Went in for an oil change during happy hour. It took them about 20 minutes for them to actually attend me and they were not busy. There were many Toyota Advisors that looked at me and never said one word. Until a mechanic asked if I have been helped and he grabbed an advisor for me. Her name was Angie. She was very nice and helpful. It took them about an hour until they said it was ready for pick up. When I got there, there were about 5 advisors that didn t acknowledge me and didnt ask if I needed any help. It took them about 10 minutes of me standing there looking straight at them for Angie to ask me if I m here to pick up.

The customer service here isn t very good. I will only come back because of the cheap $20 oil change during happy hour. Don t come here expecting great service. Just go for the good priced oil change.
