My last experience at this location was awful. I made an appointment at 11:45 am for a maintenance check yesterday on Thursday (12/12) and they were busy which was fine. I get it. My service manager was Nick and he was great. I was told that after leaving my car overnight for detailing the next morning I would get my car back by 1:30pm on Friday. He said that if my car was not going to be ready by 1:30pm someone would call me. I called Toyota at 3:45 asking about the status of my car because I know that they close at 6pm and I was redirected to a voicemail box. I was later called at 4:30pm and left a voicemail telling me that my car was ready but more work needed to be done. Unfortunately I didn t see my missed call because I was somewhere where my phone needed to be silenced, which was my fault of course. I called then back around 5:30 when I saw the message and kept getting redirected to voicemails again. The receptionist finally got a hold of someone and I finally got a call from Aaron At 5:50pm saying that I needed to pay my bill before they close at 6pm so I can get my car overnight. I couldn t leave my car overnight since I work tomorrow. With my wallet in the car and nothing else to do, I had to leave where I was at to grab my wallet and they still expected me to get my battery changed with them? As if. I feel like it s super disrespectful to let people know so late and expect people to abide by their time especially when if they had actually done my maintenance check on the day I scheduled it then they would had more time to fix whatever issue there was. Then I explained my grievances with Aaron and all he could say was that he would pass it on to Nick. No sir, if you were taking charge of his work that s on you. I will never go back. With that being said, the receptionist who does scheduling for service was absolutely wonderful and did everything she could to get me in touch with someone. She is the reason for any stars at all. I think her name was Rochelle.
