That s so hilarious and absolutely representative of the service I have received with each and every encounter I ve had with them. They didn t want to understand; they didn t offer to help. Had a factory warranty repair on a water pump for a Challenger. Originally they said it may take until friday to get the part ordered and installed, however they arranged to have it the next day and I had my car back the same day the pump arrived. Anthony was a tremendous help and everybody seemed to have my best interest (and the car) in mind, I was updated regularly on progress, they were happy to give details about everything that I asked. I also love their text messaging feature, it's much more convenient than having to call a shop and ask for an update or track down whoever is working on your vehicle. I'd highly recommend them if you have a Dodge/Chrysler product. I'd give 10 stars instead of 5

I can not begin to explain to you what a wonderful experience dealing with Big O Dodge. After dealing with several other dealerships it was awesome and well worth the drive to deal with our sales person Donnie and Morgan. Before the drive I called and explained what I was looking for and they not only found it on-line but went outside and verified everything even doing a "smell" test for me....When I got to the dealership everything was just as they said it would be, no lies, no changes in prices or offers...Trade in offer was within the range I thought acceptable and actually was able to afford extended warranty due to the great final price of vehicle. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP.....felt wonderful to be treated with respect..

We bought a used Town and Country from Big "O" roughly 3 years ago and bought the extended warranty. The first issue came up 2 days after we bought the van in which the dvd screen and oil pressure gauge went out. They refused to look at this van for weeks until I told them that was fine I will just return it since it was less than 48 hours with in out possession. This has been a continuous issue with the service department. We drop van off and no one calls you back. You have an appointment for first thing in the morning and at 4pm they still dont have it in and need to keep another day. Their has been an ongoing issue with the van drawing from the battery but they cant find the short. The service writers do the bare minimum of they even do that. Now my wife and 4 kids just picked up the van today from the dealership and started back home and the van would not shift. She took right back to them and they stated nothing they could do for her. Are you kidding me? How do tell that to anybody? Worst service and I will never buy from them again. Service department should be ashamed of themselves.

The service department at Big O' Dodge is bad enough for me to never purchase another vehicle from them again. I've only had my car about a year and I'm already looking to trade it in at another dealership, just to be done with Big O' Dodge.
I don't usually write reviews, much less negative ones, but something needs to be said.
I've had 3 oil changes on this car since I bought it. Every time, I pull into the service station, stand at my car and wait. I see people in the service station, but no one speaks to me or even looks in my direction. When I call, I can't get an oil change that week and most times not even the next week. Each time, the appointment has been scheduled 2-3 weeks out. I've had a new car at Nissan twice and they can get you in the same day.
The last time in particular at Big O', I was scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out at 3 in the afternoon. I work, so I called to see if they had a shuttle service so I could drop my car off and get driven back to work. I was told that the shuttle driver was on lunch and that the other person who MIGHT be able to do it was also on lunch, or so the young lady "thought." She wasn't sure, but she made no effort to even check. I was able to find a friend to bring me at 12, and I dropped my car off. At that time, 2 men were working. There was girl and another young man in the corner, obviously getting ready to go on lunch because they were waiting for a 3rd young man. They all three saw me standing there and never spoke one word to me. I have worked in customer service in the past and sometimes lunch just has to wait.
When someone finally spoke to me, it was a man who was obviously the busiest, working with another customer. But he stopped to say, "Be with you in just a minute." I wish I could remember his name because he was the only person who was in any way helpful.
This particular time, the man finished with his customer, helped me and checked in my car (keep in mind, I dropped it off 3 hours early). Because no one helped me when I arrived and I waited so long for someone to check me in, my friend was late for a meeting when we returned to work.
I returned to pick up my car at 4:30 and it still was not ready! I had to wait and didn't end up leaving until 5:00. I was offered a $20 tire rotation that I'm GLAD I didn't agree to, otherwise it may have been even later!!
When I received the email for the survey, I was very honest about my experience. After Big O received that survey, their service manager, Mark called me to find out more about my experience. I explained everything, telling him how unimportant their employees made me feel. I expect to be treated with respect especially when I spend that much money on a car. He was nice and said that he would like to change my experience and offered me a free tire rotation because, he explained, that's very important for the life of the tires. He said when I was ready to schedule it, to call him directly, and I wouldn't have to wait weeks, that he would take care of everything for me.
I called Mark 2 weeks ago. I left a voicemail for him, reminding him of who I was. I never heard a word back. I understand people get busy, so I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. I called again THIS week on Wednesday. This time, I left a message with the receptionist who answered the phone. I explained my situation, and she offered to make the appointment for me and make a note that Mark said he would take care of it. I thought, "well, that might work." I go to schedule and the first thing she had was October 28th! MORE than 2 weeks out! I explained that that was part of the problem to begin with and that I would really appreciate a call back from Mark, since he said he would be able to work me in.
Still haven't heard a word.
I am extremely disappointed with the my experience here. I would recommend shopping elsewhere, such as Nissan on the Motor Mile, and I am sure to let all my family and friends and anyone reading this know about my experience and keep them away from this place.

Had an awesome time today with Hunter! Hunter found out that my baby(2013 Dodge Challenger) was in an accident and texted me to make sure I was okay. We came in today after texting with him to shop for cars since my baby was totaled out. Hunter has been with us answering all the crazy questions we had and provided the BEST experience possible since dealing with the hurt of losing my dream car. Hunter truly needs to be praised for his superb service and for making sure we are taken care of with all our needs. Definitely ask for Hunter when your looking for a vehicle at Big O Dodge.

Yesterday, Rick helped my husband and I with the purchase of 2017 Jeep Renegade! The customer service at Big O Dodge was phenomenal!!!
From the moment I began speaking with Rick, I felt like he was listening to what I needed and was looking for in a vehicle. There was NO pressure! When my husband arrived, the customer service continued. Once Rick realized we had not eaten anything all day, he went so far as to feed us from their own catered lunch! Every office we visited from the time we agreed to purchase to the final signing was nothing but the best customer service. We were welcomed with handshakes, laughter, eye contact, and active listening to guide us with this purchase!
Today, I called to inquire about a cover for the Jeep. Again, the gentleman in customer service was nothing but nice!

May 18th, I rented a car out of state to go buy a used car from one of your car sales man Josh Korb. Josh handled everything which made buying a new to me car very simple. If this review was about Josh it would of been a five star review. My issues started the moment i went into the finance office. Whomever the very rude finance guy that doesn t take no thank you, for yalls extended warranty really should take some customer service classes. I know he only gets paid on what he sells on the extended warranty. But being told no, this mans demeanor changed 100%. I expected this would be the case. I brushed it off and moved on. June 17th came. I had to contact Josh because my state had not received the tax money that Big O said they would send. Josh looked into it and let me know it had just been sent out. Ok, fine. July 20th came i went to the dmv and they explained to me that the check was incorrect and they let me know that they had to contact big O to get the correct amount. So i contacted Josh again to see where this process was. He explained they sent out the correct check July 14th and i should be receiving the remaining amount due to me over paying on taxes. August 13th i still havent received this check, i contact Josh once again. He contacts his office manager and informs me the check will be sent out August 18th. I receive This check finally but with a very big discrepancy In the amount. August 26th Josh is contacted once again and tells me his comptroller will contact me. She finally calls. Gives me a run around on why i only received a fraction of what i should of been sent. I i simply asked her to send me all my finance paperwork via mail because i wasn t given it the day i bought the car. You d of thought i asked this woman to bend over and do the impossible for simply sending me the paperwork via mail. She got extremely rude with my simple request. Today is September 3rd and i still haven t received my finance paperwork i requested.
Now that you are caught up. Let s recap. 1) Josh was a standup sales guy. I d recommend him if he didn t work for Big O. 2) Stay ontop of things because what they promise will not get done unless you text and call to ask about the issue. 3) everyone else that i have had to deal with has drawn things out. I shouldn t have to keep on and on about something i was promised. 4) this process still isn t handled and i bought my car over four months ago. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn t recommend dealing with this dealership for this reason alone.

First repair under warranty I was a little worried about what to expect based on reading reviews but to be completely honest the service department was great my service writer Gregg was awesome and kept me informed and handled my repair from start to finish. loaner car was a plus. Feel good about future service department trips. Thanks for looking after my 14 Ram 1500.

I bought a Laramie from them in 2012. I don't think I got the best deal but they had what I wanted at the time so I traded. It was the first time in my buying vehicles that I didn't get to see the paperwork until signing time. I was used to a small town dealership in Texas where they are up front and honest about everything. I bought an extended warranty for the first time in years too. My rear cab brake light started leaking one day. Called them, they said bring it in. I figured it would be covered. Wrong. $133 later, just for them to look at it and tell me what I already knew. Would have been even more had I let them replace it. I told them I would replace it myself as it would be much cheaper and would appreciate it if next time someone would let me know it would cost me. Talked to Kyle Odum, he ended up meeting me half way. I get mail from them all the time telling me they need my truck. There is high demand! The correspondence looks personal and hand written too. Come to find out, apparently other dealerships must use the same advertising company. Anyway, took my truck up there just to see what they would offer. Of course it was way too low and after I decided to leave, had to try to find someone with my keys then walk to the other side of the building where they had moved my truck. I get in and the steering wheel is dirty. Today, I reluctantly visited the dealership with my family to see about trading for a truck to pull a camper. The only reason I went is because they had what I wanted and quoted me an internet price on a truck they had which was a discount of over $14000. Chris James had already told me over the phone that the person who sent me the quote made a mistake and the discount was only about $8000. Figured I would see how they might remedy it. We get there, they bring Chris out, he can't even remember what I was looking for even though he talked to me three times on the phone and I had them quote me three different trucks before I arrived. They assign a salesman to take us to the trucks. We look at them. We go back to the office. All I get is a worksheet with numbers on it and of course not the numbers I want. He tries to get us closer to what we want but it was a no. I get my truck keys back and of course, yet again, have to walk to the other side of the building to get it. If anyone has a small town dealership they can recommend that treats you well I am all ears.

Hunter was very helpful upon my arrival at the dealership. I had made a list of what I was looking for in a jeep, and I gave him the list and told him to go find what I wanted. Within ten minutes, Hunter pulled a car around to the front for me to look at. It was raining that day so we didn't walk the lot. I told Hunter I wanted this to be a fast and easy process, that I didn't have a lot of time to waste going back and forth of prices. He made sure that I was in and out within 2 hours (great job Hunter, you are the first that has ever done that). I would recommend anyone going to Big O to ask for Hunter, he is nice, attentive, and eager to assist in anyway from walking the lot, to helping a customer clean out their trade-in. He will even get his personal buffer out and give the car a little buffing if it needs it. Again great Job Hunter, you rate number in my opinion.

If you want to have an easy and pleasurable vehicle purchase, ask for Ike Traylor. I live in Beaufort, SC and call around to multiple dealerships looking for the best deal. I dont care how far I have to drive, I am going where I get the best deal. I am VERY used to the usual dealership game of back and forth on a price and absolutely hate it. I called Big O Dodge and spoke with Ike, told him what I wanted and that I didnt want to play games. I was already pre-approved for a loan, knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and didn't want him to waste my time. I was totally expecting the usual round about saleman pitch and never got that from him!!! HE WAS AMAZING! Immediately got me the information I needed and on top of that I didnt even have to haggle with him on the price! I had done tons of research, had the USAA pricing and knew what I wanted to pay. He beat that price AND still had to deal with me changing my mind on the type of truck that I wanted. I had him build me 3 different trucks and give me prices on all of them, his responses were immediate and even called back when he stated he would. He even offered information to me on bulding the truck and getting more bang for my buck out of the options offered. After we ordered the truck, if I have a question, he emails or calls me back within 5 minutes! I cant portray enough that this was an awesome experience and I will definately be buying all my vehicles from him in the future. I have purchased 14 vehicles in 12 years, so I have been through this a few times and only wish that it was this easy every time. Thank you Ike!!!!!!!

Was at first irritated with their phone systems. For almost an hour, I've tried to get in contact with ANYONE, & was directed to leave messages. Aside from that, I am happy that they were able to quickly look at my car. They were fully booked, & I stayed for less than an hour. (Issue: Battery)

Horrible service department. The door handle broke off on my RAM 1500. I brought it in and asked if they could give me a quote to fix it. They quoted me $100 for the part, $50 for the labor, so I told them to do it. They said they had to order the part, so I paid for the part, and took the truck back when the part came in. Now they're saying the panel that the handle attaches to needs to be replaced, that would have to be ordered and I'd have to come back again. The problem is, this part is an additional $200 and the labor an additional $100. So now the $150 repair is a $450 repair. That's more than I want to spend, so I say never mind, and ask for my money back on the handle. They're now telling me that since it was a special order part, they can't refund me. If they would have done what I asked them to do in the first place and given me an accurate quote for the repair, I would have never ordered the handle in the first place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The other issue I have with the service department, is that my air bag light keeps coming on. Started coming on while under warranty. It's been in their shop three separate times and continues to give me issues. Since I use my truck to tow for my business, I tell them I can't continue to take off work and leave my truck there, I need something I can tow with while they have my truck. They tell me that they only do rental cars and I can't tow. So now I have to take more time off and lose more money because they can't fix the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

When I finally approached them after hr and half, he tells me he just putting oil in the car. When I get inside my car there was oil stains on my console.

I was more than 100% satisfied with the customer service I received from Charles Leopard the parts manager at Big O Dodge. He took special care of me when I was in need of parts to service my SRT8. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He is dedicated to his job and an asset to the company. I plan on doing more business with Big O Dodge because of his kindness and professionalism. I worked with Donnie, their credit specialist, and he was amazing. I had previously purchased a Jeep Patriot from another dealer and not even a year into having it was it deemed a lemon. I was scared to go in because of my credit history but I left with a 2017 Jeep Patriot and could not be happier! My experience at Big O surpassed all of my other car buying experiences. They take their service to a whole other level that is way beyond other dealerships. I would highly recommend going to them first before you go anywhere else and I promise you ll never want to work with anyone else again!

Last minute decision to switch from Toyota of Greenville to Big O Dodge was the best decision for my family. Kyle Smith, our sales representative, was able to make the process smooth and worth while. We will definitely be back here for future vehicles based on the customer service we received. We re excited to drive off the lot with a brand new Jeep Compass with the price range we were hoping for. Kyle was diligent, friendly, and helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. I had a great experience here today. My Jeep had a recall and I brought it here. They took care of the recall and provided me with a loaner car while they were fixing it. They were very friendly and helpful!

Took my 2008 Dodge Charger because the fuel gauge ...

Took my 2008 Dodge Charger because the fuel gauge was not working properly. They ran a test and based on the error codes I was told $800 to replace both fuel pumps. I paid the $800, received my car back with the EXACT same problem. Take it back and the EXACT same error codes are coming back on, instead of owning not fixing the problem, they say well it could be the cluster and want to charge me another $500. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. After speaking with the manager that was resolved. Now when I picked my car up my battery keeps dying which NEVER happened before, (1 year old battery by the way). So I go purchase a new battery and it is still the same problem, so not only did you not fix my problem, you cause new problems.
The service advisor STEVE IS HORRIBLE. Has poor customer service skills especially for a customer whose car has been in their shop for over a month. I refuse and to business with them again, mind you I just purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger from this same place. If you are reading this, think twice. They are a rip off.

I just purchased a Dodge Magnum SRT8 from Big O and let me tell you, my experience there was great! I have never been in and out of a dealership as fast. Needless to say, I drove all the way from Mississippi to purchase from Big O and will do it again for future purchases. My salesman Josh and Internet salesman Chris James are the best! They will lie straight to your face about the NADA value of your car. when you pull it up on your phone and see that they lied, they get defensive and say that its not on their end. NC Credit Union values it at 34k clean retail, NADA rough trade in (my car is like new So a clean trade in is 29k and its a CPO) was 27k on my car.. and Big O said that retail was 22k. I understand that they need to make money but dont p*** on someone's head and tell them its raining.

Purchased a new 2019 RAM 1500 Big Horn from Big O Dodge today. When I arrived this AM waiting for me was my salesman, Hunter Smith. It was a surprisingly pleasant sales experience dealing with both Hunter & his sales manager Eric. I NEVER once felt the usual overbearing presence of a sales team over my shoulder, as when purchasing a vehicle in the past. They worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted, at a price that worked for both myself & the dealership. My next step was sitting down with Thomas, the finance guy. Again, a pleasant experience. No pressure. In closing, I would definitely recommend Big O Dodge, for your next vehicle purchase and particularly the 3 individuals mentioned above.

Purchased a vehicle from them , took them an unreasonable amount of time (almost 30 days) to process the paperwork , would not send me another temp tag, now I can't drive my new car until I get my tags in the mail (another 7-10 days) very rude title department when I spoke with her.

My car was recently totaled by the hail storm, so we had very limited time and funds to find me a new one. It was not the ideal situation, especially considering that we bought a brand new car back in February and were not looking to purchase another new vehicle this year. We ended up going into Big O' mostly because of proximity to my husbands work, as we only had time to look for cars on his lunch break. We were met right away by Robert Garcia, told him our story, what we were looking to purchase, and what our budget was. We test drove a Journey and loved it. He helped us figure out pricing and got us a great deal. We were hesitant to jump on right away as it was the only car we looked at. He was very respectful of our privacy and gave us several opportunities to talk through things ourselves. I finally admitted that I loved the Journey, but, as ridiculous as it sounds, I wanted it in red! They didn't have any red ones on the lot, so Robert talked to his manager and they worked together to get me the car in the color I wanted at no extra charge! The staff was also very patient with us and our two little babies, who had to be at the dealership with us for a couple of hours while we did all of the paperwork. The sales team did a good job at making a crummy situation much more enjoyable. I love my red car :)

My experience with BIG O DODGE in Greenville SC was the best. First let me tell you this was my first time walking in to an actual dealership and not feel pressured. When walking into the door they were very pleasant. I didn't wait around for someone to come and assist me. Eric Peoples was very great.Eric got me a great deal on my dodge journey. He didn't pressure me into a car. Eric called me the say after to make sure everything was going great and to let me know to call them anytime I need them. He also helped me with great deals on floor mats and maintenance for my car. If I could I would give more the 5 star because they all went above and beyond for me. Thank you guys for staying late to let me drive my 2016 journey off the lot.

This place is shady. They sold me a truck without trailer towing package knowing it didn't have it and claimed it did. Then I called the salesman IKE and claimed he was unaware it didn't have it. What 2016 doge ram 2500 has no trailer tow package ? I'm mean seriously. This was the second ram in a year I purchased from these unethical liars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

This is about my 5th time contacting this location...

This is about my 5th time contacting this location to have my recall done. Today I was placed on hold and they did not return. I had to call back and a young lady with the worse attitude gets on the phone and then asked me if I want to call back when I get my vin#. I explained to her that I did not want to call back because I had already been on hold for an unacceptable amount of time and the call dropped conveniently. I gave her the number then she says that they do not have the part for my car did not ask when would you like your recall done just we will call you when the part comes in. I have been doing this for 4 years and no one has ever asked for my number to return a call or told me they would call me when the part comes in. If this is a national recall it is a safety hazard and it should be priorty. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service from such a replicable dealership.
