Car buying or leasing should not be a hassle, and Hazem made it effortless from the start. He was fully informed on the latest features and functionality and also knew the competition well. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Having done a lot of online research before even setting foot in the dealership, it was reassuring to work with someone who was very competent.

The purchasing experience was a smooth an easy one with none of the heavy "sales pressure" other dealerships are sometimes known for. They have quality products, can work a deal that works for all parties and that's it. Hazem and the staff at Dube have moved us from Toyota owners to Hyundai owners. Enough said!

We purchased a Lincoln with a service agreement that provides for a rental car if needed from Bill Dube and to be paid by Bill Dube. We were charged for the rental car and have been quite literally going through hell with Emily Dube trying to have the money reimbursed. We have faxed the receipts, and when we called to follow up, we were told we had 10 second of her time on the phone. Maybe we can get results or an answer on here after a few more reviews

I had the chance to work Hazem Muhieddin and I must say my experience with him was exceptional. He was both extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had the correct answer for every question I asked him about the new vehicle I was inquiring about. It was a great experience buying a new car from someone that truly knows what they are selling and enjoys what he does. He went over every step carefully and thoughtfully. I can honestly say it was one of best buying experiences.

Had me wait 1 week to for the Capital One check to clear in order for me to get my car. I was that upset because I was shopping for a new insurance company. When I found one I called them and told them I will be picking up my car the next day. They couldn t find he title and my car wasn t detailed. It smelled like sweat and my son who is autism found a thumb tack in the back seat. Not satisfied

Between the stress of work and my lease ending, car shopping in a pandemic was the LAST thing I wanted to do. However, Nate, my salesman, and the entire staff made the process completely seamless and stress free. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know!

I met Will quite by accident when I was waiting for a rental in your service dept. I stepped inside the
dealership to look at the cars in the showroom. Will gave me his card and asked me to call if I ever
decided to sell my Camry.

His easy manner really impressed me. I've had many experiences where sales associates jump all
over you the minute you walk through the door, then forget your name the minute they make the sale.

A month later I decided to buy a new car, and made an appointment with Will. My husband is a large
man with health problems. I went in looking for a crossover. After Will spent a great deal of time explaining the Tucson to us, my husband had a problem exiting the car.

Will was so kind to him. He suggested the Sonata for it's roominess. My husband and I both loved
the car. He then explained the workings of the car, the gas mileage, the conveniences and the
warranty. He even worked with the Finance Manager to make the car affordable for us.

When we picked up the car Will went over everything with us again. (It's the first time we bought a
new car that we didn't have to pour over the manual before we drove it.) From beginning to end, the
transaction was seamless. We were treated like the only people in the dealership, even though it
was crowded.

We're very happy with our new car, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another Hyundai -- as long as we
had Will by our side. He made the transaction so easy - from start to finish.

He's even been in touch to be sure everything is going well with the car.

Thank you for having a salesperson like Will on your staff.

Found a pre-owned vehicle online at Dube, and called to place a credit card deposit on it. Next day my salesman called to tell me that the price on the vehicle had increased! I told him that I had already placed a deposit on it, and he transferred me to his supervisor. She blatantly asked me "Did you sign a contract?" I replied 'no.' Then she told me that Dube could do anything they wanted with the price. Great way to run a business... scumbags!

My 2015 Hyundai Sonata limited 2.0 turbo started giving me engine problems yesterday to the point where it would die about 5 minutes in. I had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership - it ended up being this one. I've never not been asked if i wanted a rental in my entire life of owning cars (i've owned at least 4 hyundais and many other types). The best I got was "you can always grab an uber" really? I live 40 minutes away and my car thats barely a year old with 25k miles on it died and you suggest I take an uber? I asked for a rental and they said they can hook me up with a 55 dollar a day discount. Unbelievable. I just moved up here a month ago, I don't know a soul and then I'm asked how its going with finding a friend to pick me up.. how many times do i need to say i'm not from this area?? i didnt even know where i was and said that loud and clear! All set with this dealership and Hyundai going forward. All set. I have had nothing but issues with hyundai dealerships around massachusetts, this is issue just pushed me over the edge. I am all done buying hyundais.

You have truly defined great service.

Thank you to Patrick Taylor for putting me into the car I wanted. He made everything very easy to understand and was always honest (I had my associate with me the whole time to keep everything honest and he was truly impressed).

It was nice to work with people who I'd actually had some mutual friends from my Family living in the area for longer than myself, Patrick, etc have been alive. My grandparents owned a house on Mt. Joy foreverrrrrr and I'd gone to high school very close by. Family atmosphere for sure.

I'd also like to thank Taylor for just being a great help to Patrick assiting him finalize my paperwork most expetitiously! :) She is a Rockstar, and good people are hard to keep/let alone find.

I have owned 2 Sonata's went in for 3rd got a quote needed to talk it over with fam, went home came back next day to buy car and the price went up $20 a month. They promise 0.0 percent financing it is a lie unless you do 48 months financing but they won't say that in their promotions. It is unfortunate Bill Dube Hyundia just lost a dedicated Hyundia owner of 7 years

I recommend using another Hyundia dealership is you are set on buying a Hyundia.

Just great all around. This was my second experience with Dube and both times I walked away knowing I got a great deal and was treated with genuine warmth, courtesy and professionalism. I was especially impressed with Dean Bennett, a great guy who took me through the entire process with great expertise and a willingness to meet my every need. Thanks to people like Dean and the entire Dube team, I have found my "go to" dealership for sure, and I give Dube my strongest recommendation!

My visit was 10.31.12 i was looking for a used vehicle I look around and then when in and spoke with Mr Cohen he had 2 vehicles in mind that would be best suited for me. he spent a lot of time with me. I test drove both vehicles with out pressure or the feel of being rushed. Mr Cohen was a pleasure to do business with made my experience a pleasurable one. after hours of being there i decided which vehicle i preferred he handle everything along with Said who worked out payment plan that was comfortable for me. I then spoke to Mr Garth George on the Financing end, another good experience.
they did every thing all the paper work for the RMV my insurance company i did nothing but pick the car up the next day and drove away a very happy customer. I look forward to continuing a relationship with Bill Dube Dealer Ship .

Mechelle took the time to explain everything about the lease, and the vehicle in detail, as well as answering all of our questions. Buying a car has never been my favorite thing, but my experience, with Bill Dube Hyundai, was definitely the exception. Hazem Muhieddin (Harry) was my salesperson and I have nothing but respect for his patience, knowledge of his product and the way he treated my wife and I. Hazem answered all our questions, made some suggestions and made the whole process go smoothly.
Hazem is a definite asset the the Bill Dube organization.

Hello,

I brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe in for some recall work and it's first oil change since purchasing it in February. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful.

Upon my return, I received my paperwork with a charge for the oil change that was supposed to be free (first 2 oil changes were included with my purchase of the vehicle.). The gentleman helping me only helps out in service occasionally (he is usually in parts) but this issue was quickly resolved.

I was given paperwork that stated I should have a Transmission Service, an A/C Service, the cabin filter changed, and an air filter changed.

My question is if I really am in need of this work on a vehicle I have only owned for five months, what exactly did the do to service the vehicle at the time of my purchase? I would have thought these things would have been checked and serviced BEFORE or at the very least my time of purchase.

Probably general experience in purchase would be good but mine was the worst. So I don't want any readers to assume the same worst experience like me from Bill Dube.

I had a swap for my palisade limited edition I found from another Hyundai dealer in June 2020. We signed a paper for the our chased price.

When they got the car from another dealer, problem began.

I don't mind resolving the problem with people but do mind dealing with uncommunicable people to resolve issues, which is almost impossible but wasting time.

Some options were missing and we asked for. They offered us an option to get a check for those missing options so that we could buy on our own. We accepted.

Later after checking the sticker for options as it is fully loaded, I found cargo cover missing. I contacted again and the sales persons manager refused to honor the missing option because we had too much deal on this vehicle.

I told her that I didn't get too much deal on this vehicle but everything was what we paid for based on the contract.

Then I posted my opinion on its Facebook but it was deleted the next day.

Then I think I got an email from dube family. We had to go through number of email and demanded under chapter 93A unfair business practice. I had to find their registration filed with the state to serve my demand.

After all these steps, she finally issued the check for the cargo cover and concluded she would not do any further demands from me.

Buyers shall make sure what they buy and make sure before you take the car off of their lot.

Also it is true to any dealers in the US but make sure everything is written on a paper. This is the only way to avoid hassle.

I brought my 2010 Hyundai Sonata in for a Brake Fl...

I brought my 2010 Hyundai Sonata in for a Brake Fluid replacement and was disappointed by the quality of customer service I received. I had never had a problem before with the service or the employees but today I waited twice as long as I was told the service would take and I noticed a discrepancy in the pricing that was billed vs. the price I agreed to pay.

First I had to wait 1.5 hours for the service which usually does not take that long. I was quoted 45 minutes when I made the appt and about an hour from George when I arrived. I was not once informed of status until I went to ask an hour later. I was the first one at the dealer and should have been the first car through service.

The bill price was a few dollars higher than the agreed upon price and the coupon % was taken off the old upon price. So the coupon was applied to the price I agreed upon, but the billed invoice was higher. That doesn't make any sense. I then went back to my old bills and noticed the same discrepancy. I brought this up to the manager George and instead of fixing the problem which was only a matter of a few dollars, he told me that all the quotes are estimates and that they can be higher or lower. That is not written anywhere in the quote. I would have still expected the coupon % applied to the invoice price then if it was just a price mistake, but this seems like a scheme to make a few extra bucks off every customer. He was willing to fix that after I informed him of the problem. I would have been completely satisfied if he just fixed the price mistake to the quoted price instead of making up an excuse about where the prices come from. That is not customer service. I did not know a few dollars profit is worth losing a customer over and will not return to this dealer for service unless this is properly addressed.

Overall I was disappointed and really hope this will be addressed so that I can return to this dealer again.

*Update because I was contacted immediately by the General Manager Jeff of Bill Dube Hyundai after I asked to be contacted through their website and also through this rating:

Jeff apologized for the quality of service I had and insisted that the issues would be improved upon and offered a discount on a future major service to re-mediate the problem. He also pointed out that they have an internal issue with not charging sales tax on parts which is not really my problem. Also hard to address length of service, but next time, I will definitely make use of the courtesy shuttle instead of waiting for my car.

I also asked that in the future, the pricing on coupons/specials need to be consistent with the invoices so hopefully this experience improves my next experience and everyone's in the future.

Hazem Muhieddin was our Sales Person. We were in the market for a new car and did a lot of research. We considered all of the cars in the class, but liked the 2013 Elantra the best. I really liked being able to test drive the car without a sales person, it enabled us to discuss and compare the car without feeling self conscious. We did shop around for our Elantra, but Bill Dube's prices were fair and the negotiation for our trade in was also fair. As we were still debating between fixing our old car and buying a new one, Hazem was respectful and gave us time to discuss the matter in private. I was adamant on the color (this seemed like a huge problem in a different dealership), but we were willing to wait for what we wanted. Hazem got it for us in 48 hours. We felt taken care of, everyone was friendly and courteous. Most importantly, I love my new car!! I would highly recommend this dealership.

This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. The call was answered by a giggling teenager who had no idea what customer service is all about. When I spoke to someone else in the business development office I was told it is Bill Dube Hyundai's practice to hire Young people fresh from high school to learn how to be business professionals.

I bought a 2007 Honda Element from them in Decembe...

I bought a 2007 Honda Element from them in December. After test driving it, it was clear there was an issue with the transmission. I told the salesman that I was still interested in the car, as long as they fixed it. It was the exact car I was looking for, so I was still willing to buy it. Over the next month they gave me the car back 3 times saying that the transmission was fine. On the third time I went straight back to the dealer, which I spoke with the sales manager. He somehow magically had a transmission priced out for it, and offered to sell me a different car instead of repairing it. I told him this was the car I wanted and that's it. Another month goes by until I finally get my car. It's now been two months since I purchased it. I noticed some other issues with the car, and brought it back for repair. One of the issues is the alignment, which is still off after they supposedly did it twice. They claimed to have ordered parts for it and are waiting for them to come in. It has now been 6 months, I have called at least a dozen times, and even went into the dealership to find out about getting the other issues repaired. Every time the service advisor tells me she will call me back the next day. I have never received a call back. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and I would not recommend going here for sales or service.

I refuse to even give it any stars. I have had a negative experience from the start. I bought a pre-owned car from another dealer and was only given one key with a chip in it, my "spare" key is useless since it does not have a chip and will not open the car doors nor start the car. I called Bill Dube Hyundai to have a replacement key made and never received a call back, my boyfriend however was able to get ahold of them and stopped by. He paid for blank keys and they were being cut for me the next day, I paid the $80 cutting fee for two keys, that guess what did not work. I called Bill Dube back and they told me to contact their locksmith, who was going to charge me again(I don't think so, you made the error not me). He made a second set for free and low and behold those too did not work. A total of 5 hours had been spent dealing with this. Called the locksmith back and he referred us to another person who comes out to the car, he told us the code to the key was wrong(again Bill Dube gave us the incorrect code) and never told us he was going to the car, he was not pleasant to the people where the car is located and now refuses to help. No one is calling us back or helping us make a new key. I would never have gone out of my way to have a Hyundai dealership make me a new key had I known they send the work out. This has been a week of this argument with no success. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE BILL DUBE FOR ANYTHING and I suggest you not use them as well. They are a hassle and do not help, I was sent all over the place when I went to pick up my keys the first time after waiting 30 mins.

I absolutely love my brand new Hyundai Elantra! I could not have had a better new car buying experience than here at Bill Dube Hyundai with Raj. From the minute I pulled up to the dealership, Raj was super welcoming and personable. His immediate focus was on what I wanted for a new car and took the time and effort to show me all of my options--I was able to find the perfect one I was looking for among their amazing selection (was hard to choose just ONE). I had been to many other dealerships looking for a new compact/midsize car, but never made a purchase because I didn't feel that the customer experience was a priority (I will admit I'm not an easy customer to please). Here it is completely the opposite. Raj and team are so amazingly customer-centric and sincere--I was thoroughly impressed with Raj and actually had so much fun with the car-buying process I wish I could do it all over again. Honestly, I went in thinking it would just be another look-see but ended up driving out with my choice-car and an outstanding experience that exceeded expectations. Will was extremely helpful and made the contract information and paperwork process easy, and everything went so smoothly with my trade-in, plates swap etc. it was all super convenient. If I could rate 100 stars I would --I am beyond happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Raj and Bill Dube Hyundai to anyone looking for an amazing car and the BEST experience buying it!

I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited from Bill Dube Hyundai on 11/17/12. It replaces a 2007 Saturn Aura with 175,000 miles.

Ashley Halsey greeted me in the parking lot as I was looking at the selection of cars. She asked what I thought were pertinent questions to determine what model would meet my need. Despite this, she still answered my questions about other Hyundai models that were on the lot. Having owned a MINI Cooper a number of years ago the Veloster caught my eye. I did not feel pressured by her at all during the half hour we walked through their selection of cars.

I eventually decided to focus my attention on the Sonata line. Ashley took the time to explain the difference in the various models. She encouraged me to take a test drive of the vehicle that most closely met my requirements. The test drive was unhurried and she reviewed features of the car as we drove.

The negotiating part of the sale was definitely not high pressure. My trade-in was a 2003 Saturn VUE with 174,000 miles. After some back and forth we came to an agreement on the price for the Sonata.

The finance part of the transaction was also smooth. The elapsed time from when I walked on the property until I drove my new car off the lot was less than 4 hours.

Recently purchased an Elantra here and Steve was the salesman I was helped by. He was very respectful and knowledgeable as he helped me choose the right car for me. Management there was also very kind to me, I believe it was Emily Dube whom made an effort to greet me when I had walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon. They were honest and transparent through the entire process which I greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you to Patrick Taylor for putting me into the car I wanted. He made everything very easy to understand and was always honest (I had my associate with me the whole time to keep everything honest and he was truly impressed).

It was nice to work with people who I'd actually had some mutual friends from my Family living in the area for longer than myself, Patrick, etc have been alive. My grandparents owned a house on Mt. Joy foreverrrrrr and I'd gone to high school very close by. Family atmosphere for sure.

I'd also like to thank Taylor for just being a great help to Patrick assiting him finalize my paperwork most expetitiously! :) She is a Rockstar, and good people are hard to keep/let alone find.

He knew what I'd wanted even before I expressed.
He pierced through the customer's heart with kindness
and smartness. I highly recommend this dealership.
And the 2015 Sonata that I purchased is awesome,

Sales staff is great, they're knowledgeable and did the research for my questions when they didn't know the answers.

The service staff is less exciting but they seem to be competent. My wife frequently worries that they're over-diagnosing her car but as far as I can tell they're being honest and doing a good job.

The employee that sold me my car was Coco, he was great and made the experience that much better. He answered all the questions I had, provided excellent customer service and made it fast and painless. I never write reviews so you can tell how passionate about this situation. I would stay away from this dealership. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Countless lies and empty promises. I purchased a used car (Acura MDX) and within 10 minutes of driving off the lot, the check engine light came on. I brought it in the next day and was told the car was fixed. Within a few days, the check engine light came on again. They bring my car to a different service department and have the car for 3 days so they could fix the issue. I got the car back and for about a month it seemed fine until the check engine light came back on recently. This time I wanted to meet with the sales manager who offered me something else on the lot but nothing interested me. They said they would call me to confirm an appointment to get my car fixed a 4TH!! time and still no one has called in over a week. I dont want to give any names of who I dealt with, as I respect this is their profession and their livelihood, but there are 100 other dealerships out there that deserve your money, time, and business more than this place.

Ok, here we go. I manage a small bodyshop in the area of Bill Dube Hyundai. We recently repaired a customers 2016 Sonata Hybrid that was in a minor front end collision. The customer stated about a week after delivery that his cruise control was malfunctioning, we told the customer that his front Smart cruise control module probably needed re-programming and to drop it off and we would bring it to the dealership. Dealer diagnosis the module was no good[doubtful]. We say "Ok fine. order one and schedule us an appointment".$235.65 worth of diag fee. We have them fix the issue and cut them a check for the repair and the customer goes on his merry way.$2652.01. That's when the fun starts. We submit the bill to the insurance co for payment and we get a call asking why Bill Dube charged us $2068.83 for a module that has a Hyundai list price of $1655.06. That's a really good question we say, let us look into it, it's most likely an error. We call Dube's parts dept and point out the error to them. [simple.....right? Wrong.] This clown says to us "Well the $2068.83 is OUR list cost".Who's "OUR"? Is "OUR" the parts guy, the Tech, the Service writer or all three? I'm supposed to pay you 25% over full list cost why? Cuz you're nice guys? Am helping to put your kids through college? Cuz if so' I'd like their SS#s so I can claim them on my taxes as dependants. We currently have Hyundai Consumer Affairs dealing with these bozos {Isn't the internet great?} My advice to ANYONE who's had service work done here that they've paid for with parts is to get out your receipts and call another dealership to verify parts cost. As special as I may happen to believe I am, I doubt I'm the only one they've pulled this scam on. It's good to see that old-time scumbag car dealers still exist. Avoid this place like the plague

Salesman Coco & Sales Manager Reese were very attentive and pleasant to deal with while looking, test driving and negotiating for a vehicle for my wife. We ended up buying a beautiful pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and they were very easy to reach throughout the entire process.

I only subtract 1 star because we were told the Certified 60k/100k warranty started AFTER we purchased the car (a major determining factor vs the other models we had considered with less mileage) when indeed it did NOT. Worried of problems in the future, we felt the extended warranty they offered was needed which added thousands to the final cost. Nonetheless, we got a great car for a great price, but a few thousand is nothing to sneeze at.
