Oh boy. I m sad to write this. Been using Big O service for a year and a half and it has been excellent. Today, because of the awesome service we went to buy a car. JFK was our sales person. And a nice guy. We were there 4 hours. Needless to say we left WITHOUT buying a car from them. Not the salespersons fault. The sales manager told us how much money they were losing selling us the car. Etc. and after we agreed to the sale, he just got up and walked out of the room like we were doing him a favor. Well we will be doing someone else a favor next week that hopefully will say THANK YOU for your business. Thank you JFK for your time.
