I purchased my first new vehicle from Big O'. I was nervous and anxious about purchasing a new vehicle, as I am a senior college student about to enter medical school. Hunter was the sales representative that helped me purchase my 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. At first, I was not able to get the payments low enough for me to be able to afford. Thankfully, they were able to help me purchase the vehicle through a less traditional route by leasing the vehicle for 3 years and then refinancing the vehicle, with every payment being deducted from the total cost of the vehicle. My warranty covers all bumper-to-bumper repairs and I have 4 free oil changes. I have not had any problems with my vehicle and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car, "Napoleon."
