My fiance and I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring with Ballantyne Jewelers. We had shopped around quite a bit before visiting Ballantyne and were blown away by the variety in rings and the service they offered. We ultimately found the perfect style and diamond we were hoping to find. Ballantyne took us through the design process to make the setting perfectly fit the diamond. This included reviewing both a digital design and then a 3D printed version of the ring to make sure everything was exactly like we wanted. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive to our questions via phone and email and really had great customer service. I would highly recommend Ballantyne Jewelers.
