Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I had a great experience. The salesperson Melvin Kellough was very friendly and understanding and went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for.

First time buyer and I was by myself and I walked in looking for an HRV but none were in stock which was OK so the dealer named Dave K. Showed me a Honda civic 2016 SE with all the things that I liked about the car. He also lent me the car overnight so I could see how it felt at home and that helped me make my decision to buy the car the next day. The service was excellent the dealer was excellent the place was excellent the only thing that I had a drawback was since I was a Honda owner for 15 years and going, is that I wish they would've threw in the all weather floormats for me for my brand-new car since I have been a dedicated Honda owner for that long....just a little somethin to say Thank you! Dave was great by the way, no pressure but I understood that he had a job to do as well, thanks Dave!

Great service, friendly people, a lot of cars to choose from. Our sales man Parker was great at helping us choose our car. I had a lot of question and he answered everyone of them to the point. He is definitely good at what he is doing. This guy loves to help. I will send anyone that wants to buy a car to this place and definitely tell them to look for Parker.

I've had the worst experience at this dealership. The guy who helped me Freddy Ortega seems to hate his job and needs to quit cause he's not even a salesman, he just wanted to sell the car and didn't car about what car I liked and what accessories I wanted to add. If I wanted my company to fail I would hire that guy as a salesman to drive customers away. He didn't ask for permission for most of the things he did like open my car and and inspect and didn't clarify the process at all and thought I was dumb even though I probably know more about Hondas than he ever will. As for the dealership, the one way price is bullshit for people who want to eat it with a spoon. They pulled my FICO credit and was about 80 points lower than mine. I called and got my official credit score from the bureaus and it was 80 points higher than what the gave me, so I think their system is buggy or they just want to fool people to get more money for and jack up the lease price. The guy didn't care about the online price and belittled me when I asked about it saying it doesn't include my negative equity but it does you idiot cause the total was 30,000 and online was the same cause I picked I higher model. Overall I'm never going back to this dealership. I was livid the whole time but didn't want to be one of those guys that make a scene and leave cause the guy was super rude and condescending.

Everything went pretty smooth. Bought a used car on 8-5-18. The car was nice because the previous owner took great care of it.

Few things I did not like though. First, the car sticker price said 10,000 and then when I get the paperwork with the total, the cost showed almost 15,000. How absurd to automatically assume the customer wants a 4000 dollar service contract. I wasn't even asked if i want it. It was just automatically put on and then i was asked to circle the price i want to pay (per month). Then there were a couple more "services" I would have been charged for like oil replacement and paint protection which totalled 700. Then there was something called GAP. Another 300.

After we said we don't want it, we were asked why? I would have appreciated a no questions asked policy. I don't blame the workers though since they are probably told to push these "services" on the customers.

One more thing that was disappointing was the interest rate. With a credit score of 835, I was offered 9% for 60 months. Last time I bought a used car (same make and model, different year), I got a 5.3% rate. The most they lowered it to was 6.9%.

I leased a new Honda Clarity Plug in Hybrid from Breaceeton Honda. Everyone I dealt with was focused on my needs & they were very fair with applying the appropriate rebates & making sure my payment was correct after all the factors were.properly applied.

I definitely will come back when my Lease ends, unfortunately I will have to wait 3 years!!

It is my opinion that workers here steal things out of cars and the managers lie about it. It is not a friendly or safe place. The managers did nothing but belittle and insult.

They refused to release my car, too.

Next time I go straight to the police.

I came in to get a Honda HRV-LX and I couldn t be more happy with it. Juan (my salesman) gave great detail about my car and what features I ll have. He also was able to answer all my questions and helped me fall in love with my car. The whole Honda team was so friendly and very helpful! They made sure I was satisfied with my car and helped me out as a first time buyer! Lastly, Juan made sure I drove off the lot knowing my car and all the cool features I have! Definitely would recommend Honda and Juan to others!

Can t say enough about this experience from start to finish, the quality level of customer service I received from Don and Mike was outstanding. The Dealership was clean and everyone working was practicing social distancing, which I appreciated. We were greeted with a warm hello upon entering and Don quickly lead us through the rental process. We were in and out very quickly.. drop off was a breeze as well. Thanks guys!

In 2016 I purchased a Honda Civic and had a pleasant experience far from the typical dealer experience with pushy sales. Yesterday, I traded in my Civic for a 2018 Civic Hatchback and again, the entire process was a breeze thanks to Belinda who answered all of my questions and showed me how everything works. I read some negative reviews on Yelp regarding the service department but I ve never had any problems when taking my car in. They even go above and beyond and wash your car when they re done, I have never had that at other places. The waiting area inside the dealership is clean and comfortable and I ve had nothing but positive and friendly interactions with the employees.

Honda dealership in Beaverton is a wonderful place & has the most professional staff I have encountered. They answered all our questions, even ones we didn't ask! Made sure we got exactly what we wanted in our vehicle. The facility was super clean & even had a playroom & Cafe deli for snacks or drinks. All in all we enjoyed purchasing a vehicle from Bob Lanphere's Honda Dealership in Beaverton.

I have to give a shout out. I had a terrible accident which totaled my new Honda Civic LX. I was devastated I thought for sure all my investment was completely gone. I didn't know what to do, fortunately I found out I had gap insurance and Honda was able to replace my car with another car that was even better than the one I had before. They truly turned a terrible situation into something spectacular thank you so much Beaverton Honda you went out of your way to make it quick painless and for making me feel like family for my motorcycle and my automobile,

I appreciate the no haggle pricing. The salesmen tell you up front that the cars are priced as low as they can go so there is no need for the back and forth dance that usually happens at dealerships. The same is true for the trade in value. Whatever Kelly Blue Book says your car is worth, that is what they will give you. I also appreciate the customer service. From start to finish the salesman I worked with, David Moreno, took great care of me and made the transaction go as quickly as possible. All of my paperwork is loaded on a jump drive, so that made things even easier to bring home and file. Thank you Beaverton Honda, I love my car and will come back when it's time to buy again!

I bought my second car from this dealer today. First one a year ago. Love the car buying experience here: positive energy, no haggling, no pressure. Worked in Dave K in both accounts. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. He's very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Dave listens and he goes extra miles to answer every questions I have. Lost count on the back and forth he had to run up to the counter to check for me for some of the questions I have, not to mention that he answered my text off work on questions that I have regarding the cars and services. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I receive. Highly recommended.

Kyle was outstanding! I am a 69 year old widow who was recently widowed two years ago. I was fearful of going through the process of buying a new car since my husband handled all of our car purchases in the past. Kyle made purchasing a new car painless with no double talk. He was patient in explaining the whole process and even made purchasing a new vehicle fun. I will be recommending Beaverton Honda to my family and friends. I want to thank Beaverton Honda for hiring such a man as Kyle.

Great experience purchasing my new Honda. Sales associate was knowledgeable and provided additional information I had not gathered during my initial research. It was great to receive more for my trade in than expected which made my decision all that much easier. Would recommend dealership to friends and family. Several follow up messages / touch points after purchase. Will definitely purchase additional Honda s from this dealership.

Robert Soto was my sales rep and i have to say that he made this experience of getting a new car super easy. Very professional, patient and very attentive to your needs. I was set on a color but they did not have it in their lot, he drove to Tacoma WA to get what i wanted. When i was ready to pick up my new car, my old car would not start. Robert drove my new car to my home. Took the time to show me new features. Robert went above and beyond. Amazing customer service. Thank you Robert. I hope Honda acknowledges you!

Was interested in buying an used civic. Found a suitable car in the website. Scheduled a test drive. Got a strange mail from someone named Jeremy saying that the car is not available for test drive as it is going through 'inspection'. And that it will take a week to complete the inspection. Why put up a car for sale when it is not even ready for test drive? I am sure I will end up getting more excuses if I ask about the other used Civic listings found in their website. Decided to look elsewhere for the car.

David Moreno is a wonderful person to work with. He is respectful, has patience, and will help you get what you are looking for. I bought my 2018 Pilot from him, less than a year later I came back and bought 2019 CRV for my daughter and on the same day 2019 CRV for my mother. Ask for David Moreno at Beaverton Honda! He will take good care of you!

I would rate them a 0 if it were possible. I recently tried to purchase a vehicle at fair market value based on kbb. They had no interest in negotiating anything other than the highest " buy now" price. In other words, the highest blue book price. Stay away from dealers that have a buy now price. It will be the the highest price in the city.

I am always in the market for a new car. I am a b...

I am always in the market for a new car. I am a bit of a car guy and go through cars quickly. I have stopped twice at Beaverton Honda now to look at a car I saw while driving past. Both instances, I have spent time looking the car over and and waiting for someone to come open the car for me and no one has showed up. I am able to see up by the showroom and see there are employees around which makes me believe that they must have seen me. Today, after looking at the lowest milage Land Cruiser I have ever seen that was in my budget, I gave up waiting and headed back to my car. As I was walking, I saw an employee walking towards me. Finally. As we crossed paths, all I got was a head nod. I understand that he may have been doing something already, but there was still no interest in finding out if I had been helped yet. I also understand that if I walked into the showroom, I probably could have found someone to help, but shouldn't walking to a car, and spending multiple minutes checking everything out be enough of a sign of interest? If I was a manager as Beaverton Honda, I would want to know that potential customers are not always greeted which could result in people looking elsewhere for their next car.

I am in the unfortunate position of needing to correct my review. What I thought was a simple experience turned out to be a series of bald faced lies. I was offered a service contract which I was told applied to all Honda dealerships, which was helpful since I live in Hillsboro. Not true. Only applies to dealerships 50 miles further out or more. I asked if the racks that I was paying for would be Yakima racks, and was told yes, they would be. They are not, and I can't get a straight answer despite many calls how to get this fixed. This doesn't include the services centers constant issues - over been trying to get a piece of trim fixed for a year. Missing parts, lost parts, and of course straight up failure to ever follow up with me. Spend your money elsewhere. Liars and cheats. I've driven in repeatedly to get the issues fixed and each time the parts are nowhere to be found. I purchased a vehicle interior protection plan that was specifically pitched as a great way to get dog hair and stains out of the interior, functionally a low end detail that could be done when service was scheduled. Not true - a separately scheduled service that is only a spot stain removal. I am unbelievably disappointed. I've given them opportunities to fix these problems and been brushed off.

I choose Beaverton Honda because it was convenient and I am so glad I did! My first visit I was greeted by Belinda who was knowledgeable and thoughtful, even though I wasn t ready to buy. When I went back, she patiently walked me though every option, without pressure, and ultimately helped me leave with a new SUV. I highly recommend Beaverton Honda, but more specifically, Belinda.

Getting into my first car was the most exciting moment of my life! Ahree & Jc made me feel comfortable with the choices I was making, and made sure to stick with what I wanted, and not up-sale me on a newer more expensive vehicle which made the whole process that much easier. Great staff! Thank you Beaverton Honda. Looking forward to many years with my new car.

Brandon P is the best! Awesome guy to work with felt like hanging out with a friend and got everything set for me and my new hubby! It was such a fun experience can t wait to come back in a few years and get another car for our growing family! He was super easy going, not pushy at all but made sure to explain all options and plans for us. Really glad we got GAP insurance and a maintenance plan. The whole process took 2.5 hours. I recommend everyone going in with a budget, down payment and payment price in mind and he will give you the best options for you. We got 3 great options and he made one perfect. I was driven off the lot by the sales lady. She made it clear she would accompany me and I would deal with her whether I liked it or not. The sales manager was sitting in a car and the two of them were talking and watching the lot. It felt like they were the nazi guards and you become a prisoner when you enter the lot. I crossed the street to another dealership. There are many dealerships. When you spend tens of thousands of dollars you expect to be treated with respect.

Initially received a good service. Once I got home and reviewed the paperwork, I realized that sales person outright lied to me about coverages. When I went back to confront them, manager brushed me off by saying this is a training issue. Which is a lie because sales person has worked there for 6+ years. I will never comeback to a place where they blatantly lie to your face. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I pre-scheduled a standard oil-change in their ser...

I pre-scheduled a standard oil-change in their service department. Went to drop the car off in the morning. After about 10 minutes a helper guy came by to say someone would be with me soon. Finally after about another 15 minutes, a service adviser came by to actually accept the car. He had a new tablet device that reset a time or two, so check-in took another 10 minutes. So, about 35 minutes for what should have been a 5 minute pre-scheduled drop-off. It was particularly frustrating because there were 3-4 helpers just standing around, but only 1-2 service advisers visible and they seemed busy with the phones and things other than checking people in.

When I went to pick the vehicle up, same problem. Initially no service advisers around. Then one working on upselling and pleading his case for a good customer service review. There are several doors for entry into the service adviser area and no clear queuing system. I stood at one door where a service adviser was on the phone. A customer would come in another door. An adviser would appear and help them. The guy on the phone at my door disappear without a word. I finally moved over to the line with the one adviser than actually seemed to be helping people. Again, about 15 - 20 minute wait just to swipe my credit card and complete check-out.

After paying, the adviser said they would bring my car right up. This always takes a long time at this dealership, so I tried to be patient. After about 25 minutes, I went back to stand in line again to see what was up with my vehicle. The adviser paged for it again. Finally, about 10 minutes later it appeared. Again, about 35-40 minutes for what should be a 5-10 minutes checkout.

They seemed to have lots of bodies around, but very few were focused on taking care of customers. Where was the manager? When I go to the grocery store, if the check-out line gets backed up, they immediately call for extra help to quickly respond.

Bring my 2011 Odyssey in for service and you would...

Bring my 2011 Odyssey in for service and you would have thought the service writer (Derrick?) was getting stuck with repair costs himself. I told him about the transmission problem (I'm a mechanic with 25 years experience) and he tells me it's not covered under the 5yr/60k warranty... without even looking up the VIN or anything (van has 29k miles).
I informed him there is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on this very issue for this very vehicle that simply advises Honda to upgrade the vehicle computer software and he looked right at me and said "no there isn't". When I contested, he said: "That only covers 2005 vehicles". So I pulled up the TSB A12-064 on my phone and showed it to him, then another service writer told him there is one but I have to pay the costs of ATF (which the TSB specifically mentions is part of the warranty repair).
I won't go into more details of the rest of the conversation but it kept going like that. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt unwelcome and like this guy was looking for any way possible to squeeze me for money. I also got the feeling that there was no interest whatsoever in fixing the problem with our vehicle (with the exception that they offered to take care of two recall issues).
I have yet to pick it up or talk to Beaverton Honda about what they've found, so I'm making a prediction now: they are going to tell me that it isn't a software upgrade issue, that I need some other repair that is somehow not covered by the 5yr/60mo. power train warranty. I'll happily post a correction here if I'm wrong.

Update 12/9/14: Yep, I was right (weird). They called and told me the techs think the problem is with the uneven tire wear and the tires are mis-matched (which is true) so I should get new rubber and an alignment. I pointed out to Derrick that I'm a tech/mechanic and even Ray Charles can tell the difference between tire problems and trans. problems. He continued to argue and I continued to counter until he agreed to have the tech install the software update that would fix the problem (according to the Honda TSB).
I picked up the van that evening (yesterday) and low and behold, a miracle occurred! The problem was gone!!!
So in summary, I (the customer) had to find the solution (where most customers could not), convince the Honda service writer that the TSB actually has some factual and scientific merit, then argue with him and convince him to do the work. Lastly, I had to pay $109 for under 4 quarts of ATF that the Honda TSB lists as part of the warranty job.
Am I inclined to go back? Eh... not likely, but that would depend largely on a change in attitude and customer service. Based on this experience, it's my opinion that the service writers have one goal and that is to up-sell anyone coming through that door at any cost.
