Went in with the air bag recall. I usually take a Lexus in for someone else, but the Toyota Toaster Oven we have need a couple thins fixed and it ended up costing $2k and the cruise control still don't work and I was told my right rear axle was bent needing to be replaced-so I got a second look at it. No on the right rear and I didn't need a spiral control cable. So when I go back I will refuse to pay for diagnostics, they will have to show me what the right rear problem is, and my tires didn't wear out like I was told they would because of it. The next post should see if the star rating might go up, might go down......................and when they call you it's a reminder I will have to pay a higher diagnostic when I bring it back. My granfather introduced me to Curly in Longview WA. when I was young. His place of business wasn't like this. His only complaint was that he had to wait on parts. A 2 day wait. It used to be an option, but I cant see throwing more money at a problem I can live with-and how to live with it? Don't go back, give the car to one of the grandkids and it is no longer a problem. We are a mopar household anyway, still sad to see a place in such a state as the do not do any quality control work-like check to see if the problem is solved or they need to actually do some hands on work, "check engine light ain't on-must be fixed" don't get it anymore. ..............

We had a great experience. The salesman Cory was kind and friendly. The car we bought was well priced and as promised. I'm in my 50's and this was my first time buying from a dealership. I highly recommend.

I like the investment in an ecological plant. I love the recliners, coffee, fireplace and TVs. But the best part is the people-friendly service. This time Jaimie diagnosed my problem quickly - a plugged AC hose that caused the front floors to flood. It was fixed in about 30 minutes. Thanks.

Shopped with my dad most of the day on Monday at 4 different dealerships for a Tacoma 2021 TRD. Most dealerships in the Portland area had only 1-5 to chose from. Vancouver Toyota has at least 15-20 that I could count. The 2nd time that day we ended up at Vancouver Toyota and worked with Jason Weber who was super nice and very helpful. I don t like pushy salespeople and Jason was none of that. He did his super best to work with us and get us the best deal possible beating the Gladstone Toyota offer that we had. The transaction was very quick as we didn t need a loan. My dad and I were extremely happy to drive the new Tacoma home. The salesman makes the biggest difference when purchasing a new car. I ve had some of the worst experiences in the past but I m glad I ran into Jason this time. Will be a long time customer of Vancouver Toyota now :)

Just leased a car at this location. My sales person Marcie made the process very simple and went out of her way to find the perfect car for me. I am very pleased with the service here and I would definitely recommend her!

In the hunt for a new vehicle for my husband, I called the dealership on the phone and requested the receptionist to send out a salesperson. Jason Weber met me outside and he was super friendly, not pushy at all. A great friendly down to earth car buying experience. Jason helped me narrow down a vehicle that was a good fit for my husband who came in the next day and purchased. Very happy with the sale and the staff. I would definitely recommend asking for Jason when going to buy a vehicle if you are not wanting to deal with that stereotypical salesman approach. God Blessed us today with a great truck, hope the same for you who reads this.

I have given 4 star just for clean waiting area, customer focus to bring things under resolution.

Today I went to Vancouver Toyota to get my entune fix for bluetooth module firmware software update as it wasn't working. They spent 30 minutes and asked to pay $1024 + to replace head module to make bluetooth work. When I asked why not updated firmware software, the answer form tech: Tyler - is it's up-to-date and Toyota recommend to replace the module include head. It was shocker and returned home without repaired and paid $73.17 for replace recommendation.

After coming home, googling around for 3 hours. From Toyota site, downloaded firm ware updated software as I see there was an update indication. After updating the firmware software which took me 30 minutes to update and all module including bluetooth started working... hurray... and it's free

Anyway thanks for showing me other services and new car demo was awesome:)

Went in to pick up my new plates. Deanna Dean Rogers had them ready and arranged to have them put on. She then directed me to the Parts Department where Chad quickly and courteously ordered the rain guards I requested. Quick and easy, as well as very professional and polite!!

The Sales Staff use racially discriminatory/deroga...

The Sales Staff use racially discriminatory/derogatory sales tactics to coerce/embarrass immigrants/POC/minorities into buying their vehicles.

The management and ownership stand behind this type of predatory sales tactics, even after they were made aware of the situation.

Washington State AG Bob Ferguson's office, WA State Department of Licensing (specifically the Dealership Licensing department), BBB, and Toyota Corporate have all been notified. They are going to do what the law allows in this situation. Which, surprisingly, isn't much.

This message is for anyone considering buying their next Toyota. Go anywhere else, don't give these folks your hard earned cash.

I went to Gresham Toyota instead. They didn't tell me I was too brown to buy one of their trucks. Go figure.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO TRADE IN YOUR CAR HERE BEWARE and READ THIS!!!

Went on Vancouver Toyotas website to have my vehicle appraised. On their website they are endorsed and affiliated with Edmunds used car trade in value. I presented them with what their own websites numbers gave me and they were not willing to honor them. I was offered thousands less (5k to be exact). This is for a 2017 car with 7k on the clock. As a consumer we are supposed to trust what is on a merchants website and are supposed to feel safe with the methods they use to conduct business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They don t honor prices given on their own website!!! Plenty of other Toyota dealerships out there! Do your research!
Thanks,Kayvon

Best car buying experience I have had and I have been around for awhile! I researched many web sites, dealer sites etc but then got an offer via mail (old school!) that was exactly what I was looking for. I called them, Lyuda the salesperson had the car ready for me before I showed up. I took RAV4 for a test drive, said lets make a deal. Brian the F&I guy had me in and done in about 30 minutes with no games, no hard sell, etc. I did buy the extra wear and tear insurance but passed on other items. I was impressed with the dealership and the customer service. I felt like I got a really good deal and I really like the 2017 RAV4 I bought from Vancouver Toyota, plus I support local business.

Nathan at Toyota Vancouver was hands down the best car shopping experience I have had!! I was on the hunt for a good economic reliable car and he made sure he got me into the car that I was looking for! He got me an amazing deal and made the experience so wonderful! He made the hours spent there seem short and pleasant! From dealing with horrible salesman these past couple weeks I felt blessed to have ran into Nathan at Vancouver Toyota! I will definitely be coming back to him and recommending my friends and family to him!!

Low stress, hassle and efficient buying experience. Surprisingly pleasant and accommodating from the moment we walked onto lot to the moment we drove off in our new 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. We will be back.

Received offer to come test drive a vehicle and receive a $50 visa gift card. I set appointment and drove 3 different trucks and spent 2 1/2 hours there. In the end the numbers didn't work for me to buy. When I inquired about the gift card they said they were out of them. I drove 120 miles down there to make appointment, only wanted gift card to offset cost of gas. I should have drove 20 miles to the local dealer. Beware.

Well where do I start?? First off the sales person when we pulled up never greeted us she was to busy scrolling through websites on her phone we had to go up to her to get her attention. Tasha knew nothing about the truck at all when my son finished signing papers and the truck was all clean we noticed a bunch of scratches on it and I mean a bunch we are waiting to be contacted to get that fixed. Tasha was very rude when we told her when you pay that kind of money on a truck you expect it to be in tip top shape and it isn t. Also the salepeople should know there stuff about cars or don t sale them. She had no clue what she was talking about and she even told us that she didn t know about the truck that she had only been there for 2 weeks. You also would of thought she would of given a business card to put in my sons manual so he had it any problems occurred. Nope I know what she thought of the commission and that s it. Poor customer service all the way!!! Then my husband and I were dealing with Jim it was going to be a two deal that day but the way we were treated as we were dealing with our sons deal and after they ran my credit not once did Jim come up to me to say anything we had to go find him to talk to him and the way we were talked to cause our credit score wasn t a 750 or higher I couldn t believe it. Telling us our car was a rental that s why they don t give good trade in values and then telling us our credit wasn t the best I still didn t sign anything for them to even run my credit or be shown my credit score which is against the law they have to show you and have you sign a disclosure. They say they are honest and have great customer service skills are incorrect. I will never go back to them the dealerships here in town suck and they only care about one thing and that s the money they make not the relationships they want to build. If I could of given a zero star I would of!!!!

This place is the biggest scam car dealership I have ever dealt with. I was speaking with their sales lead for a couple months inquiring if they were going to do a 0% APR on the RAV4 hybrid. This past Saturday I received this text message from her:

The sales do end this weekend. We will be getting new discounts and incentives June 2nd and my General Sales Manager said he got wind that they are likely getting rid of the 0% and rates might go up too :( Just because inventory levels are getting really low due to production being paused for 3 weeks last month

I then went down and bought one, because based off this info I was told there would be NO 0%. Then 3 days later on June 2nd they all of a sudden have 0% APR on the RAV4 hybrid. I then tried to contact their sales manager to get this reprimanded. He would not do anything about this. Stating they had no idea this deal would come up. How could you possibly not know!? First of all, you would have to get your inventory ready, and your sales team ready. This was a blatant lie to get as much money out of me as possible.

If you want to buy a car from a dealership that uses deceptive tactics, this is the place to go! With everything going on in the world too. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is pretty laid back, if you are serious about purchasing a vehicle here, be prepared, meaning, check stubs, drivers license, down payment and 3 hrs to spare if it's the weekend. Sales people try to make it so they get all your info once before they send it out, this may take most of the 3 hrs but, I love it because they dont try to trick you, they lay it all out, you decide. Skyler was awesome. So if your hesitant, ask for him and he will put you at ease

Thankfully Donnie helped us find our car.
He was courteous and kind, while still being very informative when answering our questions! The process was easier going than past experiences and we test drove the car and got our paperwork done in a timely manner!! I even made it to work on time that day. I can say so far my family are happy to be in business with them!

First time owning a Toyota and, naturally, getting service. Pleasant, efficient experience. Very plush waiting area with comfortable seating, fireplace, wifi and coffee bar.
Finished quicker on my service than expected and was walked thru my bill and pricing. Fair deal with excellent service.

They will be doing the maintenance on my vehicle going forward.

Well done Vancouver Toyota.

I used the chat function on McCords website to set up a service appointment. When I arrived, the service department could not find my appointment I had recorded the appointment code in my calendar but it was of no use. The service team lead was able to determine that the gas cover problem was a Toyota design defect causing the cover not to open when pressing the cover release button. I was then handed off to the Express maintenance department and the Camry was checked in for the intermediate maintenance. I was told that it would take about an hour and my name would be called when completed. After 2 hours I asked about the status of my car and upon the service department looking into the status of my car found that the car had been failed to be fully checked in and nothing had been done yet.

The best sales rep I have had the pleasure dealing with. Very professional, helpful and I truly feel she was trying to get me the very best deal for all my needs. Need more like Marcia in the business.

First off sales dept., My wife and I were looking at new Highlanders. Felt like they don't give a crap about you, Toyota's sell themselves. Zero negotiating interest. Salesperson was cold. Went and bought a new 2017 Nissan Platinum Pathfinder for less than a basic Highlander. Nissan's Platinums are damn nice rigs. First service time in was at least 6 years ago to have them replace my timing belt. They blew up the engine. They did a good job replacing the engine. But it was just like, "bummer dude" didn't even offer a rental car. Now have an electrical issue with the anti-locking brake control (comes on at random and scares the crap out of ya). Paid $900 to have Portland Toyota attempt to fix the problem, which they did not. $3000K minimum to replace the mother board and they don't know if that will solve the problem. I will say they do have some very good people working there. Not all experiences have been bad. Bought out first car there in 2005 and a couple since. But I doubt I will be back to buy a rig there. Service dept, has improved!! And I have both my Toyota's serviced there.

I've been looking for a part for my Toyota for the past year trying to find a reasonable price and happened across their website on a Google search. They provided great customer service when I realized I ordered the wrong color and shipping was fast. I live in Idaho and would recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever they mess up, they make it up to you. Example, my appointment went longer than expected. They took $30 off my final bill. Would recommend them to anyone

Place was clean. Our salesman Lex was funny, courteous and didn't rush us. Of course we waited for financing longer than I'd like but I suppose that's similar with every dealer. So far a relaxing experience. Edit- after this initial review we took possession of our car and came to find a big crack in the front fender. It was painted over and we weren't told anything about it. What happened before we picked it up?

I ve heard only great things from Camry owners, so thought I d give a new Camry a try.
I want to do a shout out to Sales Manager, Nate Needham; Sales Consultants, Matt Townsend and Nick Audry, and Finance Manager, Tony Hammons. You all are a dream team! Thank you so much for making this a pleasant and positive experience. Much appreciated!

Found the car on the internet, as advertised when I arrived. I worked with skyler from start to finish with no hard sell and no bringing in several people to pound on me! In the end I got a deal I felt was fair on my trade in and car I bought...definitely would recommend McCords Vancouver Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile

I bought a used civic from this dealership about a year ago. Neil the sales man that helped me got me a fair price and made the process simple. The car did have a few issues when I bought it but luckily this dealership has a 5 day money back guarantee and they cared about my business enough to fix the problem at no cost to me. They also have a minor warranty on used cars. I believe it's 3k miles or 3 months. But still, that's more than other dealerships offer! I would recommend this dealership above Alan Webb or Dick Hannah, McCords actually cares about their customers. I will be buying my future cars from here as well! Oh yeah, and free car washes for life. Can't beat that. (:

I went in for a recall repair that Toyota's letter said would take 45 minutes. When I got there I was told it would take 90 to 120 minutes, which was ok with me. After 3 hours and went and checked and then it took another hour or so. I get that sometimes things take more time but what irritates me is that the service advisor didn't take a minute to come out at the 2 hour mark to explain there was a delay. I've had this happen with routine service appoitmants at VT as well.

Update:

Update:
I called the number provided, waited for half an hour on hold and was sent to a voicemail (Surprise?). Called their accessory department again, and again I was sent to a voice mail. Never again I will have business with Toyota.

Previous comment:
Do not respond when I call them, ever. Every single time I called in the past year I was directed to the voice mail. Just called the accessories department and the lady there just hanged up on me and then didn't answer the phone. They do not respond in their chat either, so don't bother to text. You literally have to go there in person if you want to ask any questions about the car you bought for 40,000$. Terrible customer service.

I am glad I stopped at Vancouver Toyota. Everyone working there is genuinely friendly and not pushy like most sales people. I worked closely with Michael Emmons who made my first car shopping experience exciting and humerous! I left feeling that I got a great deal on what I was looking for. Vancouver Toyota also offers many benefits when you buy through them. I would highly recommend Vancouver Toyota! :)

DeAnna Dean-Rogers was a great help in our car shopping experience. While there were some initial difficulties finding the right car model/ price, what we got was quality and respect. Thank you Mccords Toyota for helping me find what I was looking for!

(Please note, some of the detailing was missed. We left our new purchase overnight so they could clean it up a bit. Some real common spots were left unclean, after supposedly hours of detailing with a multi-man team.)

Went in to work the numbers and see what we could get. The young associate was plugging numbers and and being very nice until I said we are not gonna buy it that day. He acted like we agreed to buy and HE WAS ALMOST DONE FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK. Why would you do that??? Really?? My husband and I left feeling uneasy. Did we just buy something??? Is the information we gave him gonna stay private??? Leaving feeling uneasy is NOT GOOD. Not going to come back to that place !!!

When we drove in we couldn't find the service center. Then when we did and drove in no one came and talked to use for about 5 mins. We had set up an appt. Per the internet. When we finally hot waited on she said we had no such appt. We went over to the service desk and was told to stand there in the cold and wait. No body was ahead of us!?!? We waited another 10 mins there. My husband ask to talk to the manager. Magically he was on lunch the whole time and never came and talked to us. It was near a $100 for an oil change for an FJ Cruiser!?! Really? They sent us an email of what all needed to be done including $137 windshield wipers?? Really. Not going back!

Service dept sucks doesn't know how to do basic repairs, tried charging 2hrs to install two hose clamps. Parts Dept is top notch and knows their stuff and is very helpful. They are the only reason for the 3 stars. Sales is unknown but I've never liked sales people.

I've been to this place several times for both finding my Toyota Tacoma and checking out parts. They are great people to work with. Treated me well. Brought my son there to find his next ride and tested several of their reliable cars. Worked with DeAnna Rogers and she made the experience both fun and educational. I have not always had that kinda experience when purchasing an automobile. I will return because they care. Glenn

After, my car broken down on the freeway and calling my insurance, Once I got to Toyota Vancouver every person that I came across was caring and helpful. While Jaime took the time to heard my concern, Shadi handle my service in a professional manner and he was able to excited any expectations I had. Not only that, Les the shuttle driver took me to work while my car was getting fixed and even tho I had a moment where I couldn't hold my tears for the way my Monday started, he made my day. Overall, the team was amazing, thank you for all you did for me....Forgot to mentioned, the coffee there is good.

Nobody likes going to a car dealership. But if I had to go anywhere it would be Vancouver Toyota. There was very little haggling and the price we got was very close to what we were quoted online and on the phone. Dominic was a very helpful salesman as well.

Buying experience was great kalil was an awsome saleman. Since then had to get the ignition lock replaced. It was covered by them cause still under a year, the process was horribke. And now scheduled an oil change weeks out and they lost my appointment, was there a long time. Service deptment needs work.

Truck is great but finance department took a Month to get me payment info. Had to call Toyota myself to find out they needed a copy of my DL.

I don't recommend going there especially if you need to have your car serviced. I told them I had my car tested and that it needed an alternator a alternator charges intermittently I watched it be tested with a voltmeter and the alternator was only producing 12 volts when it should be producing 14 while the vehicle is running the service rep said I'll write down your story and have my texts see for themselves what the issue is needless to say they didn't work on my car but when I got my car back my negative battery terminal was taken off my battery when I got my car back. The service rep tried telling me that they couldn't get a reading on the battery funny thing is cuz when I hook the negative Ground Terminal backup to my battery I was able to start my car and leave the guy says my battery doesn't have any cold cranking amps but I'm able to drive my car and put it on the charge at home call needless to say they're not getting my business again they've already taken enough money from me nearly $200 to be honest my frustration is my car has a full comprehensive warranty and they refused to help me my challenge me every step of the way I had my car looked at by Cost Less Auto Parts have them test my battery and they said my battery needs a charge but it seems to be okay my alternator on the other hand needs replaced so who should I trust the dealership or Cost Less that can show me in person what my car is doing?.?
