and told us a price $5K over ad. I informed him that the car had been on ad, and the salesman acted shocked. I logged on to their site and showed him the ad price and he said he did not know. He lied. In fact, he lied a number of times. He said they got the car on trade in, but the Carfax said they bought it at auction. He said it was $27k when the ad showed it at $22k. When I showed him the $22K price he said he had to talk to the sales manager, who then came over and said "they would honor the sale price" as if they were doing me a favor. He Broadway Toyota! I don't need you or you lies. I have plenty of dealers who have nice cars and who will tell the truth. I WILL NEVER be back and I will tell all my friends to avoid Broadway Toyota!

I brought my vehicle in for its regular service and was approached by Michelle to find out more about financing options. It worked out perfectly because I had already been thinking about refinancing my vehicle. Michelle and her team were very friendly and accommodating while I waited to hear back about the various options. While all the paperwork was being processed we were engaged in great conversation. Overall it was a great experience and I never felt pressured into a quick decision.

Well I really wanted this to be a situation where they owned their mistakes and made it easy to do business, but this was by far the worst car buying experience I ve ever had. Make sure you double check this dealers work before you get to finance. I spoke to 7 different people and spent over 10 hours of my time trying to just get an answer from this company. Saying no is perfectly fine when a deal isn t possible, however pulling numbers from thin air and leading a customer on for weeks is not acceptable. Be very careful here.

I wanted to thank Talicia at Toyota of Portland for her excellent service this week. My Camry was my first real car purchase, and Talicia was so helpful, attentive and caring in helping me to understand my maintenance schedule. She was understanding of my budget, and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable with her recommendations. Next time I go in I will definitely ask for her specifically! Thank you, Talicia for a wonderful first experience with Toyota of Portland.

Great response and professional service from the person on the phone who scheduled me in on short time as well as the service advisor. He kept me informed on the cause of my issue and the work was performed quicker than expected, at a fair cost. Car now drives perfectly.

Friendly service, but since the day after we bought our vehicle 3.24.2019, we have been trying to get a call back. The decal re noticed was bubbling as soon as we drove it if the lost. They still haven t sent us our spare key, and the relay switch for the wipers is backwards. It is now 4-14-2019 and we have tried to call them 5-6 times with promises of call back from management. Nothing. I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere like LUMS who have excellent service and care about their customers. Huge disappointment.

Have bought several cars and can t believe how poor the leadership is at this place. Broken communication from the top down without any regard for the customer. The lone star goes to the salesperson and accessories staff. The dealership manager is clearly all about fleecing the customer at all costs. Shocking!

Even though I contacted the dealership to confirm they had the vehicle I wanted when I got there they said they sold it "some time ago". The dealership had only been open 20 minutes at this point. Bait and switch. Completely wasted my time.

I was greeted very nicely by a young lady whom checked me in, and guided me to park my car. Then, the service technician came over (which took over 10 minutes) and guided me to her desk where she explained the cost and the services they would be doing. I agreed to what she recommended, and she asked if I would be leaving or waiting there. I told her it was my first time there and that I would be waiting but I didn't know where the waiting area was. Therefore, she guided me and told me she would come and get me when it was completed.

After a couple of minutes of waiting I received a text message with a link to track my vehicle service status, which I was actively looking at. Apparently this link does not update in real time. If you are providing this to your clients please be sure it updates accordingly rather than hours later.

Also, I highly suggest deleting or updating the text message option if it simply goes to a computer. I used this feature and when I asked the service technician why she hadn't responded to my text message, she mentioned she doesn't receive them but that they go to a computer.

The reason why I asked the service technician about not responding to my text message was because I waited 3 hours until I finally went outside to her desk to ask for an update on the status of my vehicle. She told me my vehicle had been ready over an hour and a half; from my knowledge I received no communication about this. The first thing she told me was that she had called out my name in the waiting area, that I must have not heard her. I was very clear with her and told her I had been sitting there the WHOLE time, facing the desk, I could not have missed her. She then asked if I hadn't received her voicemail. Again, I had checked my phone multiple times but I looked again, I had no missed calls. I let her look at my phone call log and she simply shrugged and said "oh maybe I dialed the wrong number." I should mention that it was my brothers' car which I took in, so I thought maybe they called him instead of me. Therefore, I called him to ask and checked when I got home, but there were no missed calls or voicemails on his phone either.

Our family owns 3 Toyotas, but needless to say we will not be going back.

I have no doubt the service technician is good at her job BUT in her interaction with me she showed no respect for me as a client, nor did she demonstrate that she can provide basic customer service skills. I HIGHLY suggest she gets additional training on this aspect. Specific skills that are essential to practice when providing customer service include: acknowledging the clients concerns and experiences, apologizing if an error is made (if she indeed dialed the wrong number), be present with the client you are talking to at that moment, be able to work in a fast paced environment while keeping organized and prioritizing, COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

I still believe she didn't come into the waiting area to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Effective and clear communication from your staff is what you can do better next time.

Review regarding the service dept. I've been coming here for about 6 years.

Pros - They've always been upfront about my car and repairs/maintenance. Pricing is reasonable for a dealer.

Cons - The appt scheduler on the website doesn't seem to work half the time.

EVERY time I've scheduled an appt whether online or over the phone and state exactly what services I need....when I arrive I'm treated as a walk-in. If I don't explicitly state my needs/services yet again then they won't be addressed. What's the point of scheduling an appt at all?

When I sold a car and gave them the new owner's info (and the new owner did the same, continuing service at Broadway) they still contacted me. Eventually the new owner moved out of state, but if they hadn't I'm sure I'd still be getting calls. Cashiers are often rude and if you miss the chance to talk to your service advisor at pickup it's like pulling teeth to get a debrief.

The style of service rendered is very corporate and not at all personal. It lacks care and attention to detail. I'm a Toyota Lifer and swear by verified dealerships for maintenance so I really tried to commit but I've decided I won't be coming back.

i had a great experience in buying a used car. the salesman was knowledgeable and patient as i am not very versed in car buying. i feel i got a reasonably priced quality car with positive reviews from carmax and kelly bluebook and would recommend the agency to others
