We chose Ballantyne Jewelers from a list of preferred jewelers from my insurance company after filing a claim for my lost wedding ring after 18 years. Our sales representative, Yuhan, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He made our experience both enjoyable and memorable and I loved the wide selection to choose from and the truly customizable options on top of the custom settings they offered.
