I am not impressed with the level of customer service provided to me in my limited experience this year. I have been twice for warranty issues, and not had the best interactions (** keep in my I have an extended warranty I purchased with Dodge so you would think this would NOT be an issue**). I will not get into what was said, but I think some training needs to happen if you think the service is up to par. #BigODodge #subparcustomerservice

I bought a brand new 3500 from BigO. Got a great deal on it, and everyone was very helpful. Ended up having a small issue months later, and the service department had it addressed and fixed quickly. Overall, great experience at this dealer.
Bought 2 jeep wranglers within last few months from Big O Dodge. We worked with Hunter Smith on both. Hunter will do everything possible to get the car you want at the best price and check back with you to be sure you are happy with it. Do yourself a favor don't get ripped off here ! i wanted to trade a car my wife bought that she didn't like it only had 750 miles on it . i had several trade in offers from many dealers all were all around the same trade in value big o was 2k lower on trade value then anyone around !! they had no interest to view offers from other dealers .and they wanted premium value for there car that was priced above value . i drove across the street and bought a car and got 2k more for my trade .

I will never take my truck back to this location for service. I have been three times and all three have been complete disasters. Today, I picked up my truck after they "repaired" a roof water leak under warranty. I am now taking this truck to be detailed to clean the streaks off the interior glass left from their work in addition to having to reinstall the floor mats I found in the back seat.
I have found them to be either incompetant or uncaring. Regardless, when I ask them to service a $65000 Dodge truck, it seems to be beyond their capabilities.
I have been left to accept poor quality of service, poor customer service, repeated and unneccesary return visits, and additional out of pocket cleaning expense. Of note, an oil change turned into an all day affair and had to be returned to them the next day to be repaired and cleaned from damage they created during oil change. It's not as if I want to rip someone on the internet- I only wish to warn others. I would stay away from this dealership.

had my dodge magnum there, because it would,t start. after so many weeks they inform me ,that the vehicle was ready. the invoice for repair was $1820. my co worker went to get the car , it would not START, BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. we tow the vehicle to another mechanic. he put new battery,but still would't start. he told us to tow it to BENSON dodge to program the computer. well surprisely they told me ,whom ever work on the car before DID NOT got it right. i just want to share the bad experience that i had with MR BIG O DODGE. I would give the service department zero stars if I could. We called to have recall work done on our truck. We were scheduled for two months out. We took it in on a Saturday at 8:30 as instructed and was told it would be ready around lunch. I guess we should have asked lunch, what day? We called and sent text multiple times starting at 2:00. We finally talked with someone who said it would be ready at 3:45. We showed up, guess what? No truck! My husband asked why - they said they had an unfortunate circumstance and could not get to it. What?? It took the entire shop for this circumstance ? He said it would only be 10 more minutes. We finally got our truck at 4:40.
We will take our truck to another state before we will ever come here again!
When Michael Odom was alive we bought, and had serviced, every Dodge vehicle we owned. He was an honest man who made sure that you were satisfied. When he died this place turned into a dump. Michael would be ashamed of what his business has become. The service advisors are simply liars, there is no other way to say it. They lied to us multiple times in one day.

Ike at bigododge was awesome. Excellent experience I have bought over 25 new cars and trucks and was never treated like I was by Ike at Big O. From the very first phone call I knew within 15mns I was buying a car from him. Made every aspect a breeze from getting the right vehicle with the accessories I wanted to financing. Ike booked a hotel for me and made dinner reservations for when I arrived. He actually called me 2x on my trip there just to see how it was going. Once iarrived at dealer I was met by professional staff. Truck looked amazing, Ike spent 40mns with me going over every option in vehicle in detail. I left with no questions about anything. Truck had a full tank of fuel and was sparkling. During my 14hr ride home Ike called me again just to see if all was smooth and if. I had any questions. Since I took ownership. I have sent 3,more people to Ike and all were very Satisfied. I just told my wife we will be getting her new car there come the fall when her lease is up. Best of all was when I went to local Dodge dealer for first oil change I was charged 110.00$. Coincidently Ike had called me a few days later just to,see how things were going with truck. I told him great and just had my,first service. In a few days i received a gift card in mail to cover the cost because his dealer would have done my first for free. I was in complete shock and very greatful. The ride from New Jersey was well worth it the area of greenville SC is beautiful but best of all. I saved over 14k on vehicle,and i did my homework and not 1 dealer in the north east could come close to,it... Thanks again Ike and staff you have a customer for life.

Went in to trade truck I only had 6 Mrs and 7000 miles for a Durango. The trade value they gave me was 27000 for a truck I bought for 42000. I asked why so low and they said it was the color. Can I atleast get some Vaseline. Very insulted

I am taking this opportunity to inform you of details that have led to this decision. As a business that advertises across local tv stations and Christian radio, the feedback of our experience should be welcomed. Jason and I have owned Jeeps for the last 16 years. We have taken pleasure in our vehicles and were looking forward to remaining Jeep owners in the future.
Jan 10, 2016, I began to experience car issues where my car would not crank and I was left stranded without a working vehicle. This caused me to reflect on females that do not have a husband or family that can help out in situations like this and I immediately felt concerned for their safety.
Jason and I were able to finagle my car on two of these occasion to get it to work. After the third time, on Feb 6th, I became stranded again. Once my car did start I drove to Big O for service. After replacing the ignition key, a week later, Feb 13th, I became stranded again. After having my car in your Parts and Services department Sat-Wednesday of this week, your technicians were unable to diagnosis or correct the problem. Through research on-line with Jeep Commanders and other previous Jeep Commander owners we heard similar stories of car issues. On-line there were suggestions on how to fix problem, yet your staff could not duplicate the problem(s) I experienced and therefore nothing could be resolved.
I picked up my vehicle yesterday and was not even off the lot and my check engine light came on. This has led to the decision to remove our loyalty from Big O.
I hope this correspondence encourages you to look into opportunities to train, re-train, or come up with better solutions for your staff to fix car issues.

Great customer service and the ownership has a great heart. After my father passed away last year we decided to get a new vehicle for my mother. She wanted something spacey and safe. She was still very shaken up by my dad's passing, but the staff here worked with her with professionalism, compassion and they weren't at all pushy. Terrible. They damaged my car, agreed to fix it then changed their mind. Their "body" shop claimed there was prior damage, but upon getting it repaired, there was none. Service manager and owner can't be trusted. Go elsewhere.
I had a wonderful buying experience at Big O. The sales and financing staff were amazing.
I have not had such a good experience with the service department. Every time I call to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance they can not "fit me in" for 7-10 days. This would be okay IF they actually kept the appointment time. I have waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change which is absurd. My Jeep is less than a year old and still under manufacture's warranty. Trying to make an appointment for them to diagnose and service warranty issues is a huge problem. They always want to "take a look" when I am there for maintenance and schedule the actual repairs at a later date. Each time this happens, the warranty work is never addressed during the oil change and so I have had concerns for over 6 moths now that have not been resolved. The persons answering the phone are absolutely no help and boarder line rude. I am at my breaking point with the service department and am considering just paying to get my oil changed at another dealership.
The reason people are repeat customers is because they are taken care of and their concerns are addressed. This is NOT happening at Big O and if something doesn't change I will not buy from them again

Very bad service, I call service to ask a question they transfer me to 3 different people never got an answer + they put me on hold for like 20 minutes.
I had been a loyal customer from the first time I bought my truck at big o. The first salesman I came into contact with was Chris James he was no pressure and very easy to work with. I bought a second truck and had the same experience but recently I had tried to buy a third truck but started getting the run around from Chris. He will never call you back and every time I called to get in touch with Chris I could never get a hold of him and was always told he would call me back. This has yet to happen. As of today I m no longer a loyal customer and will take my business else where . Big o talks about wanting to provide great customer service but actions speak louder than words. I m a very patient man but my patience has run out as of today. Their service department is pathetic and rude and it takes forever to get an appointment and when you take your vehicle in for an appointment there is no telling when the service will be completed. You also get the run around with the service department. It's a good thing I have other options. I should have gone to Sitton Buick across from Big o they always have great customer service and my wife has never had any issues with her vehicle and the employees are always professional and go out of their way to make sure your experience is one that makes you want to come back. I have many friends and family members who have decided to go elsewhere and will encourage others to not do business with big o.

Can t recommend getting your car serviced here. I have gone here multiple times and usually always have a poor experience.
I came in last week to get my Jeep serviced and a smoke test and $1,000 dollars later - the car s software was updated. A few days later I start having problems so I bring the car back. I m told the software update messed up so the car s software was updated once more and I was charged $125. It s poor customer service to charge for something I already paid for less than a week prior.
The service department has lost a customer for sure. I will not be going back.

I haven't purchased a new car in 11 years, went to Big O Dodge on Laurens Road my salesman was Donnie Spann. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience it was the most painless and fun experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Donnie was respectful and genuinely cared about selling me the car I desired. Donnie is extremely friendly and trustworthy and everyone there is friendly. I have no issue recommending Donnie and Big O Dodge to anyone or going back to do business with them again.
Buyer Beware, bought a 13 Ram 3500 Longhorn from them less than 2 months ago. Haven't put 2,000 miles on it, bought the extended warranty also. Now it's sitting at Cooper Motor Company with a failing rear differential that is full of water, along with other problems. What if the rear end would have locked up on me and my family on the way home or some other time. This could have gotten someone hurt or killed. This vehicle should have been inspected and not allowed to leave their lot with this kind of issue. Our safety should wager a lot more to them than making money. But of course the extended warranty company won't cover it and I'm hung with a huge deficient of replacing a rear end and other things. I called and asked to speak with someone about it and they offered me an appointment Apirl 29th. Who can afford to wait that long to have a vehicle they depend on to make a living that is not drivable now, not me. I gave them 35,000 dollars and 8,000 down of very hard earned money, and I'm having to turn around and put thousands more that I don't have into it. Along with the fact they still haven't got me two parts that were agreed upon in the sale almost 2 months ago. So just be careful people, let my mistake and struggle financially to cover this be your lesson learned. I had heard nothing but good things about this dealership, and now I'm thinking I was lied too. Was really hoping this would have turned out to be my dream truck that I've always wanted, but it's turning into a nightmare fast.
A month before I left for basic training I purchased a used 2006 Nissan Frontier from Big O in Greenville. The same day I bought the truck, the transmission went out on it on the way home. I had not finished signing paperwork and they promised to replace the transmission for me to make it right and the new transmission would have a year warranty. I also decided to purchase the extra warranty for the truck that lasted 2 years. I am currently on Christmas block leave after 6 months of training and the transmission is once again out on the truck as well as the radiator. I have been out of state training and have not drove my truck very much, under 12 thousand since I bought it. This time they are changing me 1,500 dollars for labor because apparently neither of the warrantys they sold me cover it. When I was specifically told, "the whole truck is covered." I wasted the whole day today trying to work this out with them rather than being able to spend this time with my family and now my truck is in the shop during my leave so I do not have transportation. I will never again buy extra warrantys or buy a vehicle from Big O.
Usually when you go to a car dealership, you feel hounded but here at Big O Dodge, i felt nothing short of a warm and friendly welcome. I just bought a 2018 Jeep Compass with the exceptional help of Ric and Josh. They were very helpful and informative. They showed me various options that best fit my needs and was just all around Great people. In the near future, this will be my home dealership for all my needs and desires. Thanks Again Big O !

I have sent many of my friends in as well and From the owners, sales team and service I have had nothing but a great experience. I just had my 2015 2500 Diesel truck in for service and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in great shape before the end of my warranty period. Thank you Big O Dodge although I am drooling over the interiors of the new 2020 diesel trucks I might be seeing you sooner than I planned. Lol.

Yet I'm reviewing a product or service offered at this location. The reason for my visit was to look at two vehicles my son was interested in. After the response from the dealership, owner, I am glad that I wrote this review. review is of the brands that they sell. After my son was researching the new Dodge Challenger and the new Dodge Charger. I wanted to go look at these vehicles. It appears the build quality on these vehicles is far lower than what I expected. When I researched the initial depreciation of the vehicle I found that a 30% drop in value as soon as you drive it off the lot. This is not satisfactory. You don't see this in a Honda. You don't see it in any other manufacturer of a vehicle at $45,000. Why is it like this with Chrysler vehicles?

Just want to let you know that I purchased a 2004 Doge Grand Caravan brand new in 2004 and I just turned over 300,000 miles. It has the original transmission and engine. Photo is attached. Update:. It's been 10 months since I last posted about my vehicle. Now I'm at 320,667 miles. This time I believe I attached a photo of the mileage.

I bought my car here, Donnie our sales guy was great. However not sure how I realy fell about the service they do on my vehicle when I bring it in for maintenance. Just found out the other day my owners manual called for 10w30 oil. Per all my maintenance receipts they've been putting 5w 20 in my car.
So far this has been a horrible experience. They have horrible customer service out front. Was going to try and trade my car in for another used car on the lot, and was informed I could only buy a new car. I only had 2 options to choose from even though they had a whole row of the same car for lower prices. They were trying to buy my car back for under price even though it s their own brand, then turn around and sell me the most expensive car they had. Very unprofessional. This place has left me feeling mistreated and undervalued as a customer. Be smart and go somewhere that s actually going to work with you and go by the limits you set.

Advertised their car for $36,000 online and then changed the price immediately to over $44,000 when we arrived after driving several hours after we had called several times and talked to the salespeople about the car. NO we will not be doing business with these folks. We DO NOT recommend this place to anyone as these folks are blatent crooks!
For the most part I really don't have much bad to say about this place, the majority of people here have treated me very well. My only complaint would be I went in for a recall as there were two that my vehicle needed, one they had no problem doing but when I went back to pick up my vehicle they told me they couldn't do the second one since there was not a huge demand for that particular recall and they did not have the tools for it and I would have to go somewhere else.
I visited for a oil changed and got Great compliments on my vehicle but it wasn't long my brake light came on .I ordered the fix car tool.going back for brake services let's see what happens.

I bought my first new vehicle (Ram Sport) from Big O. The dealership is a hour from my house, but a guy by the name of Ike Traylor made my experience at the dealership so enjoyable that I can't help but ask for him anytime I need something. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Ike recognized this and respected all of my requests, which meant a lot. He really worked his butt off to find my truck, not to mention he was patient enough to take the time to explain the details of the process to me (seeing as how it was my first new vehicle) and kept me informed and up to date along the way. I'll go back to Big O in my future car buying endeavors because of Ike.

We have just purchased a 2014 grand caravan from Big O and love it. We dealt with Daniel who was good to work with as far as salesmen go. I felt that they were fair with us on the trade of our 2010 cobalt and got us a great price for the van. Overall I enjoyed doing business with the Odem family and plan to continue in the future.
Good morning! First let me say that it is sad that I have to provide the review that I am about to write. I have been a customer of Big O Dodge since Mike Odom was leading the dealership. Through the years have purchased vehicles and sent customers to their dealership. However, no more! Over the past eight months I had made several attempts to do business with the Big O. My needs changed during that time so that is the reason for the number of attempts. During that eight month period I had a sales person at Big O (that is no longer there) tell me I was wasting his time and confronted me with an attitude. Needless to say I left that time which was in March of 2017 but I went back later. On November 17, I made two different trips to the dealership on that day to discuss the purchase of a new Ram truck. Looked at two trucks. Spoke to Nate who is a nice guy. Even got to meet Kyle Odom. The salesman I was assigned was a nice guy to his name is Mason. I thought wow, maybe this time we can do business again. My wife and I discussed the option of the two trucks and decided on a Black Ram. The white Ram would need to have step bars and a bed liner removed due to the additional $1000.00 the dealership was adding for 450.00 worth of stuff which was written on the deal sheet and an add on sticker on the window. The black one had the steps and the bed liner without additional amounts listed anywhere on the truck or the deal sheet. Then while we were working the numbers of course Eric the Sales Manager comes in to PUSH the deal! He explains on how the dealership is losing money and how I should take the deal that night. Well, I advise him that I would like to speak with my wife, who was there with me, about the deal and I would call him first thing in the morning with our decision. THEN, it happens! Eric becomes upset and states that " I have spent a lot of time working on this and your not going to take it right now? I can't believe this." This of course was stated in a somewhat confrontational way. PUSHING HARD! Again, I explained that I wanted to go home since it was almost 7:30 at night and that I would call him in the morning. He got so angry he gets up and leaves the office. I explain to the new sales person that they assigned to me Hunter, who was also a nice guy, that my wife and were leaving. So, after a short discussion on the way home, I called Eric via cell, that even after the issues that we were going to take the truck. So, he says I appreciate your call and will have it ready for pickup November 18, and he apologizes for his actions stating " I am sorry for all of the friction I just wanted to get the deal done!" I go in, sign the papers that were prepared for me by Thomas the finance guy who seems to be a straight up guy. He helped me with the financing choices, which were two, and we finished the deal Thomas contacted me on Tuesday and advised that he had made the appt. with the service department to get an issue fixed and to remove the steps and bed liner form the truck that was never part of the deal for the truck I purchased. So, I called Thomas and we talked the issue over and I decided not to pay the additional 1000.00 that they were trying to add and they took the truck back and cancelled the deal. When I took the truck to the dealership and provided the keys Thomas was very nice and said sorry for the issue but" they were already losing money and had to stop the bleeding." I then left Thomas' office to wait on a ride and while waiting Eric, the Sales manager, comes outside and begins to again question why i would not pay the 1000.00 and take the truck. "I was giving you the best deal ever!" "We are losing money!" "You know the steps and the bed liner were not in the deal." This continued for a 10 minutes exchange which I requested to Eric 4 times to leave me alone and accept the deal was cancelled. I finally told Eric to LEAVE ME ALONE and that I was going to leave a review on Google. Then he finally went back in. I have heard of pressure sales but this guy is out of control.
