My mini van was getting old and I was considering buying a new Honda. Freddy Ortega from Honda phoned me on a Thursday with an incredible deal. He knew that I had just got my van serviced and told me about a trade in package that was too good to refuse. They applied $1,000 that I paid in services towards the value of my trade in. I told him the maximum amount of monthly payment and the vehicle
I was interested. Freddy gave me a good selection to choose from. I was able to come in the next day. Freddy arranged for me to meet with Elmo Duran who had my vehicles lined up to test drive. Elmo was the best. Super kind and nice. Knowledgeable and sincere. This was actually my second time ever buying a car and it was a great experience. I also told Freddy I was preapproved through my credit union and Honda was able to beat the APR! With the lower APR I was actually able to get the 5-year warranty plus extras, still under my maximum monthly payment. I trust and appreciate the services of this Honda location. And Freddy Ortega and Elmo Duran were amazing. Thanks so much.
