Jeremee Wetherby Review of Big O Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I purchased a new Chrysler 300C with a service contract from Big O Dodge 2 years ago and I've been disappointed the entire time. My first experience with their service center was my first oil change. I scheduled an appointment and highlighted that I was in a rush when I arrived. After 2 hours, they finished my oil change and it made me question why should I even bother scheduling an appointment. Since that initial experience, I've timed every oil change and the best that they've been able to do is 90 minutes. Now, I assumed that the extra time was taken to ensure they were conducting a full inspection. I no longer believe this since I also had an issue where they over inflated one of my tires to 43 psi, 10 psi over the recommended pressure. I thought this was a one of a kind event, however, I just read today that another car owner had the same problem from Big O Dodge.
Over the last 2 years, here are a few other issues that I've faced. After purchasing the car I noticed that the navigation system was out of date and requested it to be updated. They indicated it was just one revision out of date and that if I wanted it I would have to purchase the update for over $200. To add insult to injury, 6 months after this request they sent me a coupon in the mail to update the system (I will never update this system and will purchase a Garmin with more features and lifetime updates for less than they charge for an update). The hard drrive on the entertainment system wasn't working and it required me to reformat it before I could use it. Everytime I bring my car in for service I have to make sure I highlight which services I've paid for and ensure they are completed. They've missed 2 of my recommended tire rotations. Warranty work, My car is equiped with push button start. It works for one set of keys and not the other. I'm now up to trip #4 to get this fixed. Let's hope their certified mechanics can figure out how to fix it this time.
Overall, the service representatives are very friendly, however, I no longer trust them with my car. If they can't get the air pressure right and it takes more than 3 attempts to fix something that appears as simple as reprogramming my keys, what else is potentially getting missed.
In summary, I'm waiting for my service contract to end so I can work with a reputable mechanic.
