I had a great experience at Baxter Ford.Dustin Lair took care of everything, I found a used Ford Escape online that I just loved. Called and talked with Dustin ,he got everything going , I fill out app.online (which is super easy) Talked to Chip and Bret also on the phone both super nice, Chip got paperwork started and Bret took care of getting a remote start in (best thing ever).Next day when I arrived Dustin was waiting for us, he know I didn't have much time.I sign paperwork and less then a hour was the owner of a beautiful ford escape .Thank you Baxter Ford and Dustin Lair for a great experience I will recommend you and Dustin to my friends and family that are looking for a new or used vehicle.Thanks again I love my Ford Escape.
