Today I buy the new fusion for my wife, but when we go to this Baxter we don't want to buy it today. But we change our minds when meeting with manager Dustin Lair. He works very good, he explained all what we need and all offers what they have for today, and then he give us the best offer what we can imagined, he take our old fusion for the great price and give the new one after 2 hours. I can say that he is the best manager I ever see in dealership. And now I want to buy mustang for myself at next week and I will work only with Dustin Lair, I think he again can give me the best offer!

The rest of the team at Baxter Ford has always been very helpful from Nick in the Finance Department who was very good at easing my anxiety and helping me understand some of the odds and ends of the financing side of purchasing a car to the always wonderful Service Advisors in the maintenance department who always greet me by name when I come in for an oil change. I do have to also mention that Jeff in the detail shop is amazing and is a great asset to the dealership when it comes to anything with regards to after-market items (he's great with remote starts). In short, I would say, go to Baxter Ford for your next vehicle (new or used) and make sure you start your visit off right by asking for Kevin Putnam. Believe me when I tell you that you can't go wrong!

We had a great time purchasing our 2013 chevy silverado. CJ, a newer sales person at this location, was very helpful in getting us answers and working with our budget. The beginning of our issues began with the finance manager - I had asked multiple times to know what our credit scores were, he never gave them to us. I had to email at a later date for a copy. We were never given an answer as to what financial institution will take on our loan for the truck. The day after we bought the truck we drove to Lincoln, noticed a whining noise when we hit about 45 mph, called CJ and asked what we should do. he offered to get us a service appointment to check it out, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle at this location. Bought a jeep patriot in September 2015 and their service was 100X better and more clear.

Thanks Baxter Ford service department for honoring my warranty and taking care of the $100 deductible that my service contract said I owed. The finance department is honoring the no deductible on my warranty at no extra cost, so thank you Baxter finance for that. My wife and I will continue to recommend Baxter Ford for people's car buying needs and our future needs. Thanks Eric Maynor for selling us our 1st F150 FX4 back in March of this year. See you in a few years hopefully to buy a Roush Mustang once I win the lottery lol. Thanks for everything Baxter Ford.

I love my new Ford Edge! I had been considering trading in my Subaru Outback and had been looking around for awhile. Rod Bates, the salesperson I worked with, sent me a picture of this car and, after we did a test drive, I knew this would be a good decision. Rod was very knowledgeable, he listened to what I had to say, and didn't rush me in making this decision. Rod has since followed up to make sure that the vehicle was "as advertised." I hadn't bought a Ford for 25+ years. This car and the good sales approach brought me back.

I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and that's even with an appointment. After waiting this long, I walk back to the service area to check on my car and there it is, just sitting in the garage while a bunch of kids are standing around talking. I ask if my car's done and they ask which one, I point to my car and someone replies, yes it's complete. Well it would have been nice if someone told me! We'll never bring our vehicles to this location for service again.

I called ahead and told them I was coming to see a vehicle. On our way we were called by the manager to tell us someone else was there already looking at the vehicle. I felt this was inappropriate because I should have been given first priority since I had contacted them earlier in the day and verified I was on my way there.

I had a great experience with Baxter. I was stationed in Korea and was ready to purchase a vehicle. I really needed to purchase a car and have it shipped to Tucson. I tried emailing a few different dealerships, but no one would take me seriously. When I made contact with Baxter (all via email) they kept in contact with me... and believe it or not we made the deal via email back and forth. They even worked it out to help make sure my vehicle got on the auto transport. Baxter worked with me every step of the way from the paperwork for my bank to getting me all the paperwork to show for vehicle registration. They called me once I finally made it back to the states and made sure I was fully satisfied. I would definitely work with them again. I mean I bought a car from them via email!!! I could only imagine what service is like at their dealership. They truly made it easy for me and the car was worth every penny. I am a truly happy customer!

I will have to revise my previous rating. It's was previously a bit inconsistent on the service. But after my last experience, I had to revise the service back up to 5 stars from 3 stars.

REVISION: Just go with Jojo in the service department. She's honestly willing to go above and beyond. We had an extended warranty (another agency) and we were nearing the 100,000 cutoff and the warranty was requesting further records and potentially not wanting to pay for the $3200 in service... Jojo went above and beyond and was willing to work with me in getting records as well as helping with getting the right loaner for the time the car would be in the shop. She made sure that the communication was always there (the texts are super helpful) and called when it was necessary. If the Service Department would take a note on the employee's EXEMPLARY service, they would note how my previous rating changed drastically. Having a rental that would be conducive to family life and also having someone work towards making sure the right things happened can make or break a relationship to loyal patronage. Just saying, she was AMAZING.

I came in on Saturday with an unscheduled repair. I broke off a side mirror. The Part Dept. confirmed they had one in stock and set it aside. Then I came to the Quick Lane and was greeted like they knew me personally and understood my needs. The repair was done as expected and I was off in less than an hour.

My salesman Ryan Flynn rocked...I got my new truck with no hassles at all and he treated my mom and i great. A huge shout out to all three gentlemen i worked with, Ryan, Jason and Mr Kukoly. It was honestly my best experience purchasing a vehicle. No hassles and they all took care of me.

First car buying experience, and it will be the last time I buy from a dealer. I'd rather roll the dice and buy from a private party. We have two little kids and sat around for 3.5 hrs until 10:30. They knew we lived in Lincoln. I didn't haggle on the price at all, and they still pushed the warranty. I finally agreed just so we could leave. They said cancelling it was super simple. It wasn't. If you want a simple car buying experience, I would go elsewhere. This was a terrible experience. We're still trying to cancel our warranty and rearrange our financing. The warranty is prorated so we're still going to lose a couple hundred bucks because cancelling the policy takes such a long time. Our interest rate ended up being over 4% which they didn't show me until the final paperwork, not during negotiations. They only give you a range of what your paymeny could possibly be. When I was looking at the paperwork at 10:30 with two crying kids under 3, the interest rate was over 4% and the payment was higher than the upper range that they showed me previously. I guess that's why car salepeople have such a bad reputation. While my rep was really nice, the whole experience was terrible, and I feel like we got ripped off. Especially by the warranty guy. I wish I could have a do over. I would have just bought on Craigslist.

This is the BEST place I have ever had my car serviced - PERIOD. They really know how to take care of their customers. Every time I brought my car here it was serviced right, quickly and at a very low price compared to other service shops in Omaha. They have impressed me with their customer service and the quality of the work they do. I want to mention two service advisors that took extra special care of me during my last two visits. I hope that management at Baxter will reward BJ and Brianna for going above and beyond what I expected and really taking care of me and my car.

Loeden was great in getting me in the same day for a service repair. I received a loaner (real nice 2020 Ford. Fusion) to use while they examined and repaired the car which about 3 days to so so. The Parts/Labor were under warranty which made things even better. Loeden was great about keeping me current on what was going on during the repair. Car is running great!!!! I am very appreciative of the work, professionalism, and kindness that was given to me at Baxter Ford West.

I called in at 5:00 pm to see how quickly they could get me in as the heat was not working in my vehicle. They were able to get me in the very next day. They made it a priority as the weather was turning cold. Everyone from the moment I called was super helpful, nice, and accommodating. The complimentary car wash is always nice as well.

Very poor customer service. Mainly the finance department. They added several thousand dollars to my loan just for an extended warranty without telling me. Maybe it was a mistake or confusion I thought. Until I tried to get it removed from my loan. Then it was nothing but headache. I bought the car in May and it just now got taken care of.... it's November. I strongly would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Very sketchy finance department and getting a problem fixed shouldn't be so stressful

He has a high regard for Ford Motor Co and for his customers. He makes it his business to know his customers so well, he knows their needs more than they do. Returns calls promptly and follows up immediately with any questions or concerns. Because Of Tim and the great service department we would always refer friends to Baxter!

If you're in the market for a new (or used) vehicle, Ambrose is the man to see. He's now sold my husband several vehicles and two to me. He's never treated either of us badly amd always works very hard to help us find just the right deal for our needs! I would give the dealership 5/5 stars if HE was the only person with whom we dealt.

Ok, update to my previous review. So there were some minor issues with the car. We ended up getting an upgrade at no extra cost. Again, Ambrose was stellar at fixing the problem, especially with the help of Andrew in the finance dept. I would definitely give Baxter 5 stars now.

SERVICE BEWARE, TOTALLY SERIOUS!
I rated this 1* a while ago and it was never added. Here's why:
I took my truck to have brakes services. It went from $250 to $525! And my brakes STILL squeak in the back.
But that's not the worst part.
I picked my truck back up, got off the free way to hear a rattling sound. So I asked Randy to take a look at it, he had a mechanic come and look at it. At the drop of a hat, he checked the oil and he pointed to a metal shaving on his glove(not even where the oil was, do i was suspicious as hell.) He said it was in BAD shape..
Not having a loaner car, I took my chances and checked my oil every trip over 5 miles. NO METAL SHAVINGS TO BE FOUND!
I took my car to be serviced even though I can find my way around any thing mechanical, I don't have the time...
So I dropped my own oil and used a high powered magnet. STILL no metal shavings to be found!
I thought taking it to a DEALERSHIP I would have reputable technicians work on my truck without the bogus scams auto sold are known for...
I had a second opinion, changed out my pulleys and belt and everything is back to working condition.
BEWARE OF DAVID. A scam artist if I ever seen one.
Not only did it cost me time, but it will cost them a never returning customer!
I wouldn't go back if my trucks life depended on it. Never!
