I left a message inquiring about tires for my Tiger 1200 since the VStrom has similar wheel sizes; they called back before they even opened for the day letting me know they didn't have them but referred me to a BMW Dealer in Ashland that might and did. Always appreciate folks going the extra mile to help!

While in grants pass on a motorcycle trip, my friend stopped in to get a tire- they were too busy to mount it so we had to do it ourselves. The dealership employee would not let me in the store unless I was interested in buying a motorcycle- I was not. I was looking for some gear and chain lube, and he replied "we don't have what your looking for"- he had no idea what I needed. I had face covering due to covid. He saw we were from California and was completely rude. For being a Suzuki dealership I expected a staff staff that was not errgant and rude.

We were racing BMX out of town in Grants Pass. Our kiddo needed a new helmet quick when his cracked. Via phone they helped us out checking for right size and color and held it for us to run over an pick up. Saved the day and got us right back on the track!

I've had prior BMW tire service done previously a few times at this location, in the not to distant past, with having been mostly satisfied at those times. But I'm very disappointed with last weeks' tire service for reasons I will share with anyone that should need any motorcycle tire service, and is even considering Grants Pass Suzuki shop on Rogue River Highway. I hand carried in my BMW rear tubeless tire with a nail having caused the flat. In 4 days I went back to pick it up. The owner, named Joe, rang it up on the register and told me that was a sixty six dollar charge. I was not too pleased with the amount that he charged me, from my memory being charged much less in the past. I was not much in the mood to discuss why he had charged me 66 bucks. After preparing to re-install my tire and wheel I was able to see the plugged area in the tread had not been cut clean with proper cutting tool, but has grinder wheel marks on the tire tread from a not so professional repair. I will not be recommending this shop in the future to anyone that ever asks for my experience at having my motorcycle tires serviced in Grants Pass.

This shop is GREAT! I have been out of the riding scene for about 5 years and just picked up a GSXR 600 off the internet. I took it to his shop to inspect the bike and get a quote on an Oil change. After looking up the vin# he advised me that there were two safety recalls that needed to be done. He also noticed that my tires were pretty much done and I would need new ones prior to doing any aggressive leaning with the bike. Good thing because I was headed to hit some twisties later that day. Needless to say he didn't talk me into more work that needed to be done (ie. he lubed and tightened my chain to give me an extra 2000-5000 miles more life instead of trying to sell me a new one because I am on a strict budget.) and I got a great deal on a set of Michelin Pilot 3's that ROCK! service turn time was fast and Joe made me feel that there was no stupid questions. This will be my go to shop for all my street riding needs! thanks Joe!

If you have a quad that needs fixing, Joe is the guy! He is an honest, straight-shooter, tells you exactly what you need, recommends things he'd do if it were his and gives you fair estimates before he begins the work. Pretty much everything you could ask for in a mechanic. When he helped me unload and load my quad from my trailer it was like watching a well rehearsed dance, pretty amazing. You can tell he knows everything about quads, inside and out. He could have overcharged me since I thought I needed a carb clean out, but he didn't, as he explained my fuel selector was my issue. I had been leaving it on prime and not realizing it, which is one of the reasons it was running that way. He took the time to carefully explain my fuel selector and which way was actually the pointer. He changed out a spark plug, did a couple of other maintenance items I sorely needed and treated me more than fairly. I'm a repeat customer for life.
