Ryan Flynn was my salesman and did an outstanding job! We did most of our negotiating over the phone and had a deal hammered out in a day. He was super great to work with and I'll definitely go back to him when it's time for another vehicle! Cole in financing knocked out my paperwork quickly and was great to talk to during that process. Brett with aftermarket and delivery was super nice, great conversation as well and took care of all my needs. Can't speak highly enough of this great team as they have certainly earned my future business!

My mother just had her car repaired there from a motor vehicle accident. Needless to say the job the Auto Body did was HORRIFIC!. If a car can't be repaired and needs to be totaled out that is what the auto body should be honest and tell the insurance company. Instead they knew the frame was bent and could not be fixed to customer satisfaction. She got the car back with the doors having gaps in between them big enough to see the hinges, they failed to check the car for any mechanical repairs she needed since she was hit from behind. She got treated by the Auto Body Manager like she didn't even know anything about her car when she has had it for 8 years and her car is in immaculate shape. The first thing they wanted to advise her is they don't make cars like this any more for the reason the car doors were not properly done. Then they tried to get her into a brand new car when my mom is retired and on social security and everyone can't afford a new car or even a payment. We took her car and got a estimate from another auto body company and didn't tell them we had been to Baxter and pretended like her son had did the work. The first thing he noticed was the doors as well and then upon checking it asked if we were told the frame had been bent? Yes we were by one insurance agent but another agent took the claim over and Baxter advised them they could repair it so we were told her vehicle wasn't being totaled. We have even gone to one of the General Managers and he made my mom bring the car back since she was treated rude by the Auto Body Manager and fix it. Needless to say isn't they still failed to check how the vehicle rides when driving it and the doors are still not acceptable and they left greasy black marks all on my mothers car and we had to have someone clean it for her. I have left messages for the G.M named Rick no luck. So if anyone has a elderly parent and needs Auto Body Repair avoid BAXTER! What happened to Customer Satisfaction? Why is it instead of fixing the problem they want my mom to buy a new car? Why did they be dishonest and say it was repairable because from everything mentioned above it wasn't from the Beginning!!!
I definitely recommend the place, especially Rodney Bates! He had been very helpful, professional during the whole sales process. He also checked if we needed anything after sales completed. We are very happy with our purchase! The location and Rodney will be our #1 choice to go for Ford!!!
Overall great experience. I did have to wait awhile to talk to financing. They seemed to be short staffed in that area. Other than that, I was pleased with my visit.
Ronnie and his amazing workers found me the perfect mini van. Being handicap it hard to trust many people. But these guys that helped me didnt pressure me and gave me all the time I needed. Thank you again for solid van and being understanding.
The worst experience there! I plan to buy the model of 2018 Focus hatchback in this dealership with the finance plan. Both the sale consultant, Marques, and his manager, Clinton used their routine strategies to extract profits from the finance plan. For example, they could provide the finance plan of the 0%/60 months with the $3000 down payment based on the sale price of $17929. They told me that the monthly payment was $275. However, the exact monthly payment should be $249, which means that if I sign this contract, I will be charged $26 more each month than it should be. They negotiated with me several times along with different finance plans and the related monthly payments. The monthly payments they proposed were all beyond the actual numbers they should be. If you'd like to apply for the auto loan, please do not consider this dealership. They will extract more money by means of the hided service charge or the hided finance charge. If you are not familiar with how these numbers come out, you will be easily cheated. I will also recommend my friends not to buy any models here.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. Recently, my sister-in-law visited Baxter and worked with Graham. It was her first time buying a car at a dealership. Did they make a horrible impression or what. During their negotiations, they agreed on a 2016 Chrysler 200 and added 3 warranties for about $14,900. In addition to that, she paid approximately $6,000 cash and traded in her car for approximately $500. She signed the paperwork for the loan and went on her way. After reviewing the paperwork, it was found that she actually signed a LOAN for approximately $19,000. She went back to the dealership to attempt to correct this problem but what was done was done. They refused to honor what had been agreed upon. Now, I understand that she should have read over the details before she signed. However, the details had been reiterated multiple times. Now, she is forced to either trade this car back to Baxter so that Baxter will cancel the loan and lose out of $6000 cash and her previous car, or keep the car and the loan that she never intended on incurring. This is the reason why people distrust car salesmen. I could not discourage anyone enough to stay away from Baxter. You have lost my future business and the future business of many of my family members.
**Robert Rands** We started looking for a truck online last weekend. My husband went up to the dealership Wednesday to look at the trucks and met Robert. Robert was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to any call or text and was responsive to our feedback. He knew we were looking for a specific vehicle with a handful of possible add on s. He was never pushy and never made us feel like he was only trying to make a sale. Once we arrived at the dealership Saturday morning he had the three vehicles we narrowed down ready for us to look at. (It was snowing quite a bit that morning, so the weather was not great) Roberts attentiveness and efficiencies definitely saved us time that morning. Our truck buying experience was excellent and I would recommend Robert Rands and Baxter Ford to any potential buyers.

David Brock worked tire-sly to find a truck like I wanted. I was very specific on what I wanted. 2.7 motor, NO sunroof, old man step and like about 3 color combos. But they found one and gave me a heck of a deal, I think.
I've been to many car dealerships before and dealt with many pushy car salesman. My boyfriend and I went to look at a truck that we had found on the website, well the truck ending up being more than what we wanted to spend, Mike Anderson went above and beyond to help us find the right truck. We gave him a price we wanted to stay at and he did exactly that. He listened to everything we wanted in a truck, and spent a whole morning doing research and finding the perfect truck for us. Mike was in no way pushy and even went above and beyond at getting a few things fixed on the truck we found that we liked. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect vehicle. Also after 3 days on trying to decide on the perfect truck we called Mike to let him know we would be out to get the truck we decided on, come to find out it was his day off and he was nice enough to come into work for us to get the truck. Purchasing my 2015 Explorer Sport from Kevin Putman at Baxter was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Before Ford, I had purchased four Honda Pilots from another local dealer and always had to choose off of the lot, meaning I never was happy with my purchase due to interior or exterior color not being what I wanted. Not at Baxter! Kevin searched high and low to find me the exact specifics, down the the type of seat I wanted in my second row (which wasn't a popular choice I'm guessing due to selection) and he found my car for me! I didn't want to wait the time to have one custom built due to my tags going out that month, so searching one out was my only other option! The rest of the process was easy, down to the warranty options, as they explained all of my options and the coverage in detail. I never knew a Team would go out of their way so much to help a customer have a great experience. I went in for my first oil change and it was painless, they even had hot cocoa while I waited! We found a car on the internet and the salesman that popped up was Clint Paulson. We called him and scheduled an appointment to drive over to Omaha from Des Moines, IA. Everything from our greeting at the showroom to looking at the car and test driving it to our decision to purchase the car went very professional. Our experience at Baxter Ford was very satisfactory. We found our Sales Rep., Clint, to be very helpful and a pleasure to work with through the process.
I've got to admit, car buying isn't my most favorite thing to do. Don't like the haggling, don't like the hours spent, don't like the pressure. Recently purchased a new Escape from Joseph Luellman and this was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Joe is not only a good salesman, he's a person. He's very personable, easy to talk to and went out of his way to give me the best deal possible. I actually did not need a new vehicle, but the deal I got from Joe couldn't be passed up.
Came in day before holiday weekend with moon-roof separated from track and rain scheduled for the weekend. Roof was fixed with parts being on hand and allowed me to enjoy my camping weekend.
I have been leasing Fords for many years and had one of my best experiences with Cole yesterday. He was able to find a vehicle that best met my needs as well as my budget. Visited Baxter Ford several times over the course of the last six months and was always treated well. I was only looking, but they were very helpful, and let me test drive several vehicles. There was no hassle when I didn't buy right away. When I finally decided it was time to purchase, they walked me through the process without any stress or hard sales tactics. The way car buying should be. Ryan Flynn was my salesperson and I left there feeling like he was a friend. Even the money guy, Bill Jackson, treated me like family. The whole staff and experience was great. Highly recommend.
John Carnes went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the spare key for a car we purchased. John did not sell us the car and had no incentive to help us out. He had just seen me inside requesting help to get the spare key. He recognized me from being in previously and sat down with me and called the prior owner while I was there. He followed up with him a week later and the previous owner mailed the spare key. He also followed up with me letting me know what was happening. He checked in on me after I got the key to see if everything worked out alright. Great guy.

The service was awesome. Donovan Roehr was a very big help. I had been all over to what felt like a million dealerships with no luck in finding the perfect truck for me. Donovan took note of everything I'd like in a truck and within minutes had a handful of keys to trucks that fit the criteria.

My salesperson Eric Maynor was great. We haggled a little for a total time of 20 minutes and we had an agreement. Where things went south was with the Finance Department, our assigned person was an overly aggressive sales person trying to sell his add ins. After telling him no 20+ times both my wife and I snapped and threatened to leave and we had to get angry to get Brough the finance manager to quit. I don t know why dealerships don t realize if I wanted and extra warranty or some BS I would work that with the salesman. Last thing I want after coming to an agreement is for some finance dork to try and re-haggle the deal. Give me what we agreed on and let me leave happy with my purchase, instead this deal now feels tainted.

My experience with Baxter ford was excellent, highlighted by my sales person Meg Reckling. I had a dilemma my truck was acting up brought it in for service (transmission went out). It was the middle of February, real cold out. I was standing at the front desk and asked if they had a loaner or rental I could get. They said they were out of loaners, and had no rentals available. Meg over heard my talking with the person at the desk. She approached me and said she worked here and would talk to her manager and see if there was anything she could do about getting me a car. Well needless to say she got me a car. I was so appreciative that I could not thank her enough. I decided to buy a different car (not fix the truck). Meg helped me through the process of getting the car that I wanted. I saw a car that I wanted on your internet site. I asked her about it (it was at a different Baxter dealership). They said it was already sold. I was disappointed. Meg watched that car for me and Surprised me a couple of days later and said she had a car for me to look at. I came out and low and behold it was the one i wanted. I bought it right then and there. I am very happy with the car and very thankful to Meg and Baxter.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Edge at Baxter Ford West Dodge in Omaha with the help of Matt Farrell, New Vehicle Sales Manager and Brian Dahlberg, Sales Consultant.This was an excellent experience from start to finish!! The vehicle is exactly what we wanted and has been a pleasure to drive. Great fit and finish throughout. Matt and Brian made everything very easy, explaining in detail any question we had. I don't really give reviews, but this one was well earned. I had a great experience at Baxter Ford. Everyone there was so friendly, especially Donovan, who helped me choose an excellent vehicle, an 06 Nissan Altima. I've had it for almost a week now and I love it! Donovan gave us a great deal and as we were waiting for the vehicle to be ready, he would come check up on us. We drove all the way from Sioux City and didn't mind because of the great deal Donovan gave us.

Went to Baxter looking for a decent deal on a vehicle. Kevin Corcoran greeted me first and walked me through a couple of different options. It was nice not to be pressured into something I didn't want to do. Respectable salesman and I enjoyed my experience even though I didn't end up buying a car. IMAGINE THAT! It was a relief to not be hammered with all the slimy salesmen tactics. I look forward to doing business with them at some point in the future.

I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but there was just way too much not in their favor. I had a recurring transmission problem with my car. I know that's a manufacturer issue and not Baxter's fault. However, I had to take it in five times in six months (one time two weeks apart) and it became clear they had no idea how to fix the problem. Three out of the five times they kept replacing the same speed sensor. Once when I asked, "Didn't you replace this last time?" My advisor said, "What? We did?" They rarely acted like they even remembered me or the issue and never talked about what was causing it. I even had one advisor tell me "Well if the pattern holds, it comes back every 300 miles. Hopefully it doesn't this time." Let's see, what else? One of those visits he told me to wait in the waiting room while they pulled my car around. He forgot about me and asked "What are you still doing here?" Oh and he forgot to charge me so I had to remind him. All this said, I traded in the car to be rid of the headache. Switched to Woodhouse where I've been treated much better.
My sales rep did a great job with finding options for me and keeping me updated through the process. Unfortunately for him, my experience with their finance department was absolutely terrible and highly disappointing. The person I worked with was suppose to be running numbers, but posted it as a deal with different numbers than what we had ever talked about. I then had to work with the guy in charge to get out of the deal that never should have been posted and also did not have a great experience with that. This has happened MULTIPLE times now to people I know so it is clear this issue is not trying to be fixed and the low level of integrity that is maintained (or lack there of). I would not recommend anyone I know here!
We purchased a new car from Jake at Baxter Ford West and they worked with us for a while to get us a really good deal. The last experience we had purchasing/leasing a car was not the best so it really made us feel comfortable and confident making an investment.
Kudos to the salesman Kevin Putman, we spent endless days and hours on trying to find the right mustang for me, wanted power and enough power to run through a crowed of Omaha protestors and what do ya know picked up a Shelby gt500 even gave me a tint package! Great people and great service.

I've taken my car to the Baxter Ford West Dodge service department multiple times, but I had to stop going there. I would call to make an appointment for a recall inspection or repair, and they would tell me they are scheduling two months out for a Saturday, and that they do not have loaner cars available for weekday appointments. The work they do is fine, but they are way understaffed or overwhelmed it seems. When I needed the air conditioning fixed on my three year old vehicle, the person I spoke with asked ME for the part number of the relay in the fuse box and said the earliest they could see me was in 5 weeks. I can't wait five weeks to get my air conditioning fixed in the summer, and I can't take a whole day off work to sit for repairs either.
Thank you to Don Murray the service manager for stepping up when I needed service most. Originally Ford had denied a claim that was caused by the Ford Batteries that were defective that had corroded one of the modules. I reached out to Don in regards to Fords outcome and he was able to turn things around so that it wouldn t come out of pocket. This is the consistent service that I know that continues to remind me why I come here for my service and my vehicles. Thank you Baxter Ford!

I drove from Norfolk to Omaha, loved the customer service from all the staff from beginning to end. My husband doesn't speak English and was helped by Juan a Spanish speaking salesman there.
