After visiting a couple of Jewelers on seperate visits, I knew that I would find my fiancee's ring at Ballantyne Jewelers. On my original visit to Ballantyne with my now fiancee, I spoke to Simon, who built a nice framework for the types of rings of her interest. I also met Yuhan, who was helping another client at the time, but sat down with us extensively during our next visit. On both occasions, the entire staff was very friendly, and never pushed us in any direction. My last visit was without my fiancee, where Yuhan sat down with me for an a couple of hours and detailed every aspect of a diamond and setting that you could imagine. He helped me design a custom ring for my fiancee that combined aspects of the diamonds and bands that we had previously viewed within the showroom. When I went to pick up the ring, I was astounded when Yuhan opened the box. My fiancee loved it, and constantly tells me about the comments she receives. The team, who built the custom ring all in house, did an incredible job. It's not like the other Jewelers I visited were bad, but when making one of the biggest purchases of my life and looking to meet all of her wishes, Ballantyne was without question the ideal Jeweler.
