I live in Asheville and I am hesitant when it comes to "internet" shopping for a car, but Ike Traylor at Big O made it the easiest trade/purchase I have experienced. I contacted them regarding a car on their website. Within 2 hours the deal was done including my trade and financing. Never left the comfort of my office chair. The next afternoon I traveled to the dealership to drop off my car pick up the new car. I was in and out in about an hour. They absolutely blew away Asheville and surrounding NC area dealers on both pricing and sales service!
