Thank you Raj for making everything work out for me and creating such a wonderful sales experience. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Bill Dube Hyundai and I will recommend Raj, Will S. and the dealership as a whole to everyone I know.

Raj was a pleasure to work with. He knows his products and cars. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. Raj is an excellent salesman. This is our second Hyundai purchase from Bill Dube Hyundai and we could not be happier. Love our car!

I asked several questions about a car that was advertised on their website, including one question where I was trying to verify that the car had nav, like the website indicated it did, even though I was pretty sure it didn't. Got a speedy response from a "BDC Director" offering an appointment at 11:15am. I shot back an email with the still--unanswered questions, and said that it's a 35 minute drive for me, so I'd really like to have the answers before going to the dealership. No answer. Finally, at 11:05, I got a reply back from a different "internet coordinator" with an answer to one question, but not the others. Too late for the 11:15 appointment! I then called the internet coordinator and got "I'm pretty sure it does have nav" and "They all do these days" even though I repeatedly stated that everything I have read said the base model didn't have nav. Finally I asked him to physically walk to the car and check. Email back said, "Just give me a few minutes to run down". Response an hour later: No, it doesn't, but we can get one for you within 24-48 hours (No, you can't.... Base models don't come with nav..."

Today was even worse. So I make an appointment to see and drive the car anyway. I'm promised that it will be right out front and ready. It's not. The salesman, Amos, was personable and friendly, tried a little too hard sometimes, but was a pretty good guy. After the test drive I negotiated a deal ($800 off their asking price). "Congratulations, it's a deal!" So after about 20 minutes of paperwork, some manager comes down and says, "there's a problem with the deal." I'm thinking it's something relatively minor, but it's not.... They "accidentally" forgot $4,000..... Really? That's a heck of an accident! So the manager puts another sheet of paper in front of me that is pretty much full price -- it did not include the amount we agreed to negotiate off the price, and actually ADDED fees that were not originally on the first deal. "So what can you do for me?" "That's it." "That's it, so we're $4,000 off, you ADDED fees, and you can't do anything?" "Nope, that's it." Shook hands, wished them well, called the Toyota place from their parking lot telling them to get my new car ready.... Went to the bank, picked up my bank check, and drove to the Toyota place. I was a couple of miles away and called Amos again since I really kinda wanted the Azera. Anything you can do? I'm about half a mile away from the Toyota place. Amos called back a few minutes later saying the sales manager was offering $600 off. That was less than the original negotiated amount (remember that I offered $800 less than their original asking price and they agreed). "That's the best you can do?" "Yes." "OK, that won't work for me, but thanks again for your time." So I dropped the check off at the Toyota place, signed all the paperwork and was finishing up when my cell phone rang. I didn't get it, but later listened to my voicemail. Apparently the General Manager wanted to offer another $1,000 off. It's a shame that that came 45 minutes after their "best" price, as I would have taken it. I wanted that Azera, but I'm afraid the repeated cluster-you-know-whats, including getting a number that would have worked after I bought the other car, was really disappointing. I'm disappointed at the apparent lack of competence at this dealership. All this for a repeat customer that has bought there before. What a shame.

Before i set out to Bill Dube i spoke to a sales person called Mike about a used car i liked and confirmed with him about the final price of the vehicle and he said he will be able to sell it to me for $5,000. When i reached there Mike made me take a look at the car and even take it for a test drive. When it was time to close the deal Mike simply denied that he agreed $5,000 for the car over the phone and said it will cost me no less than $6,500. This is cheap sales tricks. I hate this dealer and their sales guys especially Mike. They told me the condition of the car was absolutely fine over the phone but when I actually went there the windshield had a huge crack and some electronic problems with the car. This dealer can use all kinds of cheap tricks to sell a car to you. Please stay away !!!

OK dealership, I wouldn't recommend to a friend for the service. All I can say is check your car's maintenance log to know when you will actually need to perform service or maintenance. Example: my car barely hit 61k and they're already trying to get me to replace the transmission fluid (that I replaced at 56k, due at around 60k for the first time) and that isn't due for another 80k miles...

We've been shopping for a lease for a while now, c...

We've been shopping for a lease for a while now, comparing different cars, offers etc. I own Hyundai and I wanted to stay with Hyundai, I would have been a customer for a long long time. I've been working with another dealership, while getting often phone calls from a seals person from this one. After a day or two of going back and forth, the other dealership gave us a deal that we couldn't refuse. We got $2** monthly payment for 24 months, with a large down payment for 15k miles a year. After we agreed to come and pick up the car and sign the lease, they called us and said that the manager "made a mistake " he meant to give us 12k mileage. We told them it's not going to happen and we are not going to lease the car. At the same time we got a phone call from this dealership and I explained the XY person what happened. I told XY that I will be there and lease this car if they give us this deal I mentioned previously. XY called me within 30 min and told me that they will give us this deal. I confirmed and re-confirmed that we have the same deal and told her not to play games with me, I am not going to come there and they'll change anything. I told XY that I will not lease this car if anything changes and to please guarantee that we will get what we agreed upon. XY confirmed and even sent me an email with details. We leave work earlier, drive in the traffic for over an hour and a half to get there. They try to sell us a used car although I specifically asked for a new car. We agree it's going to be a new car. I request that they do my credit score to make sure they don't change a price later on. XY says they'll do it, but keeps avoiding it. After over an hour, of course, manager comes out to say " I made a mistake and gave you price based on 12k mileage not 15 k mileage ". You've got to be kidding me! How stupid do the think their clients are! You do everything to get people in there, people who are serious buyers, just to change something last minute in hope its going to work out. I specifically asked that nothing would changed and was guaranteed that would be the case. There was no mistake! It's a trap that probably worked for too many times! What happened with ethics in this business. We walked on of this dealership disappointed. All we wanted was to be treated with honesty and dignity, but that was not the case.

I'd like to start by saying that I've been here mu...

I'd like to start by saying that I've been here multiple times and have had no issues. I'd like to share my experience this time around. Unsure if the personnel has changed or maybe just business was lacking due to the pandemic this year(2020).

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change only. Once I arrived, everything was as normal. They took the vehicle and I went straight to the show room floor and then to the waiting room to wait while the vehicle was being serviced.

After a few minutes, I was notified by the service advisor I need to have the following items replace, or serviced as well. I have included the picture of what they recommended. Some of the items recommended to change/service was the cabin filter and engine filter. I had replaced these items myself on July 17th(Ordered the parts from Amazon). They didn't bother to even check to see the condition and just recommended that it needed to be urgently serviced. I declined the services and asked to just proceed with the oil change.

After the oil change on the paper work it states that the Mileage Out was at 104,666 miles. The return sticker for the next scheduled oil change reads 108,416. Everytime I've had an oil change, they recommended 5,000 mile oil change intervals, just as the service manual from Hyundai suggests and the service reminder on the vehicle goes off ever 5,000 miles reminding to get service. They are asking me to return by 3,750 miles. Unsure if this is a Typo or just negligence but I will not be returning at 3,750 miles.

When asking the service manager regarding prices- He very quickly mentioned with whats going on now, they need to make up for lost business. He also stated that when people only come in for oil changes - the prices had to be increased - because they cant make money.

This is why the Dealership / Service is hard to trust. For a brand that is growing and has come out with the Genesis Brand that sells $65k+ cars this particular location is not qualified to sell these higher end models. This type of service hurts the brand that is continuously growing.

I've included some images to show the actual numbers/mileage i mentioned above.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Met with Coco and immediately felt comfortable. Coco was not a high presssure guy which is refreshing and very appreciated. He took the time to show me all the features in the new Sonata. We took a test drive and I was wowed by the car as well. Then came the negotations. I had a quote from another dealer much farther away, so I showed Coco my quote. He took it to his sales Manager and within a few minutes he came back & said okay to the price. We later met Said & Garth to complete the deal. Completely painless transaction. I would love to highly recommend Coco as a kind, caring, knowledgable, no pressure Salesman. Just go see him & see for yourself.

My wife and I bought a car from Bill Dube Hyundai and we very much enjoyed the experience. Our salesman, Coco, knew everything about the cars he showed us and when he couldn't answer a question - he made sure to go get the answer.

Throughout the process, we never felt pressured from him or the staff at Bill Dube. They worked with us to meet a payment we felt was acceptable for our budget and the process was flawless.

Should you need to buy a car, I recommend going to see Coco. You won't be sorry you did.

My remote starter was installed here a few years ago and I was informed that it would be life time guaranteed. So when my remotes stopped working, I called and made an appointment to have it fixed. I was given a time frame between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, I agreed! I was also told that if I don't receive a call from them before my appointment, then I would be all set. I got there on my only day off, willing to wait for 3 hours and I was informed that it will cost me $70 for a new remote. I agreed because I needed it. However, after 3 hours, they told me that the 3rd party who was supposed to come to reprogram it could not be there until 5:00pm. At this point, I was upset, so I asked to speak to a manager, but of course, they were all busy (I was told). I asked to have the 3rd info so I can contact them directly. When I spoke to Auto Sound, they told me that they have told the dealer their time frame between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. They offered to help me right away if I could stop by their location in Middleton, so I went. The thing that made this whole ordeal so upsetting was that it took them 30 seconds to program it. And it only costed me $59, plus he offered to swap out my broken remote under warranty for no charge. Why didn't the dealer just send me there for something as simple as that instead of wasting my whole day?

Amazing Service:
Started out negotiating price via email. Kimberly was very efficient and very quick to respond. After buying the car I was sent to Giovany to wrap up the payment quickly and efficiently.
Big Shout out to Patrick Taylor: Taking a huge amount time to show me all the vehicle has to offer and making pick up stress-free!

This was my first buy at Bill Dube. I would refer anyone.

Hyundai overall has great folks working for them. I moved from NJ to MA and found Bill Dube for maintenance of my 2007 Santa Fe and was completely satisfied for the years they serviced it. Now with the 2014 Santa Fe, I was not disappointed in the sales staff. They all were very professional and made my search for the right fit possible.

I leased my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Bill Dube ...

I leased my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Bill Dube Hyundai, and absolutely love the car. It is comfortable, roomy, takes bumps in the road well, quiet and has a heated steering wheel which is stellar in the cold months.

I loved the car so much we decided to purchase it at the end of the lease. I bank with DCU, and planned to get the loan from them (great rates, everyone should be a member!), but when I called Dube Hyundai, they assured me they could take care of all that right in the office there. Convenient, right?

WRONG.

I arrived there with the vehicle, my husband and the checkbook on Friday 8/18/17, and sat down with Dominic, who was very pleasant. But it all went downhill from there.

Now, I've had the car for 3 years. I just want to buy it. I already sat through the dog and pony show when I leased it, I just want to pay the money, get screwed on the fees, and leave. But no. I have to leave the car there! It is going to be pre-certified, 100 point check, title has to come in from Hyundai HQ, registration switched over, la la la. Ok. How long will that all take? "A week or so" I am told.

August 29 - no car. Message left for Dominic, no return call. My insurance company calls to tell me my plates have been cancelled, and so they cancelled my insurance.

August 31 - no car, and now my husband is calling and leaving messages, but mostly he is not being called back. To add to the stress, we are moving on 8/31, and have to do so without our 2nd car, which is aggravating.

9/1 - I call and get Dominic. He tells me the title is not yet in from Hyundai in California. I insist I need my car back; I am begging rides to get to and from work in ACTON at 6:30 in the morning, and I am losing friendships. Dominic agrees to give me my car back with dealer plates on it. I can pick it up Saturday 9/2 at 3:00pm.

9/2 at 3:00pm I arrive at Dube Hyundai, and big surprise, the car is not ready. They need another 30 minutes. I had already sent my husband off, so I head over to the shopping plaza. I return in 45 minutes, and Dominic is in a meeting, so I sit to wait another 25 minutes. Finally someone else comes over to tell me the car is ready, and I grab my bags and head outside.

Too bad there is no plate on the car. I load my bags and get in to wait another 8 minutes while the man who helped me looks for a plate.

Fast forward to Friday 9/8. No call. I call Dominic - he's not available, and I leave a voicemail. No return call.

My husband finally gets a call on Tuesday 9/12. The title has arrived, the deal is done, c'mon in and we'll take care of everything. It has been 25(!!!) days since I began the process.

Fri 9/15 my husband went to Dube to pick up the plates, and do the final paperwork. He has brought the money we are giving toward the purchase, and he is told he must give it to the cashier in person. She is upstairs, and when he asks where the elevator is, he is told there isn't one.

Now, my husband looks great, but has mobility issues, and is not supposed to be doing stairs. He does not want to make a scene, so he slowly climbs the stairs to the second level to pay for the car. On the way back down, he has to stop twice. He collects his paperwork and leaves, and once he is home, he is basically on ice and painkillers for 3 days from doing the stairs.

The next to last straw? Cuz there is one. No inspection sticker on the car. They scraped off the old one, put the plates on it and sent him on his way. The inspection fee was collected along with all the other fees, but now I have a registered car with no sticker,

I call, someone surly sounding answers the phone, I ask for a manager, he announces he is a manager. I tell him what has happened, he agrees to keep a technician there until 6 so I can come from work for the sticker. I get there at 5:40, and sit in the waiting room until 6:25 waiting. 45 minutes to put on the sticker.

NEVER AGAIN.

I did my front left signal light replacement and the alignment last Monday. I called in and the service department quickly set me up for the service. BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible Liars! I was ready to purchase a car at this dealership. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. I was ready to buy instantly, of course after much research and test drives. I however made one HUGE mistake. I did not check my credit score. After sitting for four hours of lies after lies, I had completely had it. It turns out that I had excellent credit. These LIARS told me that at first, I could not even get approved. Then they said, well maybe with a co-signer. I asked several times to see the interest rates that were offered to me, but they refused.

Finally after waiting for hours, after demanding to speak to someone, a man in a suit came over. He started his usual blah blah blah routine about being so busy; however, there was only one other person in the entire dealership. After catching this man in a lie, he got very upset with me. He then proceeded to tell me, "You don't deserve a good interest rate" and that I needed to purchase all these extras in order to secure the loan. Gap insurance (which is a scam) and all these other warranties that were completely unnecessary. After catching this man in several lies, I got fed up and left the dealership. The next day I checked my credit score and it was excellent! I got several offers from reputable banks dying to take me on as a customer for a loan.

I called up Woburn Toyota, which is right down the street. I had test drove a car there the same day as Bill Dube. The next day I went down and purchased my car at Woburn Toyota. Everyone there was kind and honest, completely different from the two horrible men at Bill Dube! I got a fabulous interest rate and a beautiful car with no hassle and no lies! My next action is to contact the Better Business Bureau. P.S. I recommend to all people purchasing a car, to download on their phones or at home computer, an auto loan calculator.

I was in need of a new car and had recently rented a Hyundai Sonata while on vacation. I decided to visit Bill Dube Hyundai thinking I might be interested in buying one. It was a terribly hot day, painful just to wander around the lot. Fred Hollis, a salesman saw me peeking into the Sonatas and came out to help. He asked me some general questions and was not one bit pushy. Instead he offered to get the keys for the ones I thought were interesting. He did not try to narrow my decisions down but instead gave me good information about the different Sonatas available. I test drove 4 of them and while driving, Fred was pleasant and professional and made sure I knew that if there were questions he couldn't answer, he'd find out the answers from another staff person. I had never gone to buy a car by myself -always had a family member or friend with me. Anyway, I ended up buying a Sonata turbo and I really like it. I felt comfortable working with Fred and would recommend him. He listened, he did not try to "put me in a car" that I was unable to afford, he was willing to take all the time needed to give me the information I wanted and he followed up after I bought the car to make sure I was satisfied -he also scheduled the first oil change for me. If you are interested in a Hyundai go see Fred Hollis at Bill Dube Hyundai!

Paul Hewitt was amazing! Every ridiculous question I asked was answered (sometimes with a chuckle!). Everything went so smoothly I almost forgot I was buying a car! He was so patient as my boyfriend looked in every nook and cranny of the car, he and I just chatted. During the negotiation I have NO DOUBT he worked tirelessly to get me the best possible deal. He is a wonderful salesperson and a genuinely nice guy!

When it came time for the plethora of paperwork, Robert Montgomery was amazing. He started the entire process ensuring I knew absolutely EVERYTHING my warranty did and did not cover. Unbelievably clear and helpful. Not only did I walk out of there with a better rate and monthly payment than anticipated, I also go an automatic starter!

I will go no where else when I am ready to buy my next car!

Samantha ( Sam ) Ford has been nothing but the most professional, friendliest, and easy to work with employee in your service department. Though each member of that department is vital, and truly a wonderful person in their own light; Sam has outshines. Each and every time I have had an issue, concerns or questions not only has she been quick to provide an answer but possible solutions that have reduced my own stress and anxiety over some unfortunate situations involving my 2011 Hyundai Accent. ( love the thing but ohhh that an upside down mess! No worries, all smiles over this little red thing! )

Each time an issue has occurred, Sam has always done an outstanding job of breaking down the reason for repair, cost, and if multiple things must be done helping balance the importance, and cost of repair to fit both my budget and my safety. She has always done follow up calls, ensuring not only was I happy with my service, but if my car is still running as I wish and if there was anything left that needed to be performed that I may have neglected to list or ones she would have recommended for my next maintenance repair.

Overall, I have been amazed each and every time I have been brought in. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and understand what a gem of an employee you have in that department.

Dube has the best service department I have ever dealt with. Love this dealership.
My most recent service appointment reinforced my love affair with Dube Hyundai. I arrived for service at the wrong time, an hour earlier than I was scheduled, and waiting would interfere with a Zoom call I had to be on. The service manager, Jim Maloof, assured me he would do his best to complete my service as quickly as he could so I could get home to take my call. He even offered to provide a quiet space for me in case I had to take it at the dealership! As it turned out, my car was serviced quickly and I made it home in time to be in the quiet comfort of my home for the call. Holly, in scheduling, also reached out to me to apologize for the mix-up and do whatever to prevent it from happening again. No apology was necessary, however, because it was I not Holly who made the scheduling error. These two employees are examples of what makes this dealership a beacon of customer service excellence!

Financed a brand new 2016 Tucson. In less than ONE WEEK after taking delivery on it it has been back to the service department THREE TIMES!!! Each time it's been for a check engine light and difficulty accelerating the car above 20mph. There's no doubt we were sold a lemon and it appears that the dealership is doing nothing to fix this situation properly. Very untrustworthy and shady business practices and their service department is incompetent at best when it comes to fixing cars

Good service. Got coupons online and saved a lot of money.
Post script: my review previously had five stars. Recently my ENGINE DIED while I was driving and I had no brakes. I had the car towed to this location and waited six weeks for my car to get a new engine. The service people kept telling me next week, next week. Then the engine came in. Next week. The next week it was next Wednesday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. Finally I got my car back. They couldn't get me out fast enough when I showed up. Why do I need a new engine after 7 years?! And why did I wait so long? Oh there were others having engines put in? That doesn't bode well for your company. BTW did you test drive the car before giving it back to me? I drove home WITH NO BRAKES!!! MY brakes were on the floor. It was probably a result of me having no brakes when the engine died. Thanks for risking my life AGAIN. I had my brakes replaced this week at my honest mechanic's (Roland Automotive in Lowell) rather than for twice as much at the dealership that risked my life.
Second post script: Good luck if your car died because of Hyundai and you need a rental. I am still fighting for a rental reimbursement for the six weeks that I had no car. My credit card was charged for $1300 for the rental. I sent all the necessary paperwork to the case manager in California. They said they got some but not all items even though they were sent to the the same email. I've called and emailed to get a fax number or a specific email address. No reply.
I got a woman at the customer service department at a 1800 number. She was less than helpful. It's set up so you never get reimbursed. I spoke with another OWNER at Dube Hyundai in Wilmington. I emailed her as well at the email address she gave me. No response. This madness has been going on for two months.

I had my 2010 Elantra Touring in for service (the power steering had failed). My husband and I were aware that steering column would likely have to be replaced, which would cost approximately $2,000. Since my car had over 112,000 miles on it, we were not keen on replacing it. So, I suggested that we talk to a salesperson to see what kind of deal we could get. Jacob Perez found us a 2015 Sonata that we liked and could afford. Jacob was courteous, knowledgeable, completely approachable. We felt very comfortable the whole 4 1/2 hours we were there.

I went to Bill Dube for my 2012 Sonata service and ended up upgrading my car to a brand new 2.0 turbo. I am very happy with my upgrade. Thanks to Jacob he really made it happen.
I bought my Sonata from the same place two years ago and I have been happy with the performance of the car. I saw the promotion earlier this year but thought it wouldn't be necessary so I really largely ignored the stuff, until I met Jacob. He was really sincere and earnest. He made me an offer I couldn't resist. I am so thankful and happy for the upgrade. He is great.

Spoke with the service department. I had a dead battery on a 20 degree F day in November and live two hours away. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was as unhelpful as he could possibly be. He refused to tell me what my battery warranty was, continually saying AH JEEZ I DONT KNOW, ILL HAVE TO HAVE A TECH LOOK AT IT . Not the response I wanted after waiting 20 minutes on hold. The corporate company told me immediately I had a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty.

This is after calling him to see if they could install it. He told me they definitely weren t going to be able to help me today, and probably not even tomorrow . To drop a battery in a car. Oh, and the battery ($160 everywhere else) would cost $341 here. What the @$*# planet do these people live on that they wouldn t bend over backwards to install a battery marked up 200% over MSRP?!

Bill Dube Hyundai is an organization fraught with disorganization, false statements and rude behavior. Visiting this dealership after receiving a pre-qualified letter in the mail I was sold a Hyundai Accent by Andrew, financed by Michael and went home with a binding contract for the sale. With the contract in hand I went to the DMV and got a temporary plate for my new car. When the car was to be delivered I was told a sum of different things on why I was waiting for the runner to bring me my car. While waiting I was then contacted by Will and told that the bank was reviewing my application and in the end I was not qualified to buy the vehicle I already had a signed contract for. Will stated that he would call me back and never did so I called the dealership to ask them to void my contract and that I was no longer interested in financing through their company and was treated very rudely by David the manager. Andrew, Michael, Will and David you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am still out the $10 for the temporary tag as well.
Sincerely,
Heather Mills

UPDATE:I didn't have a great purchasing experience...

UPDATE:I didn't have a great purchasing experience here and I wrote about it here and on Yelp. After discussing the situation with the owner, Scott Dube, who agreed his dealership had made many mistakes, Scott offered me $1,000 to end the relationship. With that $1,000 was also a release form from his lawyer that required I remove all my reviews of his dealership. I decided my reviews and the Dube Difference were worth more to me than his money, so I declined.

I just went to the dealership for my first round of repairs, which Scott prematurely halted once he found out I was there. When I asked why he was refusing to work on my car, he said we had ended our business relationship. I reminded him that we hadn't actually ended it and I asked if Service could continue to work on my car. He looked me right in the eyes and said, "Susannah, you're not that cute" and kicked me out.

Wow. Apparently I'm not attractive enough to deserve a new key fob or anything else laid out in the Dube Difference!
--
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was duped by the "Dube Difference," the idea of buying from a family-owned dealership and what I thought were good people; sadly they are dishonest thieves. I bought a brand new car here and am currently in the process of returning the car because they're not able to honor the contract they sold me.

In the words of THEIR OWN service manager, Eddie, "I've worked in this business a long time and I can tell you that car salesman are all the same - they're scum." He seems to fit in well here.

For the record, I think Will is one of the good guys. Eddie and David could care less about you, your experience, or the Dube Difference.

My wife and I just got married and were looking for a new care when we moved here from Pennsylvania. We have had great experiences with Hyundai in the past and needed a reliable vehicle at a low price. My extended family now has 3 Elantras and 1 Sonata! The cars are great, but we were worried about the car buying process and deciding on the price. Joe was a great salesman. We came in on a Saturday to Bill Dube Hyundai and he stayed 45 minutes past closing time with us to test drive a car and to decide on a price. He was not pushy or intimidating at all but clearly wanted to get us the car for the lowest price possible. Both Joe and Said were extremely helpful and understanding in getting us the Blue Elantra that we wanted even though it had to come from New Hampshire! Thanks again guys, we're loving the new car!

What started off as a really bad experience last Friday morning turned into me buying a 'new to me' car. I had written a 1 star review because I had walked out of the dealership after a few mishaps. After that review (which I took down), I received a call from Dominic who apologized profusely and asked me to come back in. I also had a response on my review from Scott Dube. I really had to think about it but did end up going back that afternoon. I feel like they gave me a good price for my trade and for my "new to me" car. I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours. I went back last night to pick up my car and both the salesperson (Steve) and Dominic were there, car was ready as promised. Very personable sales person and finance manager. I would recommend Dube and I would go back.

I purchased my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT here at the end of September. I dealt with both Raj and Anne. Raj was attentive to all my needs and very knowledgable about my car. I had a good experience at Dube Hyundai. I love my car and I am confident they will be able to satisfy any questions or concerns I may have in the future. Raj was very accomodating and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Anne came by when all the paperwork was completed and stressed that I call her with any questions I may have. I would recommend Dube Hyundai to both friends and family. Karen

I had a great experience working with Hazem Muhieddin. I worked with him over the course of several weeks as I considered various makes and models after visiting Bill Dube Hyundai on the first day of my car search. The Hyundai Elantra Limited sold itself, in a way, as it was the nicest car I test drove. However, Hazem was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I had a lot of questions. He was patient and never condescending, which I had feared a dealer might be to a younger woman. In fact, all of the people I worked with were great, including Rick Anderson, who helped me get a great finance rate. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

My husband and I went to Bill Dube to get service ...

My husband and I went to Bill Dube to get service for his 2009 Accent. While we were there we met Hazem Muhieddin and started to talk to him about the Elantra Touring. I bought a 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid last November from Lawless in Woburn and have had nothing but problems with it and the dealer was not willing to do anything about it so even though we knew we'd take a loss trading it in now we really felt we needed to get out of it. Hazem made it very easy for us to do this, not only getting us a great deal on the car but a good interest rate. The car is amazing; it drives great and looks cool. My kids love it too. I can't say enough about Hazem. It was so helpful and understanding about the stress we had experienced buying this lemon from Lawless and the dealership's apathy towards us. We bought my husband's Hyundai at Pride and it was a totally different experience. The whole process we felt like we were being swindled. In fact the finance tried to add about $4000 in tings we did not need. It wasn t until my husband got angry and told them to go to h*** they changed their mind and kept to the original deal. We also had a very unpleasant experience with Mirack which is why we drove to Wilmington for service even though we live in Somerville and Mirack is next door in Arlington. We are very glad we did. We have had so many bad experiences with car dealers it is refreshing to deal with a place you actually look forward to going back to for service. I highly recommend it, good dealers are hard to find and Hyundias are the best value in cars these days for quality, options and price. Plus awesome gas mileage!

We purchased a car from this horrid place along with a service agreement that allows for a rental car if needed. We were charged hundreds for a rental vehicle and we have been trying to get this money back, but have received nothing but attitude from Ms Emily Dube. For the love of god buy elsewhere!

*I faxed you the receipt over a week ago and this has been going on for months, so do not pretend that you are here to help, maybe now that this is online you will help, you also told us that we had 10 seconds of your time before you hung up. So please tell me now what you need from us, and I guess we have to talk on here because you no long are answering our calls, very very professional of you.

Went here about 3-4 months ago and had the privilege to have Taylor Marshall talk to us and even took us on a test drive even knowing we were just starting our search. No pressure at all and she was very friendly and professional and knew all about the new Palisade. I emailed her yesterday and she got right back to me about on the lot inventory and offered any help she could so I would recommend asking for her if your looking for a Hyundai.

My experience was a little different in that I did...

My experience was a little different in that I did not take time to research makes or models, which was very scary. My previous car was not going to pass inspection; it was about 15 yrs old with almost 110K on it. I did not go anywhere else to look because Bill Dube Hyundai (& it's previous incarnation President Hyundai) were the reason I think, that I was able to drive that car that long - I drove the only car on the lot that was in my very limited budget, thought about it for a day & went in to sign away. Without going into detail I just want to say that I gave them a huge host of challenges to deal with and they came through admirably. I now drive a 10 yr old vehicle that feels like a brand new car. Thank you Jeff ( & you Eric) for getting me my sunroof! and Rocket for working with my budget. Manny, Alan, Brian & George in the service dept - thanks for letting me squeeze my '98 Elantra dry!! You guys rock & I would be honored to send anyone your way who is looking for a vehicle.

I am not someone to ever leave reviews, but felt I...

I am not someone to ever leave reviews, but felt I was treated poorly at this dealership, and the joy of purchasing a new car was taken away from me after my experience here, that I will be leaving this review on multiple sites, outlets, etc. (the joys of working in marketing..) The one star I have to leave is because I like the actual car itself. Long story short: Buyer Beware.

After purchasing my car with Coco on Memorial Day weekend we went over some things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle and I signed my paperwork. I was casually told the car would be ready Tuesday, or Wednesday... we ll call you! when I left their location. I had not heard anything come Tuesday, stopped by Wednesday AM to drop off my plates from my old car, and a remainder of the down payment and was told someone would follow up for a delivery date (at this point I stressed that I needed a car by Friday 2 days after I was told it would be delivered when I actually bought the car). Wednesday evening rolls around and I finally here from my salesman with the excuse of staff being out due to the holiday weekend and the car would maybe be ready Thursday. After not hearing anything on Thursday I had to follow up again and at this point was told Saturday delivery by Dave, the general manager, with a new excuse of the weather has been bad so we couldn t paint the car. By Sunday I still had no phone call with an update on my car that was promised to be ready for Saturday a week the purchase date. Come to find out on that Sunday, the car is still not ready or even REGISTERED!

At this point my phone number was in the hands of 2 or 3 (Coco, Dave and Will) different salesmen and managers, yet one of them could not ever pick up the phone to give a truthful update (they re REALLY good at writing your number down and giving false promises of we ll call you! ). It came to the point of threatening to re-neg on the deal to actually get them to have the car ready by Tuesday (a week and a half after my purchase day). On Tuesday I picked up the car finally, but was fed a third excuse as to what took long ( the paint is a unique color" we had to order it) but at that point I was ready to just take the vehicle home and call it a day with them.

If the repairs, maintenance, paperwork, registration, etc. was going to take a week and a half that is 100% fine but tell the buyer it s going to take that long upfront so they can make the right arrangements for getting from point A. to point B. in the meantime. Also, follow up! I just committed to spending thousands of dollars on a car from you, I am your customer and I shouldn t have to follow up with you every day because I never hear anything on the status of the car. My old car came from here so I was expecting another positive experience and that is not what I got. I wish I had paid the few hundred more for the same vehicle that was available at Lexington Toyota just to have a salesman that actually kept me in the loop. My sister is now going through the car buying process and I will make sure she stays away from here.

The cherry on top of all this: Receiving the car with a quarter tank of gas, and no car mats in the car thanks for the one last screw over!

This is regarding the service department - My 2009 Sonata check engine line came on one day, since then, i've been to the service depratment more than 7!! times, and yet, the light just keeps on coming back after a day or two after getting "fixed" - by now i suspect that they just reset the check engine light indicator and send me away without actually doing anything, or they know absolutley nothing on how to repair cars. I will take this up with Hyundai corportate offices to see if they have any answers.

Kept my car over night. Without giving me a loaner car. Wanted me to pay for enterprise rental. Huge inconvenience to me and getting to work and getting home. Not my fault my car has a recall. Was told I would be called that night I brought my car Incase my car was done or give me any update and I received no call. I got a call early in the morning that my car was ready. If it was ready right when everyone opened it was obviously done last night. Thanks for the inconvenience can t wait to pick my car up and go somewhere else.
