I went in to just check out the Jeep Cherokee and get prices on vehicles. I wasn't in the market for a new car but thought I'd plan ahead since it would be nice to upgrade my 2007 CRV in the next year or so. I was immediately greeted on the lot by Alex and I'm so glad he was out there at that time. Long story short, he was professional, fair, friendly, not at all pushy and very patient the entire. I made it clear I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new car but wanted to get prices for options. He went above and beyond by pricing out every option I asked for, got my trade-in appraised fairly and was able to work with me on a fantastic deal for a 2019 Cherokee I couldn't refuse. So, the next day I came back for a test drive and ended up leaving with the new car. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the price we were able to agree on.
