person at check-in was nice. That is where it ends, truck had used seat cover and steering wheel cover still in the vehicle, assume this is their COVID protocol. Told me I needed brake fluid service and fuel system service, all the same price, brake service was done 6 month ago. Need to find a good independent Toyota shop.
Our experience 1 year ago with Mr Nguyen was very good. As time went on Mr Nguyen distanced himself from us when his promise to help with a roof rack he had no time, when it came time to take care of a stop light malfunctioning he was no where to be found and his promise to take care of a poor interior cleaning at purchase and some minor scratches we had on the vehicle when we purchased our new 42K highlander through Costco he is once again invisible and the dealer knows nothing. Well we will not buy another vehicle through this dealer again and will pass along the memory lapses we have experienced.

I got a loaner car for the day which I only drove home and back. They claimed some damage on the rear bumper was my fault and will be sending me a bill. Apparently years of loyalty mean nothing. I absolutely would have owned up to the damage if I'd caused it. The woman releasing it to me did not do a walk around. I will be finding another mechanic.
I just had a great experience buying my vehicle from Toyota Of Portland. Five stars ! This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Specifically I would like to thank the salesman Errol Ater and Arturo Ramirez, the Finance Manager. They did an excellent job, responded to all my questions and concerns in an extremely professional manner. After discussing my needs over the phone, Errol located the vehicle, had it delivered to the dealership and had the shop install the extra accessories I requested. Arturo went above and beyond in accommodating my financing needs. A wonderful experience overall. Would definitely buy another vehicle from Toyota Of Portland.

I unexpectedly had to find a new car in a relatively short amount of time as my car was hit and considered a total loss. I had been all over the Portland area trying to find the right car for me and Toyota of Portland had what I was looking for. From the moment I walked in, which was first thing in the morning, to the end of the day when I was signing the papers I always felt that I was in good hands. I had been looking for a Mazda cx-5 for a few weeks and saw that toyota of Portland had one in stock, when I acquired online about the car the only response I recieved was that the online pricing was wrong (never telling me the price of the car or allowing me to schedule a test drive) Several days later I'm messaged by the internet manager asking about my experience so I responded and get no response but finally received a response back from the original person. Needless to say I did purchase a new vehicle from another dealership in town and had a great experience. I would not recommend toyota of Portlands online division they are unprofessional and unorganized.

Fast maintenance check, and they provided an excellent waiting room with WiFi, computer tables for working, as well as good coffee. There was big screen TV, too. Staff was courteous and kept me informed.
Besides the wait, I was very happy with my service. They performed a 200k mile service, as well as checking for a noise that I was hearing and servicing my air conditioner.
Minh Nguyen is the one to see. It took less than 5 minutes to conclude a deal. I did my homework ahead of time, walked in and made an offer. It took Minh 1 minute to get a Yes from his management. The final price was the best in town, $500-$1500 lower other local Toyota dealers. I sent in my brother the next day, who got the same deal, plus a free mud guards set. There will more referrals from me as long as Minh is working there.
I am deeply disappointed with Toyota of Portland. They advertise one price online and once you show up to the dealer they want to charge you 6000$ more. I would not deal with them or recommend anyone waste their time.

My wife had a terrible experice with this dealer service center a few months back. I had an appointment at 5. I showed up at 4:40 for an oil change and I was back on the road by 5. The service was top notch now and I will continue to use them.
I also had a piece of trim in my car that had come lose and was missing a mounting piece and they took care of it no questions asked for free. The other thing that stood out was the fact that the other Toyota dealer I went to told me that my rear brake pads were needing to be replaced soon. This dealer told me they were perfectly fine and still had plenty of life left. Either the other dealer changed them while the car was getting warranty work done, or they exaggerated how worn they were.
I was not pressured to pay for any additional services despite needing an air filter and cabin air filter. I almost wish they would have offered to replace it, but I was crunched for time and the quick service was very helpful.
If you have had a bad experience with them in the past, I really suggest you give them another shot. They took my last complaints about their service to heart and turned things around completely.

Great sales people, good service techs. Little expensive for diagnostics. They had a manager there that was less than helpful but he is no longer with the company. Overall good place to buy a new car. My girl friend just bought one from them a few days ago and couldnt be happier. The gm there has been very helpful in correcting the issue with the last manager.

I appreciate that my adviser, Mike Taylor, never tries to pressure me into buying non-essential services or items but will tell me when something needs to be done and what my options are. Mike is unfailingly polite and helpful. My experience with all the staff at Broadway Toyota has been positive. I had a great experience today. I was just getting an oil change but from the minute I drone into the shop I was greeted with kindness & respect. They were very busy but they got my car done in great time. Graham was the person I dealt with & he was awesome. I will go back again.
Aaron Brock in the service department overcharged me by $108.50. He then repeatedly lied to me about it telling me that he'd given me a discount and that I didn t remember our original discussion about the total: twice over the phone, once after I got there in person to clear up the charges, and then again after clearing up the excess charges. Classic gaslighting. I was also unhappy that the service department had bumped my initial appointment to begin with, probably after selling the tires they had originally promised me. Dan Zika, a service advisor, returned my phone call and left a message saying that the excess charges would be deducted but did not once apologize for the fiasco.
I purchased my car new at this dealership almost 6 years ago. Since then, I have only taken it to be serviced here. Until now, I have had good experiences.

I'd give them a rating of zero, but I'm not allowed to submit a review without at least one star. It's hard to give a business even a single star when they wont actually talk to you. I've attempted to reach the service department for the past 2 days with no luck. No one in service will pick up a phone nor have they called back after leaving a message with my phone number. This is frustrating, but who knows - maybe I'm better off not having this place work on my vehicle.
The minute I pulled up, someone was there to check me in for my maintenance appointment (which was scheduled online, also an incredibly pain-free process). While the tech was not 'friendly', he was helpful and thorough, ensuring everything I requested online was accurate. There were a few minor items I forgot to include in my appointment request (i.e., installing front license plate) and the tech was confident these would be completed with minimal to no cost.
Within an hour, I received a text that my entire maintenance check was performed. Not only did I love receiving a text with the update, but the option to reply to the text was incredibly convenient, allowing me to communicate with the shop without picking up the phone.
There is a dealer closer to my office, but I usually prefer to drop my vehicle off on the weekends, so I selected this location near my house. In my experience at other dealers, most wait times for maintenance can take hours, making it essential that I schedule the appointment without taking time off work. However, the turnaround time was so amazing- a HUGE win for me- eliminating any procrastination that would affect me returning for service in the future.
This Toyota location is always amazing! They have a great waiting room & complemntary shuttle service. The service team is always very nice & willing to help. Josh was awesome & made sure I understood what was going on & cane to check on me in the waiting room. Very nice!
It was a great experience. I am the type of person that knows what I want, and hate the sales environment. I avoid sales people at all costs. Before I went to Broadway Toyota, I went to Dick Hannah, and it was the worst experience ever. They misinformed me about the car that they had for sale, and then when I wanted to leave, they haggled me for another hour before I could get out the door. Broadway Toyota was the opposite experience. I came in, saw what I wanted, and there was no uncomfortable un-selling moments. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Passing through town on a holiday weekend and needed routine maintenance. Called on Friday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Service department employees were friendly and my car was done in less time than they estimated. Thanks for the great experience and if I need anything while on the road and in the area I won't hesitate to call.
Update - Refund of money never received. Followed up and the appointment specialist admitted they made a mistake when processing the refund. Received a call two days after following up saying they fixed it. Week and a half later and the refund still hasn't come through. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.
Had my 2006 Prius fail DEQ due to no output from the computer port. The DEQ employee indicated this often happens due to a blown fuse. Since nothing in the user manual identifies which fuse would cause this, I hurried my car over to the nearest Toyota service center, Toyota of Portland. Told the account manager that the car failed DEQ and DEQ indicated it was likely the fuse. Toyota of Portland service center instead identified the issue as the computer system would need to be reprogrammed with the VIN to fix the issue, which ended up taking about 3 hours and would cost approximately $150. After finishing the reprogramming I was told that the computer system had been tested, was working, and any issue had to be on DEQ's end. Took the car back to DEQ...and it failed again for the same reason. Took my Prius back to Toyota of Portland and they took it back in, checked it out, and came back saying the programming did not take the first time, so they fixed it again in about another half hour. Took the car back to DEQ again and it failed again. Took my Prius back to Toyota of Portland a third time, asked them for my money back, and told them I was going to take it back to my regular dealer (DEQ had closed after dealing with the issue for about 5 hours, so I was in no hurry at this point). The agent requested that I bring my vehicle into the back so the head mechanic could check the FUSE. I reluctantly agreed just so the mechanic could the fuse and within 5 minutes it was determined that the fuse was blown and it was replaced. The good things were 1) they refunded my money; and 2) they did fit me in the schedule early to get my computer reprogrammed so I could make it back to DEQ before they closed (which ended up not being the issue). However, I cannot give them more than 1 star because 1) 3 different DEQ employees correctly identified the issue being a blown fuse and Toyota of Portland service department did not check the fuse until the third time even after I had told the service representative that DEQ believed it was the fuse; 2) they told me they had tested the computer output and it was working perfectly twice, which had to be a lie because the fuse was blown the whole time; and 3) a simple 5 minute check of the fuse, which I indicated had been identified as the likely issue by the DEQ, would have saved a lot of hassle. Would have liked to give them more stars for trying hard to help me out of a tough situation with DEQ, but they earned the 1-star rating with their pure incompetence and hubris for ignoring that I had mentioned that the DEQ indicated it was probably the fuse. I will never go back to Toyota of Portland again, for service or purchasing a vehicle, after the experience.
I got lucky this time and got a good rep Karina which I plan to ask for in the future. She took the time to look into my records and found that one of the recommended work was already done not long ago. There was also a misunderstanding on her end which she took care of immediately which I truly appreciate.
I had bad experience at this place. I bought my car from them since 2017 with insurance and since 2 years I asked them the same question about my coverage and I got no answer. They always busy. I leave the adviser voice message and no one return my call. I didn t get the chance to use my coverage which I paid $2400 for it!!!!!! Ba d customer service. I m disappointed !!
After waiting in line for awhile. We then paid. Then after waiting even longer and having to go get someone they brought our car out. The customer after us had been gone for awhile. Maybe they were so busy they forgot us.
He will call, and call, and keep calling. I explained to him that I had a migraine and hung up, he called back and left a voicemail wondering what time I would be in to buy a car from him, when I did not call him back he even got one of his friends to call me.
Otherwise it seemed like a fine dealership in a good location.
I posted a four star rating because I believe there is always room for us to improve. With that said I must acknowledged how impressed I am with Toyota of Portland and how they are keeping up with the times and using today"s technology to give me the best car repair customer experience to have: I was never pressured to buy a new car, I felt like I had the freedom for many choices when waiting to get my car repaired. I ended up deciding to leave and spend the time visiting my daughter which the dealership accommodate by paying for a Uber ride to my daughter's and back. Everything from the online appointment to picking up my finished repaired car was efficient and a good experience. Thank you Toyota of Portland for a job well done!
Recently bought a Prius off the lot and had a great experience. I made an appointment online to look at a specific car on their lot and was pleasantly greeted by every employee I passed within 5 feet of. The salesman asked if there was any specific reason I was interested the car I had an appointment for and did not pressure me to look at any other cars on the lot. I had already gotten an auto loan approved (but not taken out) from my bank and when their financing came back with a higher interest rate they instantly lowered it match my banks so I could walk out with the car immediately. The salesman and I chit chatted about random things while signing the paperwork and waiting for the processing to go through. Since I did not have a trade in they even delivered the new car to my house for me.

SJ, and the whole sales team, worked tirelessly to accommodate me in achieving the best possible deal. They called me about their Buy Back Program regarding my Highlander. We were able to make a deal that worked well for me, and I am going to be able to roll away happy in a certified Tacoma. I've purchased two cars from them previously, and the experience has always been worth returning.
NEVER SHOP AT TOYOTA OF PORTLAND! I went here a couple weeks ago to buy a used truck. As I was filling out the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, another salesman came and took the keys away from us and sold the truck to someone else. I explained to the manager Max that it was terrible customer service and I would never come back. He shrugged his shoulders and said "Well, what am I supposed to do?" Needless to say, I walked out without a vehicle. Shortly after, I received a call from the "CEO of Toyota of Portland." He said that he would make it his "personal mission" to find me a vehicle. I haven't heard back. Nice. I will continue to tell everyone DO NOT SHOP BROADWAY TOYOTA OF PORTLAND! Thanks.

Could be a racial/predjudice thing. Based on all the other "glowing" reviews I can only assume that's a viable reason they wouldn't make it right.
They know they are wrong. They tried to up sell me on stuff that was put on the car that I didn't even request, even after "Say" said I would not be charged. I had to refused to sign the contract until they removed the charges.
I can guarantee you I would not have signed the contract if I knew it was missing features that "Say" said were their and had a scratch. Who wants to buy a new car with a scratch & missing features. I recommend never sign a financial contract until you get a day with the car. Seriously, most dealerships will let you have the car for a day or two before actually signing off on the car. This way if they lie or you discover problems, you won't be screwed.
I agreed to let them fix the scratch instead of unwinding the contract. If I had know I was lied to about remote start and that I would be treated like a 2nd class citizen after signing the contract, I would have told them to cancel the deal & find me a new car, with no scratches. I saved them a lot of time and money and now they are treating me like garbage. What a joke!!!
First of all the gentleman that helped me name was Ken Scott. He was dressed very professionally he presented himself with a lot of wisdom and wasn't trying to make me buy anyting. He showed me a lot of different cars that I was interested in. Didn't pressure me at all but we had a nice time. And my kids mother ended up buying a vehicle from here. Once she got home she was very happy belated and felt like it was the best choice she's made. Besides leaving me. Smile. Thank you Mr Scott keep up the good work because Toyota really need you. Not really sure what has happened, they have changed drastically since Obrien took them over. Ever since Obrien auto group took over, they are just about how much money they can take from you, not willing to deal. Never going to this dealership again.. Actually all Toyota dealers seem like they want to rob you.. After buying multiple cars thru Toyota and refering many people ,I will never refer anyone to this dealer again.. They tried to charge me 19 percent interest, bunch of crooks. Dont waste your time coming here. Went to Courtesy ford and bought a car @ 2.9 percent interest, when Toyota tried to charge me 19 percent..
I normally don't leave feeback for good or bad. However, today I am going to leave one since my experienced was beyond my expectations. This is the first time I was not stressed with car buying process thanks to Radu and Monica helped me thru the process smoothly. Monica came to my house, picked us up since my van broke and Radu worked with me to meet the # I wanted. There was no pressure at all and everything were explained throughly.
