I purchased my new GLS450 last week! I called Feldmann's on Tuesday and was driving my car by Wednesday. Jack made the entire process seamless. I was impressed with Jack's professionalism and attention to detail. Everyone was great to work with! Haley was so helpful and enthusiastic educating me about my new ride! And, Jor in Finance was friendly and efficient . Thank you all!!!

Exceptional service all the way around. No funny business from anyone we had to deal with from the first call, all the way to driving the vehicle out of the dealership. Special shout out to my sales professional and the business manager, Jack Woodring and Jor Cha, you both are exceptional people first and foremost and the true definition of real professionals. I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership back in 2016 and was guaranteed it had never been involved in an accident. After pulling up the Carfax report just a couple months ago it turned out the vehicle had been involved in an accident prior to my purchase date. I paid the price of a vehicle NOT involved in an accident. After contacting Feldmann s regarding this discrepancy they did not contact me back. I did not hear back from them until the attorney general contacted them asking them to contact me. The used car sales manager finally ended up reaching out to me and offered to buy my vehicle back at a ridiculous price. Can you believe he even had the audacity to say it was a generous offer? Point is be carefully with their Certified Pre-owned vehicles, According to the used car sales manager it s not uncommon for those vehicles to be involved in an accident. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

Was interested in a vehicle, but warned I was driving 50 miles each way. We sat up an appointment for open the follows morning. That morning I was contacted for confirmation of the appointment and was assured that the vehicle was available. Upon arrival I was notified the vehicle was sold. If you re looking for a Mercedes I would recommend Mercedes of St. Paul. Unfortunately they haven t had the particular vehicle I am looking for, but they were very upfront, kind, and easy to work with.

My salesperson, Greg Clark, has always provided me with top notch service and feedback in regards to the multiple vehicles I have leased from his company. Clayton Chessen, Boris Perelman, and Idaliz Maldonado are the reasons why Feldmann's is 5-stars. Although there were some factory issues that needed to be worked out with my car, all three of them made sure that an overwhelming situation was handled with excellence, thoroughness, integrity, and amiability. Mercedes-Benz corporate and Feldmann Imports should definitely give all three of them a round-of-applause and exceptional compensation as they are the reasons that this is not my first and last Mercedes...My issues were properly resolved and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Definitely would buy another Mercedes-Benz from Feldmann Imports in the future even though I now live in California.

Be sure to see / work with Mark Leuthard when purchasing or leasing a Nissan through Feldmann. Mark has been a fantastic partner in our dealings with Feldmann. We're now on our 4th Nissan from Feldmann and Mark has been with us from the beginning.

He's a knowledgeable, honest, patient and friendly salesman who doesn't push or make you feel you're being swindled; I've greatly enjoyed our sales experiences.

My experience at Feldmann was top notch! Matthew Olson, my sales representative was eager to help out, but I feel no pressure. He took the lead from me, answered my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable working with him. I also want to commend Raena who was awesome with the paperwork to complete the sale. After the sale, Haley Amundson patiently and enthusiastically helped me learn the features on the car. I really appreciated that she made me touch the buttons and let me choose what configurations I wanted. Car buying always makes me anxious, but I did not feel that way with this sell. And I love the car!

I officially acknowledged that I am in good hands here. I have worked now worked with the two biggest competing Mercedes Dealerships in Minnesota. I am going to stand behind four people here in particular, which is, Matthew (Matt) Sack, who is a very professional salesman who will definitely get the job done, no matter how much work it is, certainly wont ever under estimate the guy again after working with him. Michael (Mike) Popp, who is a great Sales Manager, doesn't want to take your money unless you are truly satisfied with what you are looking at. He will do everything in his power to help you out as well. Jor Cha, who handled my financing, who is extremely professional but makes you feel at home, very welcoming, and will still give you in depth insight to any questions that you may have. Finally, Jesse Nelson, who I had a short encounter with in service but was still better than recent dealers I have worked with. Don't be intimidated that this is a Mercedes Dealership, because I guarantee you that you will get an amazing experience. I would highly suggest you work with Matt. Call him, get an appointment set up as soon as possible because if you go anywhere else, you'll be missing out. Tell him that Robb sent you, and he's going to give you just as amazing service as he gave me, and work out a deal as much as he possibly can for you. When you find something you like, try your best to get an appointment with, Jor. She knows anything and everything about the car buying business, even if you have to wait, it will be well worth it and she will make things a lot easier on your end.

The moment i walked in there i was greeted right away at the front desk.... and when i met my salesman Matt Sacks he was very affable and that made my experience so much better, he was very informative as well so if you go there i would definitely recommend Matt Sacks!!! Oh and the financing team is phenomenal i was very ecstatic to be paired up with jor cha she made me feel very comfortable and went over everything with me even if she had to go over it till i understood what i was getting myself into, I've to dealership's where all they wanna do is pack more money on your loan!! but not here she explained everything to me and went over the numbers so i can better understand!! I even bought her lunch the next day...lol

Feldmann Imports is a GREAT dealership. I have purchased vehicles and have had vehicles serviced at Feldmann and have always dealt with professional and courteous staff.

Alex, Brian, Patrick, Gregg, Cory, and Jeff, along with Angel and Joe have been there to ensure great customer service and customer satisfaction.

Purchasing experience has always been a great price on a quality vehicle. I consider myself to be a tough negotiator but Feldmann starts negotiations with a better deal than I had already set for the purchase.

Service experience; regardless of the extent of service, you are greeted by a professional and friendly service advisor who treat you like royalty. Every question or concern has been answered quickly or settled in a timely manner.

Unbelievably great customer service. I was on the road out of state and had handling issues with my car at 5PM Friday night Dec 28 just before the holiday weekend. I pulled into Feldmann and the service consultant Don Andrews took care of me and checked in my car, guaranteeing me that first thing Sat morning they would start working on my car and get me back on the road. Don set me up with a free loaner and I continued on to my sisters house. As promised, Sat morning they called to tell me they had fixed my car. When I went in to pick up my car, I asked to talk to the technician and they had Brian come out and talk to me about the repairs. Brian was great and took lots of time to discuss the issues and exactly what he did and setting he had put in.
In my opinion, this service was way beyond standard service and I would highly recommend Feldmann Imports.

My Boyfriend and I decided that we were in the market to replace one of our cars with a 2010 or 2011 Luxury Sedan. We had been looking at a few used models/brands, one being Mercedes. We had found two models online at Feldmann's Website and decided to visit the dealership to Test Drive. I was a little nervous about going into Feldmann as I have been to other import dealerships and they tend to be sort of 'snobby.' We were greeted promptly by the friendly staff. We worked with Boris who sat down with us to find the two cars in the inventory. We spent some time reviewing the information about the car, KBB & History Report. He was extremely knowledgeable about the C300 Sport and helped us understand all of the features. We enjoyed our test drive very much and his ability to stay engaged and teach us about the car. We left for a bit to test drive cars at other dealerships and decided to come back as we felt the C300 was the best option for us. The Certified car was a Value, plus the additional warranty was a bonus. This is my fourth car purchase through a dealership, and bar none the quality of the experience has been the best. We had to wait a little bit for the Finance Manager as there was another customer finishing prior to us, but he stayed late past their business hours to complete our application and was extremely accommodating. I normally am very impartial to sitting down with Car Finance Managers, but Patrick understood exactly what our end goal was. You could tell he wanted the best for us. We were able to secure rock star ARP (1.74%), lower rate than I was pre-approved with at our bank. We could not be happier with the quality of service and our purchase. We plan to be Feldmann Customers for a very long time, Thank You!

Yet another bad experience with the service depart...

Yet another bad experience with the service department. Seems that the reviews tend to skew 'sales=great and service=mixed".

A specific, facts-only example from this time:
Due to the temperature extremes we experience in MN, I asked that the tires be inflated to the door jamb pressure, not the gas-cap pressure. (This technique of inflating the tires to at least 40lbs is widely used to prevent/clear the low tire pressure warning.). The service manager wrote that write on the sheet. I get the car back and they clearly stated that they inflated the tires to the gas cap pressure, explicitly ignoring my instructions.

I have purchased two cars from Feldmann Nissan in the past three years, and had most/all of the service done there (including periodic maintenance) as well. EVERY time, without fail, they have met or exceeded my expectations. The most recent was the first oil change for my newest car - and Ashlee was great. Welcomed me in, fully explained everything, and escorted me to the waiting area. Said it might be an hour, as they were rather busy... but it was actually about 1/2 hour, including the complimentary wash. As always, everything was done incredibly well, car was clean and ready to go.

Yes, an oil change is a simple process, but I have had many other experiences here at Feldmann service - and ALWAYS I am satisfied.

Deserves a five star as our buying experience was excellent . We were attended to by Veronica Garcia, it was an absolute pleasure to be shown around by her. No force selling no cold behaviour. We went around mid afternoon Saturday and by 5 30pm we received a call about our loan approval and we drove out with our new Merc at 6.45. Veronica and the finance director stayed back so that we could go happily back in our car.
Proud to say that Merc not only has amazing cars but also has wonderful people to sell them.

I can always trust Feldmann's Service Department. They never suggest unnecessary repairs and always answer all of my questions. They take excellent care of me and my Xterra. I find that they are financially competitive as well when it comes the cost of service. Servicing my vehicle is hassle and worry free with Feldmann's.

I have leased 3 Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Scott Babcock and he is exceptional in handling the sales process (no hard pitch, no gimmicks). In January 2017, when I was considering a new lease, Joe Feldmann got involved in the sales process and genuinely heard what I needed/wanted in a car, so I had two top individuals helping me walk off the lot with a car that I JUST LOVE. GO TO SEARS IMPORTS INSTEAD. I purchased a car here in 2017 and the pre-owned car service was amazing. So I decided to refer my mom to this dealership to buy a car after she totaled her prior vehicle and we have had a TERRIBLE experience. The detailing they did on her certified pre-owned vehicle was absolutely terrible. She had to have the entire hood of the vehicle painted to cover all the chips they didn t cover in the detailing . A couple months later (1,000 miles max) she had to replace all 4 tires which Feldmann refused to pay the expenses for. Her brakes have been squeaking since she purchased the vehicle and they won t respond to her inquiry to fix them. If you want to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and pay an extra $5,000 in service they should ve done prior to you purchasing the vehicle, come to Feldmann! They ll find a way to take your extra money. If you want a good deal and a beautiful Mercedes, go to Sears Imports.

We bought a 2012 preowned Murano with our salesman Abbes Khamoni. Our entire experience with our purchase was outstanding. We really liked working with Abbes. He was so knowledgeable about the Nissans. We had been looking for months and he was definitely one of 2 out of scores of salesmen whom we spoke to that really seem to have learned the product. He was very pleasant throughout the process as were the entire staff. Brandon was great with the financing, Amanda completely on top of it with the aftermarket items, and Mr. Feldman really closed the deal for us on Feldmann when he offered to replace the dented bumper protector at no cost.. The only thing i did not like was that the fellow who drives the courtesy van had a cup out for tipping. I did not think that was appropriate and had never experienced that for a courtesy ride before. Just seemed to take away from the experience. Small thing but everything about the operation is so top notch that I felt i need mention it.

I believe they don t want to sell to you if you already have a loan setup!! It interferes with bank kickbacks!!!!

I got my first Mercedes about 2 years ago. I was a little nervous about having such a fancy car but the staff at Feldmann's made me feel at ease from the moment I got it. In particular the service given to me by John Pfeiffer has been outstanding! He remembers me every time I have come in whether for a scheduled maintenance or when I have had self incurred problems - I actually look forward to bringing my car in for service! We purchased a new Ml350 in Dec. of 2014, the negotiations were typical of any car dealer, maybe harder. If I was to rate Feldmann's on just the service department, it would be 5 stars. (Prices are relative to the service) The reasons for the 3 stars is everything else. When you buy from them, the car is rare and valuable, when you come back to deal, the car has little value! We had challenges even getting calls back from the store. My wife took our car in to get a bid for selling the car to them, they made her wait over 30 min. for her appointment, and then lowballed the price. After 2 years of loyal service, we were treated like strangers!

This is probably the worst purchasing experience I ever had. Be sure they will rip you off, I mean they will try to get every penny out of you (especially if you are not a good negotiator). Now I know how they can afford such a nice locations. A tip for those who still want to try, pretend that you are leaving they location and you will see change from "that's the best we can do" to "let me see if I can give a better price".
Another thing, they are really good on trying to get you back for service BUT they will never reply any other question regarding your vehicle. I sent several email a couple months ago with general questions about my Nissan to Taylor (salesman) and I am still waiting for a reply. HOWEVER I received 3 phone call to schedule a service (last call a few days ago). This is another proof that they are only after your money and don't really care about you so be careful. I never felt so cheated!!

I have to say, I only have to report a high degree of professionalism in my dealings with Jack. This gentleman was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Went in for an Oil change today. It was scheduled at 12:00 and I did not get out of the shop until 1:45. The people are friendly and very helpful however 1:45 minutes for an oil change is unbelievable. You can get the same service anywhere else in 30 minutes or less. Feldmann should think about how they can steam line their oil change service. It is not a complicated process and should be well understood by the technicians. How about a 30 minute guarantee Feldmann. Your service department does a great job but it takes way to long. I have been there 5 times now for an oil change and all but one took well over an hour to complete. It is time to pick up your game on a simple service like an oil change. By the way these were not the Service plan A or B oil changes just oil and a filter.

I must say Clayton Chessen is one stand up guy. Very courteous and professional, and not at all a hard closer. Hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership, remarkable staff and excellent ammenities. I must be honest though, I did not purchase from him. I ended up being too attached to my current car to be able to trade it in. I enjoyed working with him so much that I felt so bad that he wasn't able to earn my business but alas he knew that I didn't love the car and didn't push for the close. Thank you so much, again Clayton.

My experience was outstanding. Manny the car sales associate was extremely professional both at the time of the sale and post closing the deal. He did a great job walking me through all of the car features.

The business manager that handle the financing paper work was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the options for buying or leasing.

I would rate the experience as best of class.

From scheduling of the service appointment to pick-up, everything went great! We had a Saturday appointment, and Kristine helped us. She took careful notes about you concerns, and made sure the vehicle was done in a timely manner. The shuttle service is outstanding- took us to Southdale for shopping and picked us up when the car was done. Very highly recommend Feldmann Imports- outstanding sales and service staff!

I brought in my car to the Mercedes service depart...

I brought in my car to the Mercedes service department for a headlamp bulb change. Mr John P was my service advisor. Apart from the expedient service which I got, the bulb was fixed for free. I paid for neither the service nor the bulb. I am sure that I would have spent at least $50 for this type of visit if I had visited other mechanics. I am not a new customer of feldmanns mercedes but I must say that little gestures of this nature impress me and I will keep coming back.

Purchasing from Feldmann is an awesome car buying experience. Our second Benz purchase from the dealership and a truly perfect experience. Bill Sigel was excellent in Finance. Worked out all the details in financing, going above and beyond, to save us money and get everything we wanted without us asking him to do this. Then Bill calls us a few days later and states he found an even better deal (which he did) and saved us more. Mind you, he is in finance. Not a salesman.
Scott Babcock was also awesome. No pressure on buying. Just asking us what we were interested in and how he could help us. Never pushing us. Then, once we had purchased, took all the time we needed to go over every feature of the vehicle.
Finally, Ashley. Excellent customer support and service. Working everything out and making sure to teach us what Scott did not.
Feldmann has an excellent staff. It has to be one of the best dealerships in the metro area. We come a long way to buy our cars and are so very pleased with them, their service and treatment of us as a customer!
