I have tried to get someone to help me from big o ...

I have tried to get someone to help me from big o dodge a few times in the past few days but to no avail.
I made contact through their online chat helper requesting info on a truck on their lot. No call back.
I put in an email request for one of their salesmen to contact me about a truck. NO call or reply.
I even stopped by their lot to look at the truck but all I got was a lone salesman walking around on his phone who was too busy to help me.
I decided to live and just happened to notice the salesman and a few others sitting in the shade laughing, having a good time.
I guess Big O Dodge doesnt need return customers as I have bought from them before but got no help this time.
I would highly recommend NOT using this dealership.
