My truck buying experience at Toyota of Portland yesterday was incredible. I inquired online about a truck I was interested in and that I would be trading in my current truck. I was contacted by Sam and met with him an hour later when I arrived. He was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He had the truck I was interested in ready in front when I arrived and we immediately went for a test drive. Needless to say I was immediately sold. When we went in to make the deal it went so smoothly. I had a set amount I was willing to get for my trade and an amount I was willing to finance. I received an offer that was more than I expected (and more than I was offered trying to sell on my own and more than KBB). They met my expectations for interest rate and payment as well. I was in and out with paperwork signed and keys in hand in just over 2 hours! Never had an experience that was so easy and actually enjoyable when buying a car. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to buy from Toyota of Portland. My last truck was from Beaverton Toyota where I had a horrible experience during the purchase of my vehicle and during my service visits. Way to go Toyota of Portland and my salesman Sam! He was so professional and personal. He made the entire experience a great one!
