Not a great customer experience.....none as a matter of fact, today around noon I walked into big o and walked right past the two receptionists to view a blue hellcat, sat in the car ..one salesmen came in and walked out without a word...on my way out walked by the same two ladies who both were still looking at their cell phones..finance guy seen me looking at a white 392 and not a word..so I left...sale missed
