I purchased a new Chrysler 300C with a service con...

I purchased a new Chrysler 300C with a service contract from Big O Dodge 2 years ago and I've been disappointed the entire time. My first experience with their service center was my first oil change. I scheduled an appointment and highlighted that I was in a rush when I arrived. After 2 hours, they finished my oil change and it made me question why should I even bother scheduling an appointment. Since that initial experience, I've timed every oil change and the best that they've been able to do is 90 minutes. Now, I assumed that the extra time was taken to ensure they were conducting a full inspection. I no longer believe this since I also had an issue where they over inflated one of my tires to 43 psi, 10 psi over the recommended pressure. I thought this was a one of a kind event, however, I just read today that another car owner had the same problem from Big O Dodge.

Over the last 2 years, here are a few other issues that I've faced. After purchasing the car I noticed that the navigation system was out of date and requested it to be updated. They indicated it was just one revision out of date and that if I wanted it I would have to purchase the update for over $200. To add insult to injury, 6 months after this request they sent me a coupon in the mail to update the system (I will never update this system and will purchase a Garmin with more features and lifetime updates for less than they charge for an update). The hard drrive on the entertainment system wasn't working and it required me to reformat it before I could use it. Everytime I bring my car in for service I have to make sure I highlight which services I've paid for and ensure they are completed. They've missed 2 of my recommended tire rotations. Warranty work, My car is equiped with push button start. It works for one set of keys and not the other. I'm now up to trip #4 to get this fixed. Let's hope their certified mechanics can figure out how to fix it this time.

Overall, the service representatives are very friendly, however, I no longer trust them with my car. If they can't get the air pressure right and it takes more than 3 attempts to fix something that appears as simple as reprogramming my keys, what else is potentially getting missed.

In summary, I'm waiting for my service contract to end so I can work with a reputable mechanic.

I will never do business with this place again!! I got a 2018 Jeep Renegade and I admit I didn't look over the car well at all, I wasn't planning on getting this particular car, but ended up with it because of certain circumstances. After I drove off the lot about 10 minutes later I discovered it had no CD player which is a big deal to me but whatever. It didn't even have the option of Sirius radio. I have had a few newer cars over the years and for what I'm paying, this car is very basic. Also didn't notice at first the seats had stains. Again, I should have inspected the car more so that part is my fault. My main issue is that the car also didn't have an antenna, and I would have never thought about that at all. I have trouble picking up radio stations since all I can listen to is FM/AM radio. I have been calling for almost a year now and multiple times I have been told that the car was supposed to have an antenna and one would be ordered. I was tild about a week ago, after all the trouble I've been through about this antenna that I would personally have it delivered the next day and guess what? Not so much as a phone call to lie again with another excuse. I'm well aware that people are they're to sell cars and after they could care less if the car blows up after it leaves they're possession. I can't believe that they would give someone so much trouble over an antenna, and almost a year later still didn't get one despite being told multiple times I would get one!!

Came here because I bought a Ram in 2015 and had a great buying experience. Cant say the same about the next go around. Iwas in communication with Chris via email in regards to a 2017 Ram. He emailed me the E-price which was $31,450. I told him I would come in to look at it the next day. Came by the next day and Chris was unavailable so they gave me a different sales person. I went and laid eyes on the Ram and was satisfied with it. Afterwards, we went inside to look at the numbers. He told me the truck was $32,500 because the bed liner and side rails were not included in the E-price (Not my problem, If they weren't included in the price you guys should have been up front with that from the start). So anyways, after appraising my trade in and coming back with the numbers, they told me I would need $6000 down. I told them I couldn't do $6000 down, I could do $1000. He went and spoke to his manager, came back and said "have a nice rest of your day, your car is parked on the other side of the building." I was going to suggest looking at a cheaper Ram but I was pretty much booted out the door. No worries I'll just go to Benson.

I am very disappointed in my recent experience with Big O Dodge. My daughter took her car to the Service Dept. on May 30 for repair. After the car sat there for almost 2 full weeks with no phone contact, I was charged $137 for diagnostic fees and labor with no solution to what was wrong with her car. Then I had to pay $80 today to tow the car to another service dept in our area. I have purchased multiple cars from Big O Dodge in the past and expected better treatment. Carlton Lewis June 12, 2015

I bought a used vehicle from Big O and happily negotiated a more than fair price for it. Five days later unfortunately the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery. Big O was considerate enough to replace the dead battery immediately, which went above and beyond their obligation. I would recommend this dealership for their super friendly and helpful staff from top to bottom and excellent customer service.

Always an absolute pleasure negotiating my next vehicle purchase or lease with Ike Traylor at Big O Dodge. For many years now, and multiple vehicles, Ike and the staff at Big O Dodge have made me and my family feel like a part of theirs. Thanks Big O!

I went for an oil change, then got a recomendation to change the cabin filter I accepted and then after 1 day a part fell from the bad job. And now I have a check engine to deal with. Exactly the year when the bumper to bumper warranty was over, now just to confirm the problem that the OBD-2 reads in 1min(for free in autozone) I have to pay 150dlls. Coincidence... maybe, but I wouldn't risk giving them more money to break something else. Thank good I bought my jeep somewhere else for thousands less.

Anyway if you want to get a free check engine problem please go to the Big American flag!!

found Big O using the internet to shop for new Ram 3500's. Sent initial inquiry to the dealership and got a quick response. Had a nice conversation about what I was looking for and sent in some photos and description of my trade for a ball park figure. That was the last time I spoke to Chris James. Received a very nice follow up call from Ike and he let me know that Chris would call me the next day. Nope. Received quite a few robo-emails from the dealer that inquired about the process and I responded each time with a note that I was waiting for a call back. Nothing. Crickets. Absolutely no response. So, I purchased a 2017 Laramie 3500 Mega cab from Kernersville. I shopped several dealerships and none of them flat ignored me after a lengthy initial conversation about purchasing a 70K truck. Hopefully other customers get better responses than I did.

Mini-Van Heaven

Mini-Van Heaven

My wife and I have been looking for a family vehicle for awhile now. We looked at several mini vans for their functionality. We settled on the Chrysler Pacifica. We worked with Hunter Smith "H2O". From the first meeting to purchase about 6 weeks lapsed. My wife is very cautious when making a big purchase. Throughout the entire time Hunter stayed in touch, was not pushy and even recommended a few things for us to consider. Finally, we were ready to purchase, but he was tied up with another customer. So his colleague, Alejandro stepped in to pinch hit. He was just as much of a professional as Hunter was. Both were friendly, informative but not too aggressive. We left the dealership that morning to consider our choice, let the kids have a nap and that same afternoon, I texted Hunter the van we wanted. He located it, took a photo of him guarding it and waited for us to arrive. Despite that fact that we arrived at the dealership just some 45 minutes before he was due to be off and that he had dinner plans, Hunter never made us feel rushed and took great care of us. In fact, they even tolerated our kids who were ready to be done. Once we were in the hands of the finance, he was done. He was late for dinner, but never complained. Even the finance guy, Thomas or "Tomcat" was awesome. Finally Alejandro took us through our final walk around and covered anything we didn't already know, with wasn't much. If you want a great sales team and overall positive car buying experience, we would strongly recommend BIG O' DODGE on the motor mile and asked for Hunter! Even after the purchase he has followed up to make sure we don't have buyers remorse.

I purchased a used 2010 mustang from here. I felt I was given a great deal based on similar cars at other dealers. Several days after buying the car I noticed an issue with one rear brake sticking. I took it in, without an appointment, they put me to the front of the line, fixed it and I was on my way. Mark C was my salesman, and he was a pleasure to work with. The service department was also great to work with. I would purchase from them again.

Wish I could leave no stars. Customer service is horrible. They need to hire some better people that knows how to handle people accordingly. Dropped off my vehicle and kept getting the run around. Took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back from them when I was told it was only going to be a week. Worst people ever to deal with.

I am Absolutely Thankful with Robert Garcia. I speak fluent English but my husband doesn't, he understands but doesn't know how to speak English very well but that wasn't a problem for us because Robert is bilingual & he helped us through everything. He took all the time we needed. We went to see cars just to look around thinking we couldn't get the car we wanted it but Robert helped us and we walked out with a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee. If you need a salesman who's going to take his time and answer all your questions HE IS YOUR GUY!!! I have dealt with other dealers and I have never been treated like I was treated today! I Totally recommend it to everybody. Thank You Robert you are a wonderful person!!! Thanks for all your help.

I had the best experience EVER at Big O Dodge. My salesman was Marc C., and he was awesome! I'm 24, and it was my first time buying my own car. He was extremely patient with me, and he never once tried to take advantage of me like most salesman would have once they realized I didn't fully understand something. Big O is extremely family oriented, and you can tell by the type of vibe you get as soon as you walk in the door. My mother was impressed herself, as she loved the customer relations department's presentation to us after my purchase was finalized. My whole experience overall was absolutely phenomenal. I love my new JEEP (as it is my first one!) and I will definitely be back to see Marc and Big O to purchase my wrangler in a few years. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me! -Adrianna S.

I purchased my first new vehicle from Big O'. I was nervous and anxious about purchasing a new vehicle, as I am a senior college student about to enter medical school. Hunter was the sales representative that helped me purchase my 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. At first, I was not able to get the payments low enough for me to be able to afford. Thankfully, they were able to help me purchase the vehicle through a less traditional route by leasing the vehicle for 3 years and then refinancing the vehicle, with every payment being deducted from the total cost of the vehicle. My warranty covers all bumper-to-bumper repairs and I have 4 free oil changes. I have not had any problems with my vehicle and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car, "Napoleon." Thanks Hunter and thanks Big O' for the awesome new ride!

I have previously bought 3 cars from Big O Dodge and I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! If you are looking for a great deal in a strong family oriented atmosphere than this is the place for you! The salesman, sales managers and service people all rock and will take care of you!

We had a great experience with Big O. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the customer service was great and all of our questions were answered. We love the car and will definitely go back for any future purchases.

Terrific experience!

Matt went above and beyond to find me the perfect car, he truly listened to every need I had, and went the extra mile to text me different options both used and new until we found "the one" before I ever had to step onto the lot. Thanks to both Matt and Kyle, I was able to drive away in a brand new Jeep for an incredible price, with every feature I wanted, and more!

Thanks to the amazing team at Big O, the process was incredibly smooth / easy, and I didn't have to spend all day at a dealer, thank you all so much!! I truly couldn't be happier!

We bought a Dodge Charger here a few months ago and returned to buy a Jeep Grande Cherokee yesterday. This is a Family owned dealership and we received great personal service with no aggressive sales tactics both times. We definitely appreciate the time they took to help us find just what we want and to make the deal happen. Hunter was extremely patient and kind despite my million questions and multiple test drives, I'd definitely recommend this dealership.

The theme of this review is who told you that?

The theme of this review is who told you that?

I feel it is my duty to warn everyone about the service department at Big O after encountering two big issues with this business:
1. No consistency in information provided by the employees that work in the service center, and those who answer the phones, and
2. Big O s employees are either so under-informed about recalls on their products that you d have a better chance finding someone who knows what s going on with your Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge over at the Toyota dealership OR there is a policy of misrepresenting the recalls to customers in the hopes that they will pay for services that they were entitled to have Big O provide to them for free.

My 2009 Dodge came with two frequency operated button ignition keys (FOBIKs)and each of them, over the course of normal use, fell to pieces and ceased working. Over the summer my last of the two keys fell apart much like its predecessor and I called Big O Dodge to find out how to get a replacement key. I was told by the person on the phone that I would not need to bring the car in and we will call you when the key comes in. Four days later I call and they transfer me to the service department where a man tells me they have a key and asks when I can bring the car in. My response but the person I spoke with a few days ago told me I wouldn t need to bring in the car to which he responded well who told you that. I temporarily fixed the FOBIK myself And didn t bring it in.
Yesterday I called and made an appointment for 9:00am today and only then was I informed of the recall for the ignition switch and the keys. Kaydren (spelling?) was incredibly nice and helpful and I want her to know she has been the only person at Big O that I have had a good experience with.

This morning I arrived at 9:08 where I was promptly ignored by every single service person at their desks (not even a hi we will be right with you ). Finally, a man looks up and gives me the hi we will be right with you but only after I had been turning in circles and looking around lost trying to get the attention of someone for two minutes. A few minutes later a service person, Ricky, came over to talk to me and I explained that I had an appointment to get my two new keys.

His response: who told you that

Maybe Big O should adopt who told you that as the new slogan in all their ads going forward? I told Ricky that Kaydren told me about the recall and it came with two keys. His response was well I don t think she is right about that but yeah maybe. I asked how long it would be for the keys and Ricky said that it shouldn t take more than 15 minutes. He said I was due an additional recall I was due but when he said it may take an hour I declined.

I waited over an hour before going to check with him. He seemed too busy at the moment and said he d let me know. He came in a few minutes after and he said 20-30 minutes more. I waited for the 30 minutes and then another 10 minutes just to be fair but then I finally went to seek out Kaydren in person to see what was going on.

Kaydren was also perplexed that I had been waiting for 2 hours for the key/ignition switch to be fixed. I asked her to confirm I would receive 2 keys with the recall which is when another one of the women working in the office piped up and stated that you have to bring in your key to get the replacement key. First of all, this information is straight up false, the recall letter CLEARLY states that the ignition switch will be replaced and TWO FOBIKs will be provided FREE OF CHARGE.

Overall it was a pretty bad experience and after reading some of the reviews that were similar to mine ( who told you that making an appearance at least once) I m concerned that Big O is attempting to defraud customers by knowingly giving partial recall remedies in order to make a buck on the customer s ignorance. Do your homework and don t let them push you around.

P.S. Hunter, this Rubicon rocks! I love it. And Meghan, so lovely. She missed her calling as a flight attendant or even a Vanna White. And not to forget the financial guy Dwight, professional and friendly & made you feel signing your life away was a good thing. I hope my experience with the soon to be service dept will be just as pleasant! Thanks guys!

I had an issue about a year ago , I had made an appointment to come get my actuator serviced and I got there after waiting 3 weeks for their availability, and was told that I wasnt scheduled . I had dealt with a loud clicking sound that u could hear outside of my car from the inside for at least 2 months prior to coming in . big o dodge told me that they didnt have me scheduled that I would have to come back another time , I got upset and got told that I couldnt come back . granted I did get it fixed but my wife had to bring it in another time instead of myself . Two or three months ago I went to big o dodge to get an oil change and some service after making an appointment . I needed to get an oil change and get an inspection to see why my car shakes when I reach high speeds . big o dodge never checked my shake out , instead the shop manager yells out unprofessionally that my tires were bald and that I need 4 new tires to fix my shake . so I left with the sheet for pricing for tires. went to discount tired and got 4 new tires . 3 months, 4 new tires , new brakes and caliper service later from brakes for less I'm still dealing with shaking . cant replace any parts because it'll void my warranty . No one works in the service shop on Saturdays is what I've been told and i work 6 days a week so i never really have time to go there . when I do go they never check out what my real problem is . I'm so upset , and I've been this way for awhile . I've wanted to just give my car back and quit my agreement but I cant cause I signed a contract and itll hurt my credit . I'll never buy another car or recommend big o dodge even to my worst enemy. dont do it . they treat u like a king up until u drive off the lot and then ur nothing to them . do not but from big o dodge !!

Oh boy. I m sad to write this. Been using Big O service for a year and a half and it has been excellent. Today, because of the awesome service we went to buy a car. JFK was our sales person. And a nice guy. We were there 4 hours. Needless to say we left WITHOUT buying a car from them. Not the salespersons fault. The sales manager told us how much money they were losing selling us the car. Etc. and after we agreed to the sale, he just got up and walked out of the room like we were doing him a favor. Well we will be doing someone else a favor next week that hopefully will say THANK YOU for your business. Thank you JFK for your time.

Thank you Big O for my pleasant experience when buying a truck to pull my camper. My salesperson, Hunter, found answers to all of my questions and was very patient. Hunter was very friendly, efficient, and professional through the whole car-buying process. He and Brian worked hard to get me a deal I could afford. This is a wonderful family run dealership and I highly recommend Big O for your car buying needs!

I live in Asheville and I am hesitant when it comes to "internet" shopping for a car, but Ike Traylor at Big O made it the easiest trade/purchase I have experienced. I contacted them regarding a car on their website. Within 2 hours the deal was done including my trade and financing. Never left the comfort of my office chair. The next afternoon I traveled to the dealership to drop off my car pick up the new car. I was in and out in about an hour. They absolutely blew away Asheville and surrounding NC area dealers on both pricing and sales service!

Great buying experience. I first worked with Ike online. He was great. He responded to inquiries in a timely manner, was professional, and never pushy (like at some dealerships). When I arrived for a test drive, I was partnered with Marc. He was great to work with. He was very patient with me as I test drove two vehicles and while I took time making a decision. Marc was very knowledgeable of both vehicles, which helped me to make an informed decision. We were able to negotiate a fair price and I never felt pressured. Financing was a smooth and easy transaction. While I was wrapping that up, Marc had the vehicle "spruced up" and filled with gas. Love my vehicle (Jeep Compass) and I've had many compliments on it.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I brought my car to Big O. My Jeep is only 2 years old, but the (expensive) repairs were not covered under warranty. After another frustrating experience with Jeep Customer Care, I was honestly ready to trade in my car for another brand due to such a blatant disregard for customer service from Jeep headquarters. However, after speaking with Mark, it was clear that Big O is dealership that truly cares about each customer. He took care of everything and was genuinely interested in my concerns and frustrations. He and Shawn were so kind and considerate through the whole process and have gained a loyal customer in the process!

I am giving Big O a 1 star b/c of a situation that arised after we purchased the vehicle. I would like to say first that the sales and service department are great and get 5 stars! However this dealership allows a liar to work for them so they get 1 star overall! We purchased our used SUV on Feb. 22nd that went great. We asked for our tag to be transferred for another vehicle that we own. My husband checked the box for transfer the tag and signed underneath. We didn't have the registration for that vehicle at the time but was told to send a copy via text message when we got home that is what we did. We were told to go ahead and put the tag from our old vehicle onto the new one when we got home and Bob would handle the rest. So a few weeks rocked on and low and behold I checked mail and a new tag had arrived. We called dealership right then which we got run around on talking with someone, finally Ann called back (she is the liar I am referring to). She said at first she had paperwork saying we asked for a new tag then she went on through the conversation and said oh I didn't see a registration from the old vehicle so I just took it upon myself to get you a new tag. So which was it??? If she really had paperwork signed saying we wanted a new tag clearly she would have no reason to look for a registration in the first place. So I caught her in that lie. Lets not forget I have a yellow copy of the paperwork my husband checked next to transfer tag and signed underneath. So we are stuck with a new tag that we will be having to pay the taxes on in a couple of weeks which for us is a big deal because money is tight especially after having to purchase a new vehicle unexpectedly. And we are potentially facing charges from DMV for having no insurance that was associated with the tag we were supposed to have transferred for a full month in the first place. If we had known in advance we would not be getting tag transferred we would have turned the tag in and not been facing a pently. Now we are out of alot of money that we clearly should not have to be stressed about having to come up with if Ann would have just done her job. She could have called us andand took it upon herself to do whatever makes her life easier! Then to be lied to is unexceptionable! I feel like something needs to be done in this situation and Big O hasn't showed that they even care. We are in a real mess so thanks Ann I really hope you don't cause this to happen to any other customers!

Thanks to Robert at Big O for his help in getting us the perfect Jeep. We had looked for 3 months and had a terrible experience at Carmax before going to Big O. Robert was patient, enthusiastic and easy to deal with.
Would definitely recommend going to the dealership under the big American flag on the motor mile

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!

Short version:

Deception and deceit come to mind after dealing with this dealership's service center.

Their employees don't know what they are working on and what is available on the cars they service, their technical expertise is less than desirable.

The management for the department has no customer focus and lacks empathy for the customer and will only defend their employees without trying to see both sides or coming to any type of agreement.

I have tried to get someone to help me from big o dodge a few times in the past few days but to no avail.
I made contact through their online chat helper requesting info on a truck on their lot. No call back.
I put in an email request for one of their salesmen to contact me about a truck. NO call or reply.
I even stopped by their lot to look at the truck but all I got was a lone salesman walking around on his phone who was too busy to help me.
I decided to live and just happened to notice the salesman and a few others sitting in the shade laughing, having a good time.
I guess Big O Dodge doesnt need return customers as I have bought from them before but got no help this time.
I would highly recommend NOT using this dealership.

I went in to just check out the Jeep Cherokee and get prices on vehicles. I wasn't in the market for a new car but thought I'd plan ahead since it would be nice to upgrade my 2007 CRV in the next year or so. I was immediately greeted on the lot by Alex and I'm so glad he was out there at that time. Long story short, he was professional, fair, friendly, not at all pushy and very patient the entire. I made it clear I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new car but wanted to get prices for options. He went above and beyond by pricing out every option I asked for, got my trade-in appraised fairly and was able to work with me on a fantastic deal for a 2019 Cherokee I couldn't refuse. So, the next day I came back for a test drive and ended up leaving with the new car. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the price we were able to agree on. If you are in the market for a new or used car be sure to ask for Alex by name. He is so great! He is courteous and fair to his clients and I respect that he is also trying to be fair to his company by balancing a deal that works best for everyone.

I just want to take a second to share my appreciation for how Jake, Daniel and Thomas handled the purchase of our new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport!

My wife has been in love with Jeeps for years and this is now her 3rd. After her first blue Jeep got totaled, she settled on a Silver one for a few years. Running around one Sunday we saw the BIG BAD Hydro Blue Pearl JK on the lot with the Lift and 35" Wheels/Tires we decided to explore the options of trading...

My initial contact was with Thomas from the Internet Department, who responded quickly and gave me solid information that I requested. Thomas was off during my visit to the dealership to discuss it more thoroughly and Daniel was able to step right in to help with all my questions. After a few more conversations with Daniel, they made me feel right at home and comfortable with all aspects of the deal.

You see, I actually sell Subaru's through the Internet Department right down the road and it was refreshing to see a dealership handle our purchase, the same way I treat my customers... No pressure, good follow up and a fair price!! My wife loves her new Jeep and if we ever trade again (or just buy another one...) We will immediately contact "Big O"! ...Thanks again!!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from big o dodge a year ago and the vehicle is already leaking. They said a part was missing that caused the leak and I have to pay for the repairs even though the part was obviously missing when I purchased the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Worse car repair experience ever!!! I had my car t...

Worse car repair experience ever!!! I had my car towed to a friend's shop and he had it towed to Big O Dodge because I was having issues with computer. My car was at the shop for over 6 weeks during which time I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. William was assigned to my car and after 2 weeks of me trying to reach out to him he finally returned my call and told me that he had no idea what was wrong with my car. He told me he was reaching out to Chrysler Corp. and that he would get back in touch with me. Another week passes by so I called back and explained that I was having to pay for a rental and I needed my car he gave me the number to Chrysler and told me to reach out to them. I did and they assigned me a case # and they called to discuss with William the issues. I talked back to William and was told that he had replaced a body module ($800) but that it didnt fix the problem and my car still would not start. I was then assured I wouldnt be responsible for this bill. After numerous conversations with me, the original mechanic, and Chrysler William assured us that we would not be paying for that part and I was looking at a repair bill of around $600. Finally after 5 weeks I talked to Mark who is Service Dept Manager we talked about background I explained everything about my car and he said he would check with William about the part. William called me again and said I did indeed need the part but that Mark said they would pay for it because of what I was told. A week later I called back to check with William on any updates and was informed he is no longer employed with them. (I wonder why?) I'm transferred to Mark who informs me my car is ready but the repair bill is $1561. After a lot of complaints he agrees to lower it to $1400 only $800 more than I was told. So six weeks and $1400 later I go pick up my car which is now ticking and it was not before hand. I go get Mark and he says for around $700-$1000 more he can fix it. I have to pay for something it wasnt doing before. I have my friend look at car again to see about the ticking. He is unable to diagnose the problem and since I have spent over $1500 on rental and $1400 on repairs I can't afford to fix the problem right now but he did see the alternator Big O Dodge had replaced had wires sticking out and the wire cover was just hanging off. The bottom of my front end has been damaged and the piece was tied back on with a piece of wire. Save your self a ton of money, time, and run around AVOID THIS PLACE!

Great experience! My salesman was extremely helpful and took great care of me, even after he had already sold me the car. The vehicle I bought was already reduced to a price to sell, yet my salesman took an extra $500 off just to help me out, when he knew he did not have to do so to get me on board for the sale. Friendly salesmen and great follow up service.

Bought a great used car at a great price from Marc Carruzzo at Big O. No haggling the price, just up front pricing as we walked the lot. Treated me like I was buying new, worked extra on my financing and interest rate and just generally did a great job. Thanks Marc!!

I went today planning on financing a car from their used car lot, i had a car that i could have traded in but didn't really have to. Guy went to check the numbers and came back and told me basically that my car was not worth much of anything stating that he pulled the car fax and it was wrecked in 2008....... My car was not even made until 2011. When i stated this he offered no explination , just that it had been wrecked. So i asked to see my car's carfax (knowing that it has not been wrecked) and he told me he couldn't get it for me, which is sketchy anyways. So i left without even buying their car, and absolutely not trading mine in, and highly irritated because they tried to pull something that crazy on us!

Bought a 2015 Rubicon a few weeks ago as "certifie...

Bought a 2015 Rubicon a few weeks ago as "certified preowned" During the sales process it was discovered that the navigation did not work in the radio. Sales said no problem, would have service schedule a time to reset it. Could not be reset so service ended up ordering a new radio & replacing it. No problem, went ahead & signed paperwork to buy along with an extended warranty on this certified preowned vehicle. Radio replaced, navigation works fine. In addition to that, I also negotiated new tires for the Rubicon as the mud tires on the front wear wearing bad & they were insanely loud on the road and this is my daily driver. Dealership agreed to replace the tires as part of the negotiating process to buy the Jeep.

A week after purchase it was discovered this hardtop Rubicon leaks like an absolute sieve. Standing water in the passenger & driver side floor boards. Had service look at it and water test it & the seals need to be replaced along with a "heater seal" per estimate from service. Ok no problem, purchased an extended warranty. Come to find out absolutely no coverage on the extended warranty that I paid $1,800 for.

I have tried contacting Kevin who is the used car manager 3 times through the receptionist up front. Latest call was last evening (2/28/19) on the way home around 515pm. Receptionist was super nice and I was told Kevin or a manager would get in touch with me asap. Previously I had emailed Kevin and have received no response from that email either. So, 3 phone calls & an email with zero response from this guy or any manager at Big O.

Between an atrocious extended warranty, lack of response on a managers part to discuss options to resolve a customers issue, I cannot in anyway recommend Big O Dodge. First & last vehicle to ever purchase from this dealership. I don't expect a used to be perfect but I certainly don't expect a "certified preowned" vehicle to leak water like crazy either nor do I expect an extended warranty that cost me $1,800 to provide zero coverage

Awful customer experience due to the complete lack of response.

***3/5/19 Update. Received a call from Kevin yesterday afternoon to discuss the vehicle leak issue. He confirmed that the leak issue that was input by service as a "heater seal" should have been a "header seal" Our conversation was good and level headed. After our discussion Big O has agreed in goodwill to replace the seals and make it right so I have an appointment on Monday March 11 and they will also be providing a loaner vehicle as well as they will have the vehicle for a few days. I did explain to Kevin that I was seriously disappointed that the extended warranty did nothing in this case based on the money spent for it. Conversation went well & its on track to have the issue resolved.
