Good service. Got coupons online and saved a lot of money.
Post script: my review previously had five stars. Recently my ENGINE DIED while I was driving and I had no brakes. I had the car towed to this location and waited six weeks for my car to get a new engine. The service people kept telling me next week, next week. Then the engine came in. Next week. The next week it was next Wednesday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. Finally I got my car back. They couldn't get me out fast enough when I showed up. Why do I need a new engine after 7 years?! And why did I wait so long? Oh there were others having engines put in? That doesn't bode well for your company. BTW did you test drive the car before giving it back to me? I drove home WITH NO BRAKES!!! MY brakes were on the floor. It was probably a result of me having no brakes when the engine died. Thanks for risking my life AGAIN. I had my brakes replaced this week at my honest mechanic's (Roland Automotive in Lowell) rather than for twice as much at the dealership that risked my life.
Second post script: Good luck if your car died because of Hyundai and you need a rental. I am still fighting for a rental reimbursement for the six weeks that I had no car. My credit card was charged for $1300 for the rental. I sent all the necessary paperwork to the case manager in California. They said they got some but not all items even though they were sent to the the same email. I've called and emailed to get a fax number or a specific email address. No reply.
I got a woman at the customer service department at a 1800 number. She was less than helpful. It's set up so you never get reimbursed. I spoke with another OWNER at Dube Hyundai in Wilmington. I emailed her as well at the email address she gave me. No response. This madness has been going on for two months.
