We are still here my daughter was ran over by a truck and trailer on feb 11 2020 ,and we are still here, they took the tube out of her lungs to soon so today on 3/5/2020 they had to put it back in ,she has been screaming in pain for 2 hours ,then they gave her something, shouldn't make patients suffer this way, had to call AIC while here and they came to see us but never checked back in to see if there was improvement, now about to call again

2nd floor ICU, some of the nurses are rude to patients family member. Have no sympathy or professionalism and should not be working on the medical field if that's the case. They need training ASAP. elevators were not working, security guard also was rude, they do not answer the phone..had to call the main hospital then be transferred to trauma. A few others were bearable so that is the reason for 2 star honest review. if not for them, definitely would have been 1 star.

Jackson Memorial at Ryder Trauma Rehabilitation 4th Floor. Thank you!! Team, for your professionalism kindness and empathy. After my mom had a stroke we came here for Acute Rehab. She improved so much! the therapists have given mom hope to walk again. I appreciate your dedication, guidance and encouragement (Jessica, Melanie, Arianna). The Doctor's/Nurses/CNA's/Social worker. Amazing staff. Forever Grateful.

I flew in from Cancun and am appalled at the service. I m in the general intake area, twelve hours after I arrived. There is no call button so when you want your nurse you gotta wait until she happens to pass by your uncurtained cubicle. Then when you do catch her she says she is too busy to get you pain meds

All doctors and staff are very careful and helpful...

All doctors and staff are very careful and helpful and know what their doing ,very attentive and Nicholas Melendes was very attentive with Fredy and even when he was moved to the 3rd floor he was still very attentive and a nice personality..
.Now Fredy is still in Trauma 3fl but the Nurses there get overwhelmed that it takes awhile for him or any patient to get pain medication, When I'm there I make sure that the Nurse gets attention like this Nurse Montana she's not to lively kind of quiet or just tired I Guess..and the physical therapy staff very attentive and nice thank God this hospital has been here...

My boyfriend got stabbed and had to be in the hospital for few days, I would love to give 0 stars for the awful care we received there, but there was few nurses who made the life way easier. There was blood on the floor, bathroom wouldn't get clean for several days, when you call nurse it takes 45min before she should up and when you ask for something they even roll their eyes at you! I wish to never go back there. Absolutely horrible. Nurses Kathy and Priscilla (new young lady) were the absolute best. Thank you two for making it bearable.

Ryder Trauma Center. Probably one of the best Trauma Centers you can go to. In the world. Top-of-the-line doctors, and surgeons. Specialists are available. On call. & on-site. Disability parking everywhere. Patrolled by local police. And private security companies. Nurses are incredible. They have a helicopter landing site as well. For flying emergencies. Close to I-95 entrances and exits. It's in a bad part of the neighborhood. Just keep your windows and doors locked. Do not leave any valuables visible in vehicles. You must be proactive, against Crime. Not far from Dade County Jail. Will they release inmates. 24 hours a day. Great food. Inpatient and outpatient. Food court area available. Staffing is available 24/7. 365 days a year. They do accept all types of insurance. And also walk ins. And without insurance. But you must speak with someone. They do not turn anyone away. I give this Hospital five stars plus another five. For their Trauma Center. They have been very helpful, when it came to a family member, of mine, that had a tragedy. They save this life in the trauma unit. I see you is unbelievable. 24-hour intensive care. Staffing nurses are crazy great. Unbelievable. Top-of-the-line nurses. And I see you. All your needs will be available. Medical needs are a number one priority.

Those who work in customer service treat you very badly and hang up the phone when they want and when you call back you feel them laughing from behind. When you say to speak to a patient they tell you that they are going to transfer and after they transfer you 5 times at the end they leave you on hold and they never put you with whom you want to talk to. It is a lack of respect.

This Asian nurse name Julie on the Trauma floor was so nasty to me and my family. My fiance was tragically hit on his motorcycle and had care here and she was so nasty. This nurse asked me and my kids to leave the hospital at 2 am in the morning because she said there is a risk with kids being there. Why did they let me even check in after 11p to spend the night only to asks us to leave? That is NASTY! WHY do they even let kids come if it is such a risk? She wants us to walk to the parking garage past all these homeless men laying on the streets at this hour with my kids? That is nasty! I came multiple times a day and with my kids. All the nurses know me and my family and no one asks us to leave or says kids can't visit or stay. She really has issues.
