My husband and I visited Ballantyne Jewelers on March 3rd to look for a new wedding set for myself. From the moment we walked in we were given 5 star customer service. We were greeted by Sami who very patiently walked through the store with us, as I thought I had an idea of what I wanted but once I started looking, all my ideas went right out the door. Once I had it narrowed down to 2 rings, Sami helped me decide as he had very intently listened to my request and knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Upon showing us the diamonds, Sami was honest and open about their distinguishing features and never once did we feel pressured to purchase anything. Once the engagement ring was finished, we looked at a few bands to get an idea of what would go with it. They didn't have the matching band in the store so they had to request a rendering from the designer. Sami sent that to us within a matter of days. I ended up not liking the band that went with it so Sami and his team designed a custom, one of a kind band to match. I am absolutely in love with what they designed and pleased with the entire experience beginning to end. We'll definitely be referring them to our friends and family and plan to go back for future purchases as well.
