By far the best experience I ve ever had! I ve been to a few jewelers looking for an engagement ring and no one listened to what I wanted or took my liking into consideration, they just brought me what they thought was popular at the time. Walked into Ballantyne Jewelers and Yuhan walked up and asked if he could help me. I told him I What I was looking for and I could tell he was listening and taking everything I wanted to figure out what he had or could do! Long story short I picked up the ring yesterday and am still in awe with how beautiful it is!! I will continue to go here for any jewlery purchase I need in the future they really do treat you like family! Great place and great people!!!

My fiance and I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring with Ballantyne Jewelers. We had shopped around quite a bit before visiting Ballantyne and were blown away by the variety in rings and the service they offered. We ultimately found the perfect style and diamond we were hoping to find. Ballantyne took us through the design process to make the setting perfectly fit the diamond. This included reviewing both a digital design and then a 3D printed version of the ring to make sure everything was exactly like we wanted. My husband and I visited Ballantyne Jewelers on March 3rd to look for a new wedding set for myself. From the moment we walked in we were given 5 star customer service. We were greeted by Sami who very patiently walked through the store with us, as I thought I had an idea of what I wanted but once I started looking, all my ideas went right out the door. Once I had it narrowed down to 2 rings, Sami helped me decide as he had very intently listened to my request and knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Upon showing us the diamonds, Sami was honest and open about their distinguishing features and never once did we feel pressured to purchase anything. Once the engagement ring was finished, we looked at a few bands to get an idea of what would go with it. They didn't have the matching band in the store so they had to request a rendering from the designer. Sami sent that to us within a matter of days. I ended up not liking the band that went with it so Sami and his team designed a custom, one of a kind band to match. I am absolutely in love with what they designed and pleased with the entire experience beginning to end. We'll definitely be referring them to our friends and family and plan to go back for future purchases as well.

I was very pleased with my visit to Ballantyne Jewlers. They were very helpful and personable. I felt like I have known them all of my life. The store itself is amazing. Very well designed and very big with a wide selection of jewelery. I would definitely go back for any of my jewelery needs.

The store and all of the employees were very nice. I went in to have my watch repaired, and was offered a drink. When I went back to pick it up I gave the man behind the counter another watch with a broken pin and he replaced the pin. Once I got home I noticed that the pin was installed totally wrong on my NATO band. I had to take the pin back off myself and put the watch together properly myself with no tools. This was not a terrible problem, but with any attention to detail at all it could have easily been avoided. They were also unable to repair the watch I went in for originally, however that was not their fault and they suggested I send it in to citizen and did not charge me for anything other than the pin.

I thought superior customer service was long gone in today s world until I visited Ballantyne Jewelers. They have beautiful merchandise and incredible attentive service. I highly recommend them!!!

I went in looking for an engagement ring and I barely knew what to look for at the time. I purchased what I was told was a solid sterling silver ankle bracelet. I wore it for one summer and then did not wear it again until this past summer. It had begun to discolor so I tried to clean it. After trying to clean it myself, I took it to another jeweler close to my office - only to be told the reason I couldn t clean it - it was not solid sterling silver - it was plated and the silver had fallen off everything but the clasp ( which was solid sterling silver ).

I went in this summer looking for an engagement ring and I left with far more than I ever could have expected. We were able to come up with the perfect design using a high tech 3D model, he was able to bring to life exactly what I had visualized. After visiting a couple of Jewelers on seperate visits, I knew that I would find my fiancee's ring at Ballantyne Jewelers. On my original visit to Ballantyne with my now fiancee, I spoke to Simon, who built a nice framework for the types of rings of her interest. I also met Yuhan, who was helping another client at the time, but sat down with us extensively during our next visit. On both occasions, the entire staff was very friendly, and never pushed us in any direction. My last visit was without my fiancee, where Yuhan sat down with me for an a couple of hours and detailed every aspect of a diamond and setting that you could imagine. He helped me design a custom ring for my fiancee that combined aspects of the diamonds and bands that we had previously viewed within the showroom. When I went to pick up the ring, I was astounded when Yuhan opened the box. My fiancee loved it, and constantly tells me about the comments she receives. The team, who built the custom ring all in house, did an incredible job. It's not like the other Jewelers I visited were bad, but when making one of the biggest purchases of my life and looking to meet all of her wishes, Ballantyne was without question the ideal Jeweler. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service and a beautiful finished product!!!

After searching for months for the perfect yellow diamond ring I have been dreaming of since I first laid eyes on one, I stumbled into the store and asked if they had any yellow diamonds that I could view (side note: most diamond stores don't have yellow diamonds on display). Yuhan smiled and said of course we do. After that I was sold! He took the time to get to know my fiance and me and on top of showing us the best customer service, he found me a PERFECT yellow diamond and made me the most beautiful engagement ring I could ever ask for :) Believe me I'm not an easy one to impress and he some how he found a way to do it. Give these guys a shot! You will not be disappointed!
