Came in midday on a busy Saturday, saw a line of cars and was hesitant to get my Camry serviced. As soon as I parked, Ravi approached me in a very professional manner and was ready to get me checked in for service. Despite being busy, he got my car checked in and ready to get serviced in no time. The express team did a great job on doing the service and being very clean, not a drop of oil or a finger print on or under my car(I checked). Ravi had my paperwork and keys ready to go in time for me to take my complimentary coffee to go while it was still warm. Thank you Ravi and express team.

Charged me a flat rate of $2,585 for 11 hours of labor. JUST the labor. This price doesn't include parts. Tried to get the manager to understand that $250 an hour for labor isn't something people can afford during the pandemic, he refused to try to understand that. Manager, Jason, is out of touch with reality, and my family is the one paying for it. Thanks Jason. I'm not done here. I have a family to feed.

My service advisor, Bobby, made me feel that the same care I would put into my own vehicle was being provided by the team here. I bought a 2016 Subaru STi from them back in 2015 for $37,000. I also bought a $2000 service agreement with a cancellation policy that you can refund your money after you sell your car to get back a set amount of equity relative to how many miles you used and I canceled it before I sold my car in August. I was informed after stopping by the dealership, where they checked my mileage and had me sign a few service agreement cancellation papers, that I would be receiving a check in about 6-8 weeks. After a month and a half went by, I called to check the status and they said I needed to wait after the 8 weeks if I still didn't receive the check by then to call back. Well I called back after the 2 months went by, and then they told me that I never went in to cancel my service agreement and that they have no record of the papers THAT I SIGNED and dated....so now I'm basically being robbed of $1500. Typical car dealer douchebags. I wouldn't have ever expected to be phucked over by such a large dealership....hope they enjoy talking to my lawyer.

I came in with my family to look at and most likely buy a Toyota Rav4. We were approached by one of the sales reps Erick Huerta and so we look at the car and did the test drive, everything was great. Then we wen to the office to see what type of offer we could get because we wanted to buy that car. We could not get a solid answer on how much the total price of the car will be or what deals they were offering. Then, we were approached by Zach Moser (someone who is suppose to be more knowledgeable) and I asked about leasing because I wanted to explore all of my options. Zach was very rude and so instead of buying a car we just left because we did not want to be treated like that.

Taking our Prius there for 2 year everytime come back with a bad taste in our mouths. This last time was the worst. Coming in for a simple oil change the bill start around $300, stating we needed all these services before the car even got back to the technicians, had to argue to get it down to only an oil change before my wife left, oil change at this location has been increasing in price every year and much higher than at the Honda dealership right down the street where I take my truck, it always feels like they are trying to sell you something weather you needed or not... I came back after my wife had another bad experience talked with associate about our repeated bad experiences there all he did was argue and not even try and make the situation right.

Completely different story at Ron Tonkin Honda, the staff will go out of there way to help you, only provide services you need, and provide the same services at a much cheaper price. We just found out they will service our Prius as well so we will not be back to this location.

My car had problems on Sunday, so I called for an appointment on Monday. I spoke to Henry Wu and explained the problem. He was very professional and had me bring the car in immediately for service. The problem was found and the parts were ordered in that day. Henry kept me up to date throughout the day regarding when the work would be completed. I'm very impressed with the customer service and will be a return customer. I also appreciated the Lyft ride to and from the dealership while my car was being repaired.

NEVER NEVER do business with Ron Tonkin Toyota at 122nd. Yesterday, we were there for financing, three of us have a very strong feeling that the whole place of the people there were trying to ignor us. Later, there was a guy came out and tried to help us, while he was filling out some paperworks, there was any guy (looks like his supervisor) came up and assigned him to do some else and put us on hold; then the second guy said something about he is assigned to do something, then asked my friend to signed. Then, no then. He was not nice at all. I have a very strong feeling that he discriminated us because Asian looking (u know it). I just want to say, discrimination is everywhere and is unavoidable ( there are so many stories on street); especial the big orgonaizations. However, we should always fight for our rights. I usually abhor all-things-car-shopping, because the salesmen tend to be high-pressure and seemingly untrustworthy. There s just an overwhelming discomfort from start to finish. None of these things were true about my experience buying my pre-owned SUV from Ron Tonkin. The salesman was helpful and explanatory about the process. I found the car online and only had to go to the dealership to test drive it, and complete some paperwork. They even delivered the vehicle to my home!

If you have a Toyota mobility converted van and are tired of Toyota dealers blaming every problem on the conversion or refusing to look at it go see Jack Lord at Ron Tonkin Toyota. He is familiar with wheelchair access vans and will always help resolve an issue. We have been sending all of our wheelchair vans to him for a reason. He is also very responsive and quick to get you back on the road. No other dealer in the area has impressed me with all of my mobility vans.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. We were able to get in contact with Justin over the phone, stated what we wanted and he was able to make it happen... (actually better then what we demanded.) We came in a hour later and finished the paperwork that morning on our way to the mountain. There was 0 back and fourth and we only dealt with our sales guy.
We LOVE our new highlander and left there feeling like we got the best deal ever.

Just another typical experience with car salesman (Justin). I must say he was polite and courteous but standard line of B.S. When questioning about their vehicle inspection, it was stated they do a 90 or 120 point maintenance inspection. All you had to do was pull the oil dipstick to realize the inspection must have been done from someone's office. Ask for the inspection report (on a Saturday) you get the standard response, the shop is closed today. It would seem that information would stay with the vehicle if there wasn't anything to hide. Just makes sense. A promise was made that on the following Monday he would send the inspection report, well, several weeks later, after a reminder, guess what? No inspection record...Question about previous owner and it was stated one owner. Do your homework as with any car dealership. One owner was a fleet vehicle - rental car....They will not elaborate unless you ask the question correctly. He may be the top salesman but if it wasn't for the circumstances I would have walked out. This may be different circumstances for new vehicles but if you are seeking used, do your homework. Check KBB & Carfax yourself. When questioning the price, it was stated, typical response, relocation fees, car detail fees, etc...Well this was a Oregon vehicle, I could have cleaned the car better with my limited supplies at home. How much does it cost to move a car 50 miles??? Their price was KBB's avg price. Not bad for something they bought at an auction for about 12k and listed at 19k???? Again do your homework if you want the best bang for your buck and look out for #1 being you - do not anticipate any validity from a car salesman....

I was there for the safety recall. Since I was told that it needed 3-4 hours, I decided to wait while it s being performed. After 4 hours without hearing anything, I went to check with the service advisor. It took him another 20 minutes to find out that my car needed another 90 minutes. I was very disappointed at that point. Only then, I was given the options to get a ride home or borrow a car.
Everyone was nice and polite during and after my visit. I just wish that the estimate of time could be more accurate so I could plan my time better. I had other plans but I pretty much wasted my day there. It took more than 6 hours to complete the job and I spent more than 4.5 of that at the waiting room.

My recent experience at Ron Tonkin Toyota was exceptional and stress-free- - - as usual. Service Tech, Henry Wu met with me first and asked all the important and relevant questions needed for a successful experience. We purchased our vehicle in 2010 (when you still offered the unlimited oil-change - maximum of two changes per year) and there was absolutely no hassle in accommodating this service. Henry Wu was most knowledgeable, competent, and friendly with a no pressure approach. We drive 75 miles (one way) to Ron Tonkin and actually have come to look forward to the trip just to meet with people like Henry Wu who knows how to make a potential stressful situations into a very comfortable and enjoyable one for us. Keep up the great work!

I dealt with salesperson Ali and Sales Mgr briefly. I had done my research and asked to see a new Camry hybrid & Rav4. Ali insisted I view a used models as it has the "exact same interior" as the 2018. He showed me a Camry that was was stained and reeked of smoke. He refused to show me new vehicles in either class and pushed these old ones as they were such a "good deal". He repeatedly lied to me & it was like talking to a child. Then he informed me not to bother with their hybrids as they are "no good" and I only get another 8mpg anyway. I asked to speak to another sales person who promised to help me. Later the sales mgr was involved and MAYBE they could pull one around to look at. MAYBE. Have I seen their used? I had intended to test drive but as a 50yo woman apparently I can only afford a used stinking Camry and I am not allowed to test drive anything. I was appalled by their behavior and it is sad as I have owned several Toyota's. I went to Honda and test drove several vehicles and had a great experience. Shame on this dealership, Toyota clearly has a problem or they should fire all of you. But you did me a favor, the CR-V is far superior in my opinion. I'm a new Honda owner :-)

Disclaimer* I know I am a terrible customer for sales people. I ask thousands of questions. I want everything done immediately. I want exactly my specs and nothing more nor less. I want pictures of this and photos of that, yada yada yada.
Wade, you must ask for him, handled all of my thrash fluidly, quickly, politely, and respectfully. I haven't even taken ownership yet, and I'm already writing this review. Its been that easy/enjoyable. (I bought this entirely via email/phone. I've never even seen the man)

If you're in the market for a car, go here and be sure to work with Wade. I promise you, you will have an awesome, stress-free, enjoyable experience--everything buying a car should be, but rarely is. This is my 4th time purchasing a car and not only was it my first desirable and pleasant experience due to Wade, it was also the first time I didn't want to reach across poke the salesperson or their manager in the eyeball out of frustration.

There was no back and forth "let me talk to the manager" bafoonery when negotiating prices. It was direct, simple, and timely! (And I got a deal I am happy with. Thousands below MSRP)

There was no "oh sorry we don't have that in stock, let me show you this upgraded trim that is $8,000 more". Wade worked his butt of to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and if he tried to up-sell me, he immediately respected by "no" response and never tried twice which was so rare to me I was waiting for him to screw me over-obviously that never happened.

Given this was all done contact-less, he was johnny on the spot with all administrative stuff. If I ever wanted a photo, some specific paperwork, a detailed receipt for every step, whatever, he made sure to make it happen ASAP.

I seriously cant say enough. 10 out of 10 for Wade. 10 out of 10 to his manager, Sam. Like most of us, given COVID our situation is very dynamic. Wade has ensured this experience was as stress-free as possible. Sam, thank you for trusting in Wade and giving him the freedom to be most excellent.

Baring the odometer on my truck is mysteriously higher than when it was delivered, they give me a new truck with an open recall, no spare, or something silly like that, this review won't change upon getting the keys.

Alright I think you get the point. Go here and work with Wade.

I had and oil change done here and my car started making a horrible noise when hitting a certain speed. Found that they didn't secure the undersheild and it was dragging. At first I thought it was a loose rubber piece that came off (not their fault) and was rattling in the engine. Ravi fixed it in less then a minute. Left and came back the next morning cause it was still making the noise but I could actually see it dragging this time. Each time I got to deal with Ravi. He is such a sweet guy and although it was irritating that this happened he made it better because of his great customer service. He was empathetic and knew each time I came in I was on a time crunch. As an operations manager, I lead about 15 people and coach to providing quality service! So Ravi thank you for being exceptional and making me feel valued as a customer. I bought my car their last year and although its not Toyota because I had a wonderful experience with Jake my sales associate I brought it here to service and Ravi didn't let me down. Ron Tonkin clearly takes pride in their customer service regardless of the department and its much appreciated. Thank you.

Having repeatedly told their customer service reps (11 times now, according to my call/text log) that they've gotten my phone number mixed up with another customer, I have decided that instead of once again trying to get them to adjust their records, I'll just fill out this review they keep texting me about.

I was previously a customer of theirs, and had some work done on my car there. Emphasis on the word "previous". While the automotive service itself was acceptable, it was noticeably overpriced, but that's perhaps to be expected. The real concern to me is that if they can't even get something as simple as a phone number right after being asked to correct their records 11 times, then how can I trust them not to mess up something much more consequential?

I was looking to purchase a Highlander at the Ron Tonkin dealership on 122nd Ave. The sales guy Cody was very nice, polite, and understandable about my needs. I found three cars at their lot that I wanted to test drive, and when I found THE ONE, Cody introduced me to the financial manager to negotiate terms after he ran my outstanding credit report of 855 points. The manager came back and told me that he could give me an awesome rate of 5.5% and when he said that, I got shocked!!!. I mentioned to him that when I was at the dealer two months ago, they offered 1.99%. He insisted that 5.5% was awesome rate. My wife and I felt insulted by him. He insulted our intelligence. My credit is outstanding. I requested him to give me a copy of my credit report, and he refused to do so. We left their office and we will never buy a car through them. The same day, I found the same car with half of the miles and better and newer model and price at a different dealer, and when we tried to run my credit, they couldn't do it because the financial manager from Tonkin locked my credit so no one could run it or something like that. Long story short, I managed to unlock it, and to my surprise, it dropped from 855 to 825 points. Finally, the dealer where I bought my car from (Sea Port Auto Sales), gave me a super awesome interest rate and payment facilities. Cody and his sales manager from Tonkin where great, but the financial manager is making Ron Tonkin to lose customers BIG TIME
