Was mislead regarding expectations on accessing my personal credit scores, even though I came in with a pre-approval from my personal credit union. Additionally, was advised I only needed one plate in Oregon, but later found out in Oregon, you actually need two. Lastly, I was told I had a limited 3 month warranty on the car I purchased, but when I took it in to get serviced, was told the warranty did not apply to the car I purchased. It has been 3 weeks of attempting to reach out, and I have received no response from sales associate or manager after attempts of following up.
