Had the privilege of working with Matt Eveland the past few months as he pretty much single-handedly took over the tedious search for a used car for our teenage daughter that would meet our very specific criteria, assuring me that he would find THE car that would make us happy. Signed paperwork on Black Friday for THAT car!! It's the 2nd car we've bought from Baxter in 2 years and we will continue to go back!!

Loden T. provided excellent customer service throughout the entire time they were servicing my fusion. Awesome service advisor for sure! Made sure I had a way to reach him all day with any question or problem with my car. Baxter ford has one excellent team member with them!
Got a great car at Baxters. Able Thomas was so helpful, even getting my phone set up! He was very kind and knowledgeable! Thanks so much helping me through the whole process. Connie
I went to Baxter Ford having a good idea on what I wanted. I was not expecting the generosity I had received. From the moment I was greeted by Tasha, she devoted everything into finding the right car for me. We had gone through a couple of cars trying to find the right price range and the accessories I wanted. Her patience and determination to finding the right car for me was evident. Everyone who I had dealt with at Baxter Ford took their time and energy to work with me, which was much appreciated! I recommend Baxter Ford to anyone looking for a car, because of their customer service and willingness to help me get the car I wanted!
Jace did an amazing job on helping me find a vehicle that will work around my budget and stayed in the budget for and what I was looking for I will be telling people to go to him thanks so much Jace for your help!!!!
This dealer is lacking trust and doesn t deliver good costumer service. Just got a F150 here and I love the car BUT: 1) salesman told me CPO included 12 months warranty from day one/today and 12K miles. I found later this was a lie. 2) I was offered a price for my trade in and got different number in the documentation. My bad for not paying extra attention and trust them. 3) the car was extremely poorly washed. Even dust in all the carpets. The interior was dirty and I was so tired of dealing with them that I just left. I communicated this to the salesman as feedback and will report it to Ford Co. Honestly the only reason why I got the truck is because i liked it a lot.
Will not recommend this dealer if you are used to premium service.
I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Baxter Ford. My sales person, Eric Collins, and manager, Loyale were great! They got the exact vehicle I wanted, and beat all the others prices!
Baxter Ford West service department is the reason we bought a new Ford truck there. Took our old Ford truck purchased at a different dealership to Baxter for an oil change. Their service department was outstanding!
Ambrose! Ambrose! Ambrose! Absolutely no salesperson at Baxter Ford will take better care of you than him. He was wonderful to work with and has the most enthusiastic personality. He even was kind enough to include my 6 month old son in all of our conversations and business.
Jeff Novak was my sales person. Called told him what I wanted, drove 20 min. & he had the perfect match for me. Got the truck ready by filling in inspection results & detailed while I ran errands all in one day! They had me take one of there trucks to run errands as mine was on it s last leg! So thoughtful & very good to me all the way around. The day was fast but great . Jeff called me the next day to see how the new truck was as I drove bout 7 hours home , Thank you Jeff!!! I would highly recommend Baxter in Elkhorn NE!
Meg was so extraordinary to work with. She help me without pressuring me into something I did not want. I would defiantly work with her again. Thanks Meg and the team at Baxter Ford
I came into Baxter recently after my car was totaled from a hailstorm in Lincoln. Everyone I worked with made me feel like I was the most important customer for them. They took the time to understand my situation, what I needed, my interests, my budget, and ultimately helped me find the perfect car. Baxter made this the most straightforward and effortless car buying experience I've ever had. They have an excellent standard for customer care and as long as they keep that standard they will always have my business. Special shout out to Dana Livingston, Brett Kukoly, and Steve Oliver. Keep up your great work!!!
Go here!!! We were on a road trip when our car had some problems. Everyone was beyond friendly and made our experience much more enjoyable. Not only did Matt and John go out of their way to stay late and get us on the road as soon as possible, but from the time we sat in the lobby, Cameron was an absolute DOLL. Ambrose and Lynn also made our day with how friendly and personable they were. Awesome staff and great work!
I had a great experience working with A.J. He was very helpful and understood my budget and my current circumstances and was able to get me a great deal on a awesome truck! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
I brought my Ford Edge in for service at Baxter Ford West Dodge after a local auto shop noticed an oil leak that might be covered under Ford's 60,000 mile power train warranty. From the moment I walked into the service center Roy Passauer took charge and never missed a beat. He called me later that day to notify me that my car needed major repairs and they would need to keep it for three to four days. He arranged a rental car for me to pick up at the dealership the next morning.
When I arrived he pointed out a couple deep scratches in my Edge's paint that I, quite frankly, had not paid much attention to. After a second look he recommended I purchase some detail paint for $10-$15 so the scratches wouldn't rust. It was the right call and I told him I'd purchase some from the dealership when I picked up my car. He said he'd have it waiting for me. As I waited in the lobby for the rental car service to "pick me up" it was obvious the entire service department was running on all cylinders. All the customers seemed relaxed and pleasant, counter to a typical experience of waiting at a dealership, because the service department staff were handling everyone with diligence, enthusiasm, and kindness. I was seriously impressed.
After I took off with the rental car, Roy kept me informed and notified me that my car was done EARLIER than expected. When I came to pick up my car (which has been through a fresh car wash) Roy had forgotten to set aside the detail paint for purchase- not a big deal to me at all- but gave it to me "on the house". I complimented him on his service personally and walked out very impressed with the whole service center.
As I started my car, I noticed my check engine light was still on. I ran inside to tell Roy, who apologized profusely, told me he would have his techs check it out ASAP, directed me to the waiting area (I was looking forward to a few minutes in there since my first wait two dos earlier was very short), and rushed off to investigate it. Roy was back within ten minutes, said an O-2 sensor hadn't been fully reconnected. For my inconvenience he gave me a certificate for a free oil change and filter and and said that even though he knew I didn't do my regular maintenance at his service center the certificate would be good for anyone who needed it.
Did I mention everything was covered under warranty?! I never opened my wallet once and I'm guessing the work that was done (new transfer case) was probably $1,000+. To get that level of service anymore these days is rare, to get it without paying a dime is even more rare, and... to cap it off... I didn't even buy my car at that dealership!!! However, if the service department is any indication of how this dealership is ran, I may need to find my way to their sales team sooner than anticipated.
Like I said, seriously impressed. Thanks for taking great care of your customers, service department, and a special shout out to Roy for going above and beyond. You made a difference.
I wrote a review about 4 weeks ago and only gave 1 star. Since then, James Sechser has totally made the situation right. I am very grateful for him contacting us immediately and offering to take care of us right away.
I've bought both my cars here. Abel has helped me with both. Friendly atmosphere. I felt comfortable purchasing both vehicles on my own and not feel I was getting the raw end of the deal. I recommend them!
Jeff Novak was our salesman. He was very patient with us and helped us. Baxter Ford was great in getting the price we needed. Andrew was our finance person and he was great!
I definitely recommend the place, especially Rodney Bates! He had been very helpful, professional during the whole sales process. He also checked if we needed anything after sales completed. We are very happy with our purchase! The location and Rodney will be our #1 choice to go for Ford!!!
I had a great experience at Baxter Ford.Dustin Lair took care of everything, I found a used Ford Escape online that I just loved. Called and talked with Dustin ,he got everything going , I fill out app.online (which is super easy) Talked to Chip and Bret also on the phone both super nice, Chip got paperwork started and Bret took care of getting a remote start in (best thing ever).Next day when I arrived Dustin was waiting for us, he know I didn't have much time.I sign paperwork and less then a hour was the owner of a beautiful ford escape .Thank you Baxter Ford and Dustin Lair for a great experience I will recommend you and Dustin to my friends and family that are looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again I love my Ford Escape. Teresa
When you visit Baxter Ford, ask for Russell Underwood. His knowledge, honesty, and commitment to customer service make him a pleasure to do business with.
Never buy from this place! I've never had a good experience with any department. The salesmen belittled us, the finance team lied about the interest rate until we were in the back room, and the service team is rude and unhelpful.
Every time I take my car in for service and repairs, I'm always reminded that the Service Department truly doesn't appreciate getting my business. They only care about how much money they can pump out of you. I would love to fill out an internal survey or review so I could properly discuss my feedback, but you apparently only get those if you've given 5 star reviews in the past. If you give anything lower, they must take you off the survey list.
Fabulous experience, wonderful people. I worked with Jacob who was amazing from beginning to end. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Baxter Ford and their staff. I will refer my friends and family to them.
Called ahead early am to test drive a vehicle. Said would be down there in a few hours as it is a 2.5 hr drive from where I live. Almost to the dealership and the sales guy (Dana) calls and says he is selling the truck I am there to look at so don't bother coming down. Oh really??!!! Reminded him why I had called him in the morning bc of the long drive to make sure the truck would be there when I was...word of mouth is your best advertising. I will advertise for you guaranteed. Don't deal with these people as they will tell you anything you want to hear. Time, money, etc all wasted when he said the vehicle would be there. SO PISSED!
I had a wonderful experience with Baxter Ford. My son called and spoke to Roy, made the deal and all I had to do was go in, sign the papers and go over the instructions on the car. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend Baxter to all my friends and family.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and was so impressed with the level of service I received. Nick was very accommodating and got me on the schedule the very next day. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My oil change was done so fast, and during the multi-point inspection, they discovered an issue I was unaware of (but yet I wasn't pressured to fix this issue, just made aware to keep an eye on it and given the opportunity to have it taken care of the same day). Breezy was excellent with the communication and going over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend taking your vehicle in to Ford of Omaha for any service needs.
John Carnes was an incredibly helpful sales associate that went above and beyond all expectations. His personable and professional personality worked well to personalize our experience. The customer service at Baxter Ford was exceptional all around.
Ambrose and Kurt were amazing and patient with me as I tried to keep my little girl entertained on a late night. I really felt like family from start to end! Thank you for all you did! Ambrose took my opinion into consideration when picking out my vehicle. I love it!
My overall experience with Baxter Ford was great. Even though it was the last day of the month and it was very busy, I didn't have to wait for an inordinate amount of time. My salesman, Andrew, was very professional and I was treated fairly. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase extra options, and they worked with me to find what worked best for me. I felt like I got a great value with my new car and I will definately go back to Baxter Ford when it's time to purchase a new vehicle.
After 15 years of being a Woodhouse customer, I had the best experience at Baxter Ford West Dodge. No matter what you re looking for, go see Marques - I promise you will not be disappointed!
My family just bought our 4th car from the Baxter group and couldn't be happier with the cars and with the service we received. Sales Manager Donnie Rosenthal worked hard to find just the vehicles we were looking for and in such a timely manner that was so helpful! Tim Sallach and Sergio Rangel were a pleasure to work with as well. From the beginning to the end, each experience we have had with Baxter Ford has been pleasant and professional. I can't thank Baxter Ford enough and Donnie in particular, for the great service!
Well we went to Baxter Ford and thought we had bought an '11 Ford F150 FX4. Come to find out that our loan had changed without our knowing. We left with the truck thinking it was a done deal, no idea that we were not actually approved. So I ended up giving the truck back to Baxter. I will say that Daniel Hernandez, who was our salesman, was very personable and definitely made us feel welcome. It is because of Daniel that we ended up going back and renegotiating the terms. We finally agreed on the terms and I now own this amazing truck. So in closing I will say that Daniel was what brought us back and turned a bad situation into a great one. Its nice being able to find a car salesman that is genuine and isn't just out to get commission. So all in all, Baxter made up for their indiscretions and I am a happy customer.
I bought a Ford Fusion from Atchley Ford many years ago. I had complained numerous times during servicing at Atchley about issues with the brakes and always got the response that "they were fine". I decided to give Baxter Ford a try as they are a lot closer to where I live. After a routine inspection they were able to determine that there was still an issue with the brakes and further trouble-shoot it and narrow it down to a bad ABS pump. The repair took longer than anticipated (this was on a Saturday) but they provided me with a complimentary loaner car at no charge for the weekend. Apparently part of the reason that it took longer than anticipated is that considering it was an issue with the brakes they wanted to make sure my brakes functioned correctly and were safe for me to drive. Their concern over my safety and my vehicle's ability to stop reliably really impressed me and I believe that they are genuinely concerned about my safety behind the wheel. When I picked it up the brakes worked much better than they have in years. Thanks for the wonderful service :-)
Dustin was a great advocate in the whole car buyin process. I always felt like he had my back and was making things happen the way they should- customer first. Too many dealerships want to run the table and aren t willing to negotiate. That was not my experience at Baxter Ford West Dodge and that was to a large degree due to Dustin s professional and personal qualities.
I had problems with my clutch on my VW jetta, sticking occasionally. I called Baxter as I figured if it needed a part they would have it instead of having to wait for a part to come in. The day I took my car to Baxter, I didn't have any problems driving it over there, however, when the service guy drove it into the shop he said "wow, I'm surprised you got it over here, I had a hard time driving into the shop." (Again, it didn't stick at all the entire drive over to Baxter that morning). I was told I would be called in a couple hours as to the diagnosis. Around noon after not hearing from them I called them and I was told that they "couldn't replicate the symptom" in the shop and that they needed to talk to the guy that drove it in to the shop to see what it had done that morning. They called me back later in the afternoon and said that after talking about it between the tech and the guy that drove it in that they had determined that it needed an entire new clutch which involved "dropping the transmission etc". When I asked what this would cost me they quoted me $2500.00. I told them I would be coming back out to pick up my car. Meanwhile I called a couple different repair shops and was told that it didn't sound like an entire new clutch was needed but they would have to be sure. Long story, short, I took it to another repair place and they replaced the clutch master cylinder to the tune of $450. So....$2,000 difference later, my car is repaired and I won't be going back to Baxter service ever, and highly recommend anyone else to get a second opinion before having anything repaired. And also, this site wouldn't let me post this review without clicking at least one star, which I really don't feel they deserve.
After some initial trouble getting the vehicle in for a check Engine light on a newly bought vehicle, the manager was able to make time and address the issues.
After 2 other car lots Baxter Ford went above and behond our expectations to help us! Rod Bates was awesome listened to us when we told him what the deal was and what we wanted, he was the best. Chip Kinder helped us get all the paper work done and I felt like he was able to answer all of my financial questions. It was so nice to drive home in our new car. Thank you Rod and Chip and Baxter Ford, you all are awesome! Highly recommended!!
Jake Schwarck is a fantastic salesman. I would recommend to ask for Jake, he listened to what in both a vehicle and payments I wanted and met them both.
Wow!!! What a FABULOUS experience!!! Ryan Flynn was our salesman and was so awesome. There was zero pressure from him and he did everything he could to get us the deal that we wanted. He came through!!! Chip in finance was equally great. Both gentlemen made the, what can be grueling, car buying experience the most easy, quick and even dare I say, enjoyable experience!! Honestly, I was working with another local dealership first and they were not easy to work with. I was hesitant walking into Baxter because of what I was experiencing with the "other guy," but Ryan was welcoming and knowledgeable. He helped me get the jeep of my dreams. Great job guys! I will HIGHLY recommend you to everyone I talk with! Thanks again!!!!
Found a car online we really liked and ended up talking to Tristan White who worked out a pretty good deal for us before we even got there. Then worked with Kurt Rinke in finance and he got us some extras for a pretty decent payment. Unfortunately bank came back and wouldn t give us the term loan we wanted but Kurt worked the numbers again and got us back to where we were stil at a good payment without us losing any extras. Thanks for everything guys. Definitely would buy from again.
We have been buying cars from Baxter for a long time. This is the first time buying from the Ford dealership. It was a great experience. They actually listened to what we wanted and did not try to steer us into something we were not interested in.
Originally gave this dealership 5 stars when we bought our Ford Edge 1 year ago but this has changed since then. Update to my review, spoke to Baxter Ford Finance Department and issues have been resolved.
Baxter Ford treated me very well. Kyle sold me a used vehicle and went the extra mile by filling the gas tank, and offering to bring it in for detailing. Unfortunately I didn't have time to spare for the detailing offer. Although I was treated well, after telling me it went though their vehicle inspection with out any major issues, I took it into my auto repair shop to get the oil changed (Keep in mind I have been going to this place for a long time and they wouldn't do any more work than what needs to be done.) I found out it needed new brakes, struts, sway bars, and the transmission fluid needed to be exchanged. One thing that had been done was the timing belt had already been replaced the previous year. After contacting Steve Oliver, the GM, he apologized that safety issues were overlooked such as the breaks and sway bars. Steve proceeded by offering to pay for those expenses. I believe that Steve went above and beyond expectations to make it right. For as many vehicles that go through that lot it is reasonable to understand that things could be missed, but nevertheless I will return to Baxter again. Issues happen and Baxter Ford handled it very well.
My family and I have bought all of our vehicles from Baxter, in particular Abel Thomas. We ve establish a personal connection with Abel thru the years, and he is the sole reason why continue to do business with Baxter Ford.
UPDATE: So, it's been less than two weeks since my original review, which I'm leaving below, and unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about Baxter. They called me in and said that I just had to stop by to quickly sign something and then I could leave. When I got there they told me that I wasn't approved for a loan for a used car without a co-signer, but they could get me a new Ford Focus without a co-signer. I wasn't able to have a co-signer and the payments on the Focus were way out of my price range. We asked them how I could be approved for a new car that I definitely would not be able to afford, but the much cheaper used car wasn't available. What we assumed was that the bank wouldn't give out a loan on the car because they didn't think it was worth what the loan was. We asked the used car manager this and he danced around the question. But this is the only reason I can think of that this would happen. And after I purchased the car I did notice it had some issues. I knew I was buying the car as-is, but I felt super rushed in the buying process, especially since it was my first car and I needed transportation. I later found out that the transmission and air conditioner were bad. Aside from all this, every employee we came in contact with the second time in was super rude and most were unprofessional. Matt, the used-car manager, came in and told us we had to decide what to do, but he didn't explain what was really going on. And every time we asked him a question, he said it was a finance question that he wasn't sure how to answer. I ended up deciding to give the car back. When I asked about my down payment he said they would pay me back, but he had no record of it ??? I showed him what was taken out from the bank app on my phone and he did pay me back, but he was kind of rude with the way he said it. Ultimately, I know that I probably should of done more research and looked at the car more before signing anything, but that doesn't excuse the bad behavior. When we left he gave me my card back and just told me to leave the key in the ignition. No apology for wasting my time or for the inconvenience. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place. They will be nice to you when they want your money and take advantage any way they can, but when you start to ask questions or get upset they get rude and defensive. Horrible customer service and little ethics.
I just bought a Ford Escape here a few days ago and was extremely happy with their service. Jake Schwarck was my sales consultant and did a really good job of helping me get a good deal and finding the right car for me. This was my first time buying a car and everyone at Baxter helped me without making me feel stupid or taken advantage of. Every person who helped me, whether it was sales, finance, or servicing was professional and sincerely nice.
My experience was very good, and Mark could not have been a better ambassador for Baxter. I thank you for the loaner car but a small car would have been more suited for me and probably for most people and save you money to boot. Thank you.
What an amazing experience buying from Baxter Ford West. Salesman Mehdi Parsa was exceptional and extremely professional. Matt Farrell and team know how to treat their customers. Will definitely be back !
Excellent service from Jeff Novak and the whole team. Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of with a great truck at a great price. Followed up with us after the purchase and has been quick to answer the questions I have had.
I was helped today by Bryan Calvillo with purchasing a used car. He was awesome to work with and got me a great deal! His friendly demeanor makes him so easy to work with! Go see Bryan for your next car!
Such a wonderful experience! We traveled 6 hours to get our car, and they worked with us long distance, answering all our questions and making the process so simple. They are military friendly which is awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car buying experience. Thank you Donny and Ryan for all your help.
Eric Maynor was very efficient in helping me locate a vehicle. He made the already frustrating process, turned more frustrating due to this not being a planned purchase, much less stressful and as hassle free as he could. Any questions I had, he answered to the best of his abilities. If I had reservations about a vehicle, he took that into consideration and was able to find the right vehicle for myself and my family. Would definitely recommend him as a salesman to those I know. Thanks Eric!
Best car buying experience I have had. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle either new or used, go see Marques and the staff at Baxter Ford!
My expierence at Baxter overall, was a success. I love my new car!!! A special thank you to Dustin Lair for all his help. I am more than happy as a first time buyer to have made this decision and going with Dustin. I needed a new car but I wasn't sure where to start or who to trust. Right away Dustin focused on my needs and what would best work for me financially. He build that trust right away with me when we worked around what was best for me and my needs without taking advantage or being pushy. Thank you for breaking down every part of the process and answering all my questions.
I purchased a new 2013 Escape with the help of Nick Lawson. Nick was professional every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, personable, and willing to go the extra mile for his customer ie staying 4 hours later than his scheduled duty time to see that my transaction went smoothly. Thank you Nick!
Just an awesome experience with Ambrose and the whole staff! I encourage anyone looking for a good deal in a good line of cars to purchase to visit Baxter Ford! They treat ya right!
My experience with Eric and Chip was one of the better car buying experiences. Eric worked to meet my concerns and find the right price point. Chip explained my financing options and made sure we did the right things to protect my purchase. I would recommend doing business with these two gentlemen.
Very comfortable experience. My salesman was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. I would refer friends to this dealership.
My husband and I just bought a new Ford Edge (from an out of town dealer) and let me tell you why... I had been driving a 2005 Chevy SUV for 7 years, that I absolutely loved, but unfortunately it decided to throw in the towel on me, so the hunt was on for a new vehicle. My first choice was the Ford Edge. I've heard nothing but good things about the Edge from friends and coworkers, so we hopped in the car and drove to Baxter for a test drive. They had the exact Edge that I was looking for, mileage was low, 1 owner, great condition, etc. After standing in the lot looking at the car on our own for about 15 minutes, waiting for a salesman to come help us, we were on a time crunch that night so I had to walk into the dealership to find someone to help us since no one came out. When I walked inside, a few of the guys inside looked at me and then continued with what they were doing, i walked around looking for someone that looked like they were willing to help. After a few minutes of walking around, still no one offered to help or even asked if they could help me with anything... I began getting very frustrated. I finally found a young looking guy who I thought might appreciate the commission. I very nicely went to him and asked, "Is there someone here that can help me, i would like to look at a vehicle and take a test drive..." The guy looked a little like he wasn't sure how to respond for a few seconds. He then proceeded to turn to one of the other guys and said "hey, this lady needs help, do we have anyone?" the guy replied, "Hey, can you help this lady, she's begging for your help!" (And to clarify, the guy did not say it in a way that would convey urgency to help the customer, he was making a joke that I had come in begging to spend my money... even more frustrated at this point). So, the guy that was answering my begging (Ha!) walked outside with me to look at the vehicle. I began asking questions as a normal customer would. The guy seemed decently knowledgeable about the Edge, but let me tell you, I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH on this vehicle, and after the 30 minutes of annoyance that I had just been put through, I thought that I would test the salesman's knowledge a bit more. I started to ask a few more in depth questions and he was hesitating to answer most of them, finally he pulled out his phone and said that he was going to look up the online listing for info... really?!?!?! Finally, we got back to the lot after the test drive and we began to talk price. He told me the cost and I proceeded to ask, "okay, what kind of a price could you give me if I was to pay in cash?" He got the most unsettling look on his face and responded..."why would you want to pay in cash when you can take out a loan??" Ummm, sir, did you just turn down a CASH offer?!?!? To sum up my experience: I was extremely disappointed in the lack of a professional and respectful staff. Who the hell turns down CASH? Salesman's lack of knowledge about the vehicle. I walked away feeling frustrated, annoyed, and very disrespected. Take your chances if you will, but keep in mind, YOU are there to spend YOUR hard earned money, and you deserve to feel comfortable with the salesman and there should be respect and a huge part of their job is to build trust... I felt NO trust.
The service that I received from Baxter Ford on Black Friday was beyond outstanding. My salesman Ray, understood exactly what I was in the market for, and never once showed me anything out of my budget. Beyond that, Ray went out of his way to search all Baxter Ford inventories, and went to get multiple vehicles for me to look at from a neighboring location. I was never once forced or pushed into making any decision that I was unsure or unready for. After making my decision on a vehicle, the after market salesman Andrew Fauss went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the packages that I wanted. Additionally, the finance manager Kurt went over the details of the loan with me, and helped me to add additional insurance/warranty. Kurt called me the next day to tell me that he was able to get the interest rate from my loan to change from 7% to 2.9%! Kurt went out of his way without being asked to do so. FINALLY, when I brought my Jeep into the dealership 3 days later to have the after market products placed, I told them my concerns about a check engine light. Brett, another after market worker assured me that my concerns would be taken care of and put me into a loaner vehicle. Brett called me later that day to confirm that they were replacing a part in my vehicle, at no cost at all. Furthermore, the service department manager Paul Passauer followed up with me that same evening to make sure that I was being taken care of, and to see if there was anything else that he could assist me with other than replacing the part in my vehicle. It was such a pleasure to be able to have a car buying experience where the sales people are not pushy, or demanding, and that actually care about your overall experience and make it their highest priority to make sure that you are taken care of, at all costs. I would recommend this dealership and anyone that works there, to anyone who is in the market to buy, sell, or trade a vehicle.
I had a very good experience with John C. when I came in on the 13th to but a new car. He was very professional and personable. He took the time to show me many different cars. I was happy with my deal I received. John is someone who is easy to talk to and makes you feel he is being a straight talker. I will send friends and family to him. He is a asset to Baxter Ford. Thank you again John Pam Craig
Baxter Ford in Elkorn is definitely the best place to buy a vehicle. Chip, the manager, Tristen and Scott, the sales rep, and Kurt in finance really know what they re doing. Our family loves their honesty, intregrity and the respectful professionals who give you more than a fair deal on your trade-in and service. We ve bought 3 cars over the past 7 years and sent many others; you can trust Baxter Ford.
I recently made my first vehicle purchase at Baxter. David Brock made the experience easy and fun! I will definitely shop at Baxter when it comes time for my next vehicle!
Bob Wistrom did an excellent job guiding me and my husband through the purchase of a new F150. Appreciated his knowledge of the truck and the sales process.
Mr. Ambrose Lurks was very helpful to me and my wife in the different options in the leasing of the Ford Escape. His experience and knowledge and professional attitude was greatly apricated and comforting, A job well done. Myron
We recently purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Baxter Ford South. Mikeil Schmitz was our sales Consultant. He did an excellent job assisting us in our search. I would highly recommend Mikeil for your next vehicle purchase.
I will never step foot in Baxter again. Here's my story. My '06 Ford Escape Hybrid wouldn't start. I got it towed to your Baxter for service. I get called and told its $1,900 to fix everything that is wrong. The battery was bad, the throttle assembly needed replaced, the computer needed an update and the hybrid battery needed a new cooling fan. I tell the service rep, Mark, that I just need this car to last about 9 more months before I can buy a new one. It s only worth about $2,000 and I'm not putting $1,900 into it. He says well we can change just the throttle assembly and the battery and have it running for about $1,100. My dad drives from my hometown 3 hours away to bring me a back up car and haul my Escape home. He takes it to a gear-head but someone who has never seen a hybrid before. This guy starts looking into the codes and researching. Within an hour he pushes a reset button in the back of the vehicle and has it running. Baxter charged me $25 to tell me 4 different things wrong with the vehicle none of which would have started it. The guy my dad takes it to who has never seen one of these vehicles charges me $20 and has it running within an hour.
