So here I am at Toyota of Portland on Broadway. Full disclosure, things didn t start off well. HOWEVER!!! Crystal is service stepped in, diffused a Bomb and managed to get my car the service it required.
And the guys at retail parts...they deserve some recognition too! So great spirits, always full of fun advice and conversation.
