I walked into Ballantyne Jewelers looking for the perfect engagement ring and no real background knowledge about what to look for or where to start. Sami & Simon took me under their wing, being patient in explaining everything to take into consideration, and providing a ton of beautiful options, even putting in the work to bring in other diamonds to compare theirs with. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for another piece of jewelry - they are the best in town!
