I have bought only Hondas for my last 3 cars and always had great experience. My buying here was fine, but service is horrible. You have to wait forever to get someone to answer and the service was not good. I had something simple break on my vehicle which is still under warranty. They told me they would need my car for 6 hours and would not provide me with a vehicle to drive. When I brought up this was under warranty and a known issue with model I bought they offered me a BUS PASS or I could pay 20.00 to rent a cheap base model from them for 6 hours! I went to another dealership and they fixed it within 15 minutes for me. Beaverton Honda just doesn't provide the level of service I've always received from other Honda dealerships. Will not be buying my future Hondas from here

I had my CRV towed here after the transmission blew. The repairs were out of my budget and the transmission blew the week before finals, but the folks here were very patient with me. They allowed my Honda to sit in the tow lot while I tried to figure out my next move. I ended up selling the CRV while it was still in the tow lot. This place may have some questionable reviews, but they were exceptional for me. I talked with many people, but Nathan is who handled my car and was great! I would visit again.

I can't say enough about how Chris at Beaverton Honda saved the day for my family and me! We had run out of gas on the highway and then my battery died and we had to get a ride home and leave the car on the side of the highway. Beaverton Honda roadside assistance came to my house to get my car keys, drove out to my car to put gas in it, jumped it, and towed the car back to my house all at no charge. Not only that, but Chris from Beaverton Honda was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole thing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have taken my '95 Honda Accord that I have owned...

I have taken my '95 Honda Accord that I have owned since February 2012 to Beaverton Honda three times. The first: after driving from Minnesota to Oregon, then across Oregon a couple times, it was time for an oil change. I also needed a new brake light bulb. No problem! They were fast, courteous, and affordable. I was satisfied. The second: new wiper blade. The parts guy made sure I had exactly what I needed at a great price. Satisfied! The third: today, because my girlfriend is now using the car, she took it in for an oil change, with an appointment. She showed up 15 minutes early, and it still took nearly two hours to finish. In addition, she was handed a fun little pamphlet from the "QVI" full all sorts of expensive "Failed" items (front and rear breaks, AT fluid, PS fluid, etc.) and several really, really cheap "Passed" items (windshield washer fluid, tire tread, etc.). Several of the "Failed" items have been addressed by other professionals within the last four months/several thousand miles, and I have no doubt that they are in perfect working order. Not to mention the 138-point inspection performed by a private mechanic in February that revealed some issues (that were fixed), but bore no mention of anything from Beaverton Honda's. That didn't stop the service counter trying to push all $2,380.69 worth of work on my girlfriend, who thankfully said "no, thanks" and left, at just the cost of an oil change. I had thought that Beaverton Honda's service department was above this kind of sneaky BS that gives dealerships all over a bad name. Apparently, I thought wrong. It does not give me confidence in their services, rather makes me feel like I narrowly escaped a shady scam artist. I can only hope that this was an anomaly, as it is a very clean facility with (historically) very friendly and helpful staff. Too bad, I'll be taking my business to a private mechanic in the future.

Very friendly servicing. Got what I needed done quickly and at a reasonable price. Most dealerships rip you off, and I was genuinely worried this would happen here. Pleasantly surprised in how I was treated, would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Great experience, great dealer to work with. Bought a used Wrangler. Had a small problem with it a few days later while in the Bay Area. They made it right - quickly and with no hassle. THANK YOU for the great customer service and the great car!

I am very happy I went here to get a new car. Nicholas Malmstrom was great and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their pricing is better than I've seen at other dealerships, and their used car trade-in process was simple, fair, and easy.

This was my first car buying experience and it couldn't have gone smoother. Mike was my sales guy and was able to explain the different features on a few of the Cars we were looking at and was very personable during the entire process. I was very pleased with my experience at Beaverton Honda and would recommend Mike to anyone looking for no pressure help to get the car they love!

The staffs are friendly. However, the service quality is not very good. I had three different experience. First one, I went there to do body detail because of the water spot issue. The staff did terrible works. I can see the paint shows light circle scratch under the sun. I had to ask them to redo the work. The second one, I went there to do the oil change. The staff stepped out of the car before the car went into the auto car wash tunnel. The automatic wiper turned on during the car wash and broken. They did give me a pair of new OEM windshield wipers. The third time, this happened recently. I went there for the oil change. They recommended an alignment work. I don t mind spending more money on the services they recommend. But it feels very bad after you pay for more money and the car runs worse after the service. The car kept pulling to the right after they did the alignment. I had to drive back. The manager did a test drive and mentioned the problem is because of the tires. The situation got better after they rotated the tires. I still feel the steering wheel always turns to the right a little bit. My recommendation, go there for the OEM services, find somewhere else for the add-on works, like alignment, body details, etc.

Today was the best car purchase experience I ve ever had. This is the fourth Honda that I have leased and the process could not have been more simple. I walked in and told Melvin what I wanted and he made it happen. He was the only person I had to deal with the whole time, I didn t have to go to multiple rooms are places or talk to multiple people and that was a big weight off my shoulders because typically I deal with at least three people and lots of hassling. Today was just a great and easy experience! I highly recommend this dealership and Melvin Kellough!

My dad and I wanted to check out the whole lot before we got involved with a salesperson. Once we did I will say it was great. Pete was honest and helped educate us on all policy's in a way that was simple but informative. There was no pressure that we had to buy then and there which was great. Pete was excellent at listening to what I needed and helped us along the whole process.

A bad day turned great! Prior to arriving at Beaverton Honda, I checked another Honda dealership that was closer in the area. Well that was a mistake! Like many, I had to roll some negative equity over. This dealership who shall remain nameless in the Vancouver area, lured me in with a great deal over the phone. When I got there, that deal was non existent. they insisted on a decision I didn t want to do (finance instead of lease). The salesman didn t know much of the cars he was trying to push. The finance department was ridiculous to deal with. Also In the showroom, I can hear other people s misfortunes. So I left upset, like having a bad day then finding your significant other cheated on you. While leaving, and almost giving up hope, in their showroom floor, wouldn t you know it, I saw a commercial from Beaverton honda and dealing with one person (instead of the 4 I was bullied by). I went to Beaverton Honda and oh boy! What a pleasant experience! Like being cheated on by your soon to be ex, and finding out the person of your dreams wants your number!! At Beaverton Honda, all my questions were answered on the vehicle I was looking at, I dealt with one person the whole time, I wasn t pressured, they showed me the best deal they can offer without the hassle of negotiating. At the end of the day, I left with a great deal and a smile on my face.

We had such a great experience here with leasing a new car. We highly recommend April, she was so great to work with and helped my partner lease her first new car. Everyone was super nice and the whole process was very transparent. They answered all of our (many) questions and were not pushy in any way. If you're looking to buy or lease a car we highly recommend going here and definitely ask for April! Its also worth mentioning that their waiting area was recently remodeled and was a great place to hang out as well. Thanks again guys!

Back in October 2015, we had our Honda Insight serviced at Beaverton Honda and the technician inspected and 'failed' our 2 tires and recommended them replaced. The tires are rated 85K miles and we bought them about 2.5 yrs ago and had them rotated on schedule; so I was shocked that after having driven 38K with these tires - they needed to be replaced.

I talked to a customer service guy who helped me that day about the tires, and he said he could not do anything since the guy who sold me the tires 2.5 years ago no longer worked there. I told him, the guy who sold me the tires was not responsible, but Beaverton Honda IS - for selling me bad quality tires! I then talked to the manager, his name is Matt.
He checked the tires and they were between 3 and 4 ( tire thread gauge )
and he suggested me to come back in January to again measure the tires, because the warranty kicks in at 2 32" - ( Beaverton Honda automatically 'fails' tires at 3 ).

I came back on January 8, 2016 and Matt checked the tires thread again; he said he would call the tire manufacturer if it was possible to have them replaced ( prorated ) and call me back - HE NEVER DID!

I called Beaverton Honda on January 14 ( 2x ), January 18 ( 2x ), January 19 ( 2x ), January 20 ( 2x ), January 21 (2x ), and January 26 (1x ). I left messages on his voicemail, I talked to people in service department who said they would let Matt know - but until today ( January 27 ), he did not even bother to return my calls. Matt practically ignored my calls, and I believe Beaverton Honda sold me bad cheap tires and will take no responsibility. Bad customer service!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Dave and Manny and they took care of me. They gave me a competitive offer on my trade-in and a wonderful price on the new vehicle. I really don t think any other dealership at least within 100 miles could beat the car they had for sale. And it was certified preowned! I am really happy with the entire process and the best part about it is that it didn t feel like the normal used car process.

He made the whole process pleasent and when a porter wasn't available to wash our car, he did it himself. Go see Elmo if you are in the market for a new car!

The positives to this dealership is you don't deal with haggling and the Selling Price is lower than other dealerships.

Now, all of that said. You are not getting the best deal. I give them props - it's an interesting marketing strategy - "Give your final price to the customers with the illusion that we took the haggling out of the equation. Rest easy, this is the best price".

Except, it doesn't really add up. After extremely thoroughly researching Honda dealerships across Oregon, I can tell you what they do on a lease - reduce the Selling Price (the appeal of the deal), increase the Money Factor (your APR), lower the Residual Value (expected worth at the end of the lease), and increase prices on the accessories sheet. In the end, this dealership had some of the highest prices on leases. Hard pass - I'll take the haggling.

Robert Soto made my experience so smooth and seemless. I was only in the dealership for a few hours and left with exactly what I wanted. He made it fun and I left feeling like I had made a new friend. This is my second car purchased at Bob Lamphere and when and if I ever need to trade up (which could be a long time from now) I will be coming back! I love my brand new Honda CR-V EX-L Touring. It feels amazing to drive and I feel like a Queen. First time I have bought brand new and I am so happy I did it. Thank you Robert for the best experience I have had buying a car.

We have looked at preowned cars before here and had good experiences with the sales staff. This time was no different - Kalea and Kyle were courteous, informative and patient, and we ended up buying an Accord. The buying process took over 3 hours and we never found out what the hangup was, but that wasn't a big deal.

I have a severe chronic pain condition, so the car was still "on probation" this week to see how I did with my weekly commute. It is impossible to tell on a test drive, because all seats hurt, some just less than others. Kyle assured us that we had 5 more days to decide with their guarantee. My pain got significantly worse the next day going to work. Unfortunately, I also came down with the flu that day, so it was hard to tell what was increased inflammation from the virus and what was from the car seat not working for me. My husband was also sick as a dog and unable to take me back to the dealership.

Finally today (5th day) I felt good enough to drive again and test drove a different car elsewhere, which made a big difference in my pain levels. When I asked about returning the Accord, they said "Oh that expired yesterday, but if you had texted earlier we would have helped you today." Unlike what we were told at time of purchase, they counted the day we bought the car at 8pm to be a full day. The manager, Tim, talked to me like a crook, not an honest customer. He recommended getting the seats altered out-of-pocket at a different company. I certainly would have reached out earlier if I'd thought this would be an issue, even with being very sick. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of desire to honor the guarantee as it was explained to us earlier.

They kept the sale but lost the customer today.

I have been a customer here for over 8 yrs and have sadly seen the customer service, especially in the servicing department, go consistently downhill and be treated with apathy and even annoyance as I was several times today. It is evident that this company is just focused on the money and not the quality of service or consideration of its customers.

We had a great experience at Honda Beaverton. We decided to lease a Honda Civic, because it was a promotion on lease. We had a very bad previous experience with other dealer and we were afraid to lease another car. Parker was extremely patient and spent a lot of time with us. We never felt any pressure or negative emotions at this dealership. When we could not understand certain aspects of lease financials, Parker called a general manager and he explained everything. They have open policy at their dealership, meaning that they do not negotiate on a price. it is your decision to buy a car or not. If you are a rich CEO or a student, the price will stay the same. I found this tactic to be transparent and fare for everyone. Great dealership and professional salesmen! Thank you

Service department doesn't listen and takes way to...

Service department doesn't listen and takes way to long to (mis)diagnose the issue. I already did the research and tell the tech what needs to be done or the most likely cause of the problem. In two different instances they don't listen.

In one case on my 2007 Honda Odyssey they failed to fix the problem which was clearly stated online: air mix motor on driver side failing and needing replace - a fairly common reported item online. When failing it causes a clicking\scratching noise. Instead the Honda (dis)service technician claimed an A/C recharge would fix it. I'm not upset that the unit failed after years of usage... I'm upset by failure of the technician to list and address the correct problem which is commonly reported. I later described the issue to a local auto service company. They correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue... the air mix motor, or whatever it's called. It's an actuator under the dashboard. There's one on each side. The driver side one was failing. It is located up and to right of the gas pedal. See image posted below

In another case with my 2004 Honda Civic they sold me a set of tires that had issues about 1.5 years later causing a pull to the right. At first I thought it was an alignment issue and had Les Schwab check it out. They reported it wasn't alignment but a tire defect (tire conicity or similar). Granted, it was a manufacturer issue but I was not pleased with the Honda response. The tire was no longer built or wasn't in stock and I should buy a new set with a $16-18 credit for current tires. I believe original price was ~$80 per tire. Relatively low amount of mileage and wear since install. Plus, it takes Honda service 4+ hours to get back to me on what might be wrong.. even though I already told them the issue. (and called for status update).

If I'd bought the tires from someone like Les Schwab, they'd have done a better job in less time.

I started comparing pricing between Honda and local auto repair, often finding Honda service pricing 15% higher or more.

Avoid the hassle. There are several good auto repair places nearby that do a better job in my view... and that are more responsive, communicative, and better priced

I walked in around 6 pm to purchase a new CR-V. I got the price posted online with discount applied based on the zip code. The manager and the seller person, Melvin worked with my family based on my financial status. This person was very easy to work with in comparison with my experience at Carr Subaru and Nissan in Beaverton where I felt exhausted to deal with on price. Thank you kindly Melvin and Honda Beaverton staffing.

My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Honda Odysse...

My wife and I were looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey with navi but no accessories. At the time, the only one in the region happened to be at this dealership. We agreed on a purchase price (using a buyer program) with the internet sales representative, Amanda Ball. When we confirmed the details, Amanda stated that an additional $500 of dealer-added accessories (floor mats, plastic door-guards, and clipped-on mud-flaps) had been installed on the vehicle, so that we would have to pay the agreed upon price plus $500 because these accessories "could not be removed."

We told her that we would have to think this over and call her back. Shortly afterwards she called us back claiming that her manager had authorized selling the vehicle without the add-ons and that they could be removed without damaging the vehicle. We were pleased about this news, confirmed the sale price, put down a deposit, and agreed upon a pickup date and time (we were coming in from out of town).

A few days later, we received an unexpected call from the general sales manager, Kelly Parker. Although it seemed that he had not spoken to Amanda Ball, Kelly stated that he would not sell us the car without the add-ons because he did not want to lose the labor it took to install them. Instead, he offered that if we wanted a car without add-ons, we could leave our deposit with him and receive a vehicle from some future delivery in 8 to 10 weeks. This was unacceptable to us since we had already made an agreement with one of his sales staff, double-checked the details, and put down a deposit. However, Kelly was adamant that if we showed up to pick up the vehicle at the agreed upon date and time that we would have to pay the extra $500 whether we wanted the add-ons or not.

The crux of our dissatisfaction with Beaverton Honda (and Kelly Parker specifically), is that Kelly was unwilling to honor the deal made by his sales staff a mere two days prior. Even when we offered to split the difference on the cost of the accessories to complete the deal, Kelly refused. Honoring the deal made by his own staff was simply something that Kelly was not willing to do. He further stated that he didn't even want to sell us the car if we agreed upon a price, because he felt we would rate him poorly in Honda's survey of new owners.

In the end, we asked Kelly to refund our deposit (which he did). We found a dealership closer to home that could come within $20 of the price at Beaverton Honda, and more importantly, they honored the price they initially quoted us and did not restrict us to purchasing a car with a bunch of unwanted dealer add-ons. Since they did not have the vehicle on the lot, we did have to wait six more days to get the car at the local dealership.

Beaverton Honda lost our business over a trivial amount of money and we would never recommend that anyone do business with a dealership that will not honor the deals made to their customers.

A follow up to my initial one star review. I had...

A follow up to my initial one star review. I had originally come in to buy a new car on December 18th and up until the final aspect of the transaction, I was very happy with the dealership and the salesman. Unfortunately, my salesman handed me off before the transaction was complete because he had an appointment arrive early, but assured me that the gentleman he was handing me off to would go through a top to bottom explanation of how the the car worked. When the gentleman FINALLY came to where I was sitting, he asked if I had my second key and I told him I didn t even have my FIRST key, so he went to go look for it. At this point the final transaction was taking WAAAAY too long (including a fire drill where we had to leave the building) and by the time I left, I didn t get the demonstration of my car OR the second key. I had a feeling he just wanted me gone and there wasn t going to be a follow through on the second key, but I still waited for the dealership to contact me, but as I suspected would happen, I heard nothing back.

On January 7th, I used the website to contact the General Manager to get my second key and again heard nothing back. Today I sent an email to everyone listed as management to see if someone (ANYONE) would remedy my situation, but instead of using the website, I cut and pasted the email addresses to make sure they went through since using the website left no record of my correspondence.

The General Manager immediately contacted and said he hadn t received the initial website correspondence and was very apologetic and would remedy the situation. Sometimes, balls can be dropped, but it s how the situation is remedied that ultimately defines the experience. Apparently they couldn t find the second key, BUT they immediately sent someone out to my house (Beaverton to NE Portland) and programmed a new one! THAT S how to run a business!

I m very impressed with how this was ultimately handled! And I really do LOVE my car!

I was searching for a car on the internet and then got multiple calls from Beaverton Honda to come in for a test drive. I finally decided to go ahead and do that. The young man who took me for test drives was very nice. I looked at three cars. I wanted prices on the three cars and what payments might be. I was kept waiting for a long time and told it was because they were doing offers for all three cars. Fine. Then Kelly approached me, took out a piece of scratch paper, wrote down what the three prices would be and then left. I thought this was very unprofessional. I mean - I'm thinking of buying a $19,000 car and I get the offer on a piece of scratch paper. Their price was $19,259. I found the same car for $17,555 at Town and Country Honda. I went there the next day and bought the car. Simple, painless process.
I have also had difficulty with Beaverton Honda's service department. They said they fixed the problem, but did not and I had to take the car back. This has happened more than once. I will not use them again.

Never go there and never trust them, they are liars, specially it's finance manager. So if you want to ruin your credit history go to this dealership. I saw an Insight Honda online and decided to buy it. I just wanted to finance it from my credit union. The day after buying that my credit union said my application didn't get approved and they have to review it again. I called the Honda finance manager and let him know if I don't get approve, I will pay the $250 penalty and return the car, because I didn't want to get the loan from other bank. He said he won't send my information to other bank and he will stay for my bank response. But they are such a big liar. Without my permission they sent my information to four different banks and I got rejected. My credit union finally approved my application and I got the loan 2.44 interest, but I never go back to that stupid dealership. They just want to sell their car it doesn't matter how even if destroy your credit history.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle for the first time in well over a decade. I dreaded the stereotypical used car salesman experience and felt a bit overwhelmed with options and cost. However, my concerns were unfounded we worked with Ell Hollandsworth, who was so extremely helpful and personable. He answered all of our questions truthfully and even admitted when he didn t know the answer to something something I wouldn t expect from a salesman of any sort. I d recommend working with Ell on any car purchase and can only hope we have as easy of an experience the next time we re looking to purchase a car!

Kyle Finley was absolutely fantastic! Working with just one person from beginning to end was such a positive experience. I was walked through all of my options, and because Beaverton Honda is a One Price store (their lowest price is *actually* posted, so there s no negotiating), there were no adversarial feelings, Kyle legitimately just wanted to help me. Yesterday, my daughter selected to buy the Honda Accord 2019 from Bearton Honda after a few days of car shopping! This is her first car after getting her driver's license a few days ago. Brandon Pollard (Sr. Sales Representitive) took very good care of us yesterday. He patiently worked with, and guided, us till my daughter was able to make up her mind and took a decision. He explained all details we needed to know above and beyond the call of duty. This helped us to make an informed decision. I was impressed with his attitude which really helped making our experience with Beaverton Honda a pleasant one! We are planning to come back again for our next car (the Pilot)!!!

If you are a Washington resident, be aware that they do no carry trip permits for Washington. So if you buy a vehicle there you won't be able to ride it unless you get a trip permit in Washington. But the will still charge you the full amount of licensing, which should include a trip permit they don't furnish.

Heads up.

Best experience we've ever had. JC was the best! He knew the car, knew what we wanted and made it too easy to not walk out of there happy. Best of all, he's the only one we dealt with. All my friends and family will be going to see JC!

This is a review of the service center. Would have given two stars for the quality of the repair if they had not needed my help to diagnose issues (and I am no car genius); but 0 stars for impersonal, cranky and disorganized service. Two flat "run flat" tires (one dead as dead can be, the other--as I clearly explained--had a slow leak that would hold air for 3 or 4 days, and I had just filled it). Service agent insisted there was nothing wrong with the tire with the slow leak, and they had fully inspected it and submersed it. Only after I made a stink (and a day later), did he call to tell me they had found a small nail in the sidewall. Service agent seemed overworked and not in need of a return customer (never looked me in the face as I paid...made we wait while he multi-tasked data entry for other customers, and talked on the phone with mechanics for other customers). Dropped off car Sunday; car finished Wednesday; delay due to parts (hey, that happens...), but no loaners (they do not offer that--they only offer rentals, which they were out of, according to the agent; in case the dealership actually reads this and thinks loaners are only for high-end car customers--check out the Subaru dealer right up the street...). Inquired about a shuttle to less than a mile away, but was told that the regular shuttle guy was out sick, and the agent had not yet figured out how to contact the temp shuttle driver, and it would be great if I could find some other way so he would not have to track the guy down. No directions upon arrival as to where to wait for car, etc.--I had to ask around; plenty of staff to ask but none would make eye contact. Long wait times to simply pick-up the car (20+ minutes after I paid, at about 3 pm on a Wednesday); staff told two customers ahead of me that the delay was because the staff was having a hard time finding their car, but not to worry, it would eventually "turn up", chuckle-chuckle. Those of us waiting just started laughing incredulously at the mayhem. Maybe I am spoiled, but the Honda dealership in Tacoma, WA that I had been going to since 2008 (a) had a shuttle to local destinations, including my house that ran regularly; (b) showed me where to wait/pay, etc., and made sure I was comfortable waiting, and/or that I had a way home (they even semi-arranged a Hertz rental for me once, calling on my behalf to reserve one and then shuttling me to the rental agency...); (c) they had my car waiting for me when I picked it up or at least knew where it was and brought it to me promptly; and (d) worked with one customer at a time during the 5 minutes at drop-off, and 5-minutes at pick up. AND the Tacoma Honda was much more "no-frills/low-overhead" than Bob Lanphere's...I will take a well-organized staff, sincere friendliness and strong interpersonal and communication skills over an espresso bar any day. I am gravely worried that I may be stuck with this dealership for my service...the only reason I can think anyone else was there for service was that this might be the only game in town. Service was so poor, it was almost surreal...like an SNL sketch. NO EXAGGERATION.

After my trusty Corolla S (may it rest in pieces) ...

After my trusty Corolla S (may it rest in pieces) was totaled last week, I was absolutely dreading having to go car shopping, fully prepared to spend the entire day haggling with a myriad of shifty car salesman (sorry, all you awesomely honest car salesmen of the world). Unsure of whether I wanted to buy a used or new car, I determined to more-or-less work my way through the obscene amount of car dealerships lining Highway 8, in hopes of stumbling upon something that felt right. Thank the auto gods, my search ended with stop number two: Bob Lanphere's.

You can immediately feel the positive energy as you walk through the doors of this dealership, and the service is in every way a continuation of those good vibes. Brandyn helped me make the decision to lease a new 2016 Civic EX, an option I hadn't even considered until he thoroughly explained why it could be a great choice for me since I don't tend to rack up a ton of miles, and since I was a little wary of committing to buying a spendy new vehicle. Brandyn provided a wealth of knowledge and understanding, all the while being very low-pressure about the whole thing.

After a test-drive of a bright blue '16 Civic--a car he recommended given my previous love affair with another aforementioned sporty sedan--I was pretty smitten. I did, admittedly, briefly pop over to Toyota just to test-drive a '16 Corolla, If only in search of some semblance of closure with my poor totaled car...but, ultimately I had to return for that saucy little Civic. Ultimately, I'm happy to report it was all in all a shockingly stress-free day, and I continue to be pleased as punch with my new spaceship-esque '16 Civic! Definitely would recommend this dealership, and Brandyn, to everyone and their mothers.

I came here to replace my 07 Civic with a newer model due to it being totaled in a recent accident. I met with Margo, who was extremely kind and courteous. I put in my information on TrueCar and heard back within a half an hour. I didn t make a purchase (I m still waiting on my insurance check) but Margo made me feel like there was no pressure on choosing a vehicle. I totally felt like I was being taken care of and she really knew her stuff. Thank you Beaverton Honda!

Jamarri is a very honest, patient, non-pushy, and articulate sales person with a great sense of humor. I enjoyed working with him and it was (only) because of him that I decided to buy a car from Beaverton Honda (after a dreadful experience with another auto dealer in Hillsboro who couldn't keep the commitment). Jamarri made a note of all my demands and made sure that the same was delivered. I am very pleased with his work ethic and strongly recommend him to everyone. I also interacted with Linda, Tony, Jasmine, and Bill, and they all are very professional in their work. Kudos to the whole Beaverton Honda team! You guys are great!

Joe was a fantastic resource when we purchased our new car. He was never pushy and was there for us for any questions we had while we took time to look at other cars. We were on the fence between two brands and what really sold us what his great customer service. At the other dealership, they were doing fear based selling and made me feel like they thought I was running a secret game and that it was a conspiracy, which was extremely uncomfortable. I'm glad I made the decision to go with Honda, because I love my car and will be happy to go back for future service needs!

My mini van was getting old and I was considering buying a new Honda. Freddy Ortega from Honda phoned me on a Thursday with an incredible deal. He knew that I had just got my van serviced and told me about a trade in package that was too good to refuse. They applied $1,000 that I paid in services towards the value of my trade in. I told him the maximum amount of monthly payment and the vehicle
I was interested. Freddy gave me a good selection to choose from. I was able to come in the next day. Freddy arranged for me to meet with Elmo Duran who had my vehicles lined up to test drive. Elmo was the best. Super kind and nice. Knowledgeable and sincere. This was actually my second time ever buying a car and it was a great experience. I also told Freddy I was preapproved through my credit union and Honda was able to beat the APR! With the lower APR I was actually able to get the 5-year warranty plus extras, still under my maximum monthly payment. I trust and appreciate the services of this Honda location. And Freddy Ortega and Elmo Duran were amazing. Thanks so much.

I was wary going in, but everything about the shopping experience put me at ease and was simple, stress-free, and quick enough that even with a kid along we were done before we got tired. Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful at every stage with an eagerness to help, but no undue pressure.

Beautiful facility, everybody you encounter seems miserable. There is also little communication between departments. I could not get a direct answer about anything because, as the representatives answering the phones said several times, that s not my department . There was no sense of urgency in trying to get an answer either. Just took several phone calls over multiple days to figure things out on my own.

Picked up my niece there as her car was being serviced, made it clear when approached by a salesman that I was not going to by a car. He kept pushing a sale so much that we felt uncomfortable and left. I dropped her off when her car was ready. I am buying a new car next spring but not from this dealer due to the overly pushy salesman
